I have been here a few times but will likely never go back. Their prices are extremely pricey especially compared to the other nail salons around the area that would do the same services, with better skill, for a fraction of the price. I have also gotten acrylics done here before and they were super thick and lumpy and I ended up going to OMG nail salon to have them fixed. For the prices they are charging, I would expect much more skill but sadly I was wrong. I know that nail salons are upping their prices right now because of COVID but I cant even imagine how much their prices have gone up. Dana is great and I would definitely recommend her if you are getting acrylics because she is great at them and each time I went to her they came out incredibly even. Her service I would give a 5/5 stars because she is great. Another girl who did my nails was not so great but I tried her out 3 times just to see if it was a bad day or if she just was not that great at acrylic and shaping a longer nail length and she is the reason of the average review. Passion Nail Spa is hit or miss regarding nail techs but I would definitely recommend Dana. I don't know what is up with their gel polish here but every time I've gotten it I have only had it last a week before chipping and peeling up... it lasts less time than the dip and their regular polish. read more

It could have been better. The regulars were spoken with throughout their pedicures, but as K and I were new, apparently we didn't qualify yet. We weren't offered any refreshments, but the lady next to us had wine. Also, the bathroom was devoid of hand soap or paper towels, and the sink was filthy. My nail tech was nice--absolutely silent unless she was asking if I was a getting a manicure with my pedicure and then directing me to wash my hands. K was not pleased. Pedicure was fine for both of us, she wanted matte with a pink glitter accent gradient on the ring finger. Her tech (older guy) said that it couldn't be done with the polish she had picked out and just did a basic swipe of glitter. She hated it and asked him to redo it. He did so grudgingly. She still hates what he did--she had photos of a basic accent nail and a small rhinestone at the base of each nail. No go. And instead of taking off the full nail of polish the corners of her nails are still black. So her full set and pedicure came to $70 and the only thing she's happy with is the pedicure. Apparently a matte top coat here costs an additional $5. First time I've heard of that. read more

If there was an option of "0" stars, I would have opted for it especially, for this place. I went as a part of a group there on Mother's Day. My nail technician was "Queeny". I was the last one to join my group of friends because I couldn't decide on a nail color. Anyways, we did get seated together but my pedicure started last. She did such an "express" pedicure that I was done first!! No foot massage, didn't clean my heals, was rough with her hands and didn't make me feel special at all!!! To top it all off, she was also assigned to me for a manicure, Great! Worst experience ever. She kept on staring at my friend's Tory Burch bag and wanted to know where she bought it from. Called and requested pricing for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I was quoted $66.00. Reiterated this upon arrival and picked my polish. Noticed when polishing my toes they were not using UV light. I asked about it and they said they were only doing gel fingers and matching the toes. They proceeded to increase the toe price by $25.00 bringing the total to $55 with an additional $40 for the manicure. They admitted it was their mistake but would not honor the price. The new total would have been $95. Left with only my toes done and very disappointed. Will not return but am posting their prices so no one else gets involved in this bait and switch! read more

Went here a few years ago and I don't remember having a problem with them but I went in yesterday with my friend and it was the worst service I've ever had. My nails were crooked (I fixed them right when I got home) and I had a bump on the one nail because the lady said I wasn't relaxed so that's why she messed up .. she kept pulling on my hand of course I wasn't relaxed and she didn't even fix the bump she just painted over it (which I also fixed when I got home), and she was just all around rude! Everyone else in there seemed really nice though.. I don't know maybe she was having a bad day? But I will never go there ever again! I came in with dip and acrylic tips on my nails already. The lady (older, I don't remember her name) poured acetone nail polish remover in a bowl and gave me half a piece of paper towel and told me to start soaking and rubbing... then went to the back and left me alone for about 10 minutes. She came back and I clearly was not having an easy time taking off my nails, but she sat in front of me and went on her phone for a few minutes. Once I got the polish off, she started to file the top of my nails. You're not supposed to use a nail file on the top of your nails, only a nail buffer. Then, she tells me to go wash my hands. There was a nail scrubber by the sink that was way overused and dirty. The faucet also needed to be cleaned. I get back and she starts to roughly trim my cuticles. I realize she's been using the same tools on me as the lady before me and never sanitized anything. So, first she makes me take off my own nails, files the tops with a nail file, does not use new or sanitized tools... and finishes the job with a crooked nail and a messy application. There are better nail techs at Passion but the lack of cleanliness in the place and this bad experience made me decide not to go there again. read more

