I don't like writing poor reviews, however I was really disappointed with my experience. I had gone in with the hopes of a manicure, and to have my previous manicure removed. They kept trying to tell me I had a dip powder manicure, even though I knew it was gel. I even messaged my previous nail tech to confirm. The nail tech used so much acetone it dripped onto my skin. Before the appointment started, I pointed out to her that my nail was a little bent. While applying acetone to my finger, she bent my nail backwards and proceeded to laugh at me. I decided I wouldn't get a manicure due to my finger, but she clearly wasn't happy about that. My nails are now so broken, and they've been peeling throughout the day. As well as catching onto things because they're so brittle and not smooth. read more

I am new to the area. Walked in and asked for a gel mani/pedi. Place was empty. Pedicure water was cold. The tech was rough. Wasn't offered any variety. Pretty much the same with the manicure but with a different tech. No frills. No massage. No extras. I figured the price would reflect the stripped down version. Nope. Same as other places. I like this place because I can usually get in quickly (often right at the moment) for a simple pedicure. I do not prefer a lot of small talk. I've noticed that this some of the technicians talk more than others, but I prefer quietness. Some may be looking for that "spa treatment", but I just want to get in and out and on about the day. They have pretty good prices, it seems. If I wanted to feel pampered, I can go somewhere else, but I probably would be paying a lot more. I've never had what I would call a bad experience. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a manicure and pedicure. My manicurist was Ada. Zero personality and was VERY rough. Rubbed my feet so hard they were red and cracked my toe joints on purpose. Cut the skin near my cuticle but that didn't show up until the next day. She kept jabbing my toes with her own sharp fingernails and squeezed my fingers so hard during the manicure I was sure she'd leave a bruise. When she finally decided to speak to me, I got a lecture about how bad gel manicures are for your natural nails and how I should never even consider acrylic nails. She didn't even congratulate me when I told her I was only doing gel because I was getting married the following Friday but instead said, "Why you not come later, closer to wedding?" I would never in a million years return to this salon and I have no idea how this woman still has a job there! I'm being very generous when I give it one star! read more

They way over book. When I went to get my nails done, they began my nails, and then stopped half way and started someone else's nails and finished them before the lady came back to me. When she did finally come back, she was rushing and didn't really care what I wanted. Everytime someone would come in she got up to help them and make their appointment. I was a walk in & new to this area. Walking in I found the staff to be very friendly & they were able to take me right away. My nail tech was Ada who I found to be beyond personable & very professional who knew exactly what she was doing. Ive had endless amounts of manicures & pedicures but I would definitely rate Adas as one of the best. She even waxed my eyebrows, so she is most definitely a well rounded manicurist. On the fence...not very personable till about 1/2 into my manicure and he cracked a smile made small talk. I don't know why but he didnt paint my nails to the edge of my nail by the cuticle on one hand. But for 15 bucks it was ok. Not much to it. This salon herds customers in and out and clearly gives the impression all they are interested in is your money. They do not offer what is known as spa pedicure which is available everywhere else. They rush you through and leave you wondering why you don't leave there feeling relaxed and pampered. They let their two dogs run around the salon, which is completely unprofessional. The salon itself does not present a neat or clean appearance. I would never go there again. read more
