She started with broad band laser and added several additional peels and spot treatments to maximize the effect. And it has been worthy it. The dark spots are almost gone, the rosacea is barely noticeable and my entire face feels smoother, more elastic and younger looking. Helene provided an exceptional care, explained the entire process, effects, and truly customized it to my specific needs and issues. I chose apple over pumpkin spice, although both smelled delicious. After checking in, I was directed to the lounge area to wait for my massage therapist. I believe her name was Juliana. She came to get me, gave me a brief introduction and a few instructions, and got right to work. Let me tell you, she did an AMAZING job. The massage was so good that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep and started snoring loudly. When she woke me up, I couldn't believe the 70 minutes had already passed! She stepped out to give me time to get dressed, and apparently, I fell right back asleep. LOL. I eventually woke up, got dressed, and was offered tea or water. I chose tea and enjoyed relaxing a little longer afterward. I left feeling so good. My muscles felt relaxed, and I didn't have that usual feeling of knots or tension. That alone tells me the massage was well worth it. I know robes and slippers are available with certain packages, and I think having those would make the experience feel even more like a full spa day. That's just my personal preference, though, and it doesn't take away from the quality of the massage. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. If the massage has you falling asleep and snoring, you know they're doing something right! And this is actually my 2nd time here. I will definitely be back. The salon is clean, tools are sterilized after every customer, and they do not pressure you to upgrade.