They do okay work if you get the right person, but they will also add random things to your bill and charge separately for things that should be together (for example, a full set is 39. A manicure on top of the set is an additional $30. They charge $5 separately for takeoff, $5 here, $5 there for nothing.) the prices are ridiculous and they purposefully hike your bill up because they get little to no patronage. A mess. If you are looking for a better experience in this area go to OMG nails. Updated after 20 days, My nails have been chipping like crazy for the past 10 days. Not a fan. When I first came in she rejected multiple of my color choices. I was unimpressed right off the bat. Then, I just wanted a fill for my acrylics but she picked off all of them, cut and filed down my real nails, and added acrylic over those. When I explained that I wanted long nails like I had originally she told me they would break too easily and refused to do them (not her call to make). If I wanted my real nails I would've gotten a manicure, considering it's cheaper and healthier. She then proceeded to cut my nails unevenly and slanted at the top. It was also painful. My friends have had similar bad experiences but I chose to give this business the benefit of the doubt. Now, however, I will not be going back and neither will my friends and family. I went there for a pedicure and it was a bad mistake. First the water was cold when I put my feet in. Hi hen she clipped my nails so short it looks horrible. Once she finished polishing them, I sat and waited for them to dry. I guess they were dry enough for her and the tech wanted to put my shoes on. I told her no, not until she cleans up my toes. There was polish everywhere and some didn't even have enough. Of course she re did them but I promised myself to never come back. My feet look so bad my 9 year old niece could have done better! I have have waited about a week to review this nail salon. I will never ever go back. The lady Lee who did my nails did a fantastic job... so why would I never go back?? Two words.... The Owner. During my hour or so experience getting my dips removed and put back on I had to experience the most obnoxious person working there... the owner. He was loud, obnoxious and infuriating. The salon had a large television on tuned to the news channel. The owner clearly has an issue with President Trump....however, he did not have to verbalize that he wanted the "government to go after Trump's children and then finally they could get Trump Impeached"!!! He hollered this as he walked back and forth between the television and to his front desk. He yelled this In front of all of nail spa clients. I looked at my nail technician and stated "I really hope I don't have to leave this place because of politics. Your boss is very rude"! She clearly did not understand me but did a good job on my nails. Another good thing is that I got an appointment right away. To me it felt like the male owner was some sort of master with his harem of female technicians who were silent and just did as they were told. He took every phone call - took care of the money and directed everyone who came in. It wasn't in a helpful way though he felt VERY controlling to me. The ladies who worked there seemed that his hollering and obnoxious loud voice and opinions, (which continued as the hour progressed and he got excited yelling so loud he actually made me jump) were normal and nothing out of the ordinary. This is not a place to relax. Not a place I would ever spend a dime in again. Not a welcoming feeling esp for female clientele. The political comments and TV news broadcasts were so in my face. He should be ashamed running his business that way. We are guaranteed freedom of speech in this country but you need to use caution as a shop owner. All I can do is roll my eyes at this character and his ego and never go back. I wish the ownership would change. read more

What a rip off. I could have done the same at home for free. I got a pedicure, I was left soaking in water for a long time while the lady looked at her cell phone. Once she started, she didn't ask if I wanted my nails trimmed, she just filed them a little. She did ask if I wanted callouses removed. For extra money all she did was put lotion on my heels, nothing else. She didn't use a base coat. She didn't put my sandals on my feet or even cheap flip flops, was I supposed to walk out barefoot? I was in need of a quick polish change and this was the only place that had availability. Now I know why they had availability. I walk in for a toe and finger polish change before I went to a bridal shower. First, the lady told me should would not provide any service unless I get a full pedicure. Look I knew I needed a full pedicure but I only had time for a polish change. She refused to help me unless I get the full pedicure, I was in such a pinch that I just got the damn pedicure. Then the staff around began talking shit, in English and their language (excuse my ignorance for not knowing what language), about a lady that was running late for her appointment. Not a good experiences. First time at the salon today. 8/11/18. I went with my friend we got the organic spa pedi's and the lady that was doing her nails drop the tray of lotion on the floor and picked it back up to use on her feet!! I wish I saw that so I would have said something so nasty. Than the lady that was doing my pedi was not friendly and she dump my dead skin in the water and had me put my feet back in the water . I was rushed through picking a color for my pedicure with the technician standing over my shoulder. When I settled on one she attempted to talk me out of it no less than 4 times. At one point she said "see it's too light" and painted my pinky finger nail (which she neglected to wipe off). She rushed through my pedicure. At one point (I guess to get the hot towels) she left for so long without a word I wondered if she was coming back. And the polish on my toes chipped completely in under a week. I tried this place a few times and was never super impressed with the services. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure spent probably 5 seconds per nail, did not stop talking for a second (either on her cell phone or with the other ladies working there), and she really didn't do a good job, I could have done it myself. She got quiet for 30 seconds and I was able to hear the background music, would have been nice to enjoy that for the 60 minutes that I allowed myself to be pampered. Not going back. read more

I arrived with no appointment. The staff was working with other clients and did not have a front desk person to greet me. Instead one of the ladies asked me from across the room what would I like, I answer back, having to raise my voice, this felt super awkward. They did not offer water, coffee or tea while I waited. They said that I should wait 15 minutes, I waited 25. The soaking water used to soak was cold. I turned it up as I waited. When she came back it was moved back to a colder setting, I asked her to please turn the water a bit hotter, what she did for a little bit. Since I was cold, I asked if she had tea or coffee, she said no. The Place felt extremely cold to me, but I have say that other people didn't seemed to be as uncomfortable as I was. They completed the work, It was not great. I had polish stains in the back of one of my fingers. Overall it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. I looked around to see if they have a feedback box, to share my thoughts. They did not. I will not be coming back. read more

I went in there this past Saturday for a manicure. Sounds pretty simple right? The older man doing my nails, cut one of my cuticles so badly it wouldn't stop bleeding. Instead of getting a bandaid or putting a cotton ball on the cut, he chooses to paint my nails anyways. I HAD BLOOD UNDERNEATH MY NAIL POLISH!!! The polish I had picked was a clear nude sort of a color. The blood was very noticeable. I had to go home scrape the polish off the top of my nail and clean the blood up myself. I have been here once before and my sister and mom have as well but today's service was pretty terrible. My sister and I went to get acrylic nails. I needed fills and she needed a full set. The guy my sister got was fine but my guy was not. My nails were looking rough. I already had a few nails missing and others were chipped but I have never had someone rip off my existing nails! Whenever they have been chipped before others have filed my nails down and filled in the gap. Since the shape was still in tact with my nails underneath I figured this would be the same way. Not only did he take off the nails that were broken, he also worked very hard to rip off the perfectly good ones and then proceeds to tell me that I needed a full set. I said that was fine. As soon as he started sanding my nails he cut me on the first nail. He also tried to sand out a bruise in my nail, which burned as well. As he proceeded he cut me a few more times and the acrylic on my nails is so uneven it looks like mountains. Some areas are so thin it looks like it is just my nail and some areas so thick I couldn't break them if I wanted to. The shape of each nail is different. When it came time to pay for my sister and I, the total was $59, even though a full set is only $27, so apparently he charged me for ripping my nails to shreds. My nails now hurt and look pretty bad as well. Normally I would get French colored tips but I wanted to get out of there so I just had them painted a solid color. I am looking forward to getting my nails done again to fix this mess... but definitely not here. read more

I took my 3 year old daughter to get her nails/toes painted and figured I should do the gel polish since there is no dry time and it stays on longer. They did it, no problem but when I went to pay they charged me $50....YES, $50 to paint my 3 year olds nails and toes with gel polish....I will NEVER go back there again! read more
