I have always received great services at Sophia Nail Spa. They are clean and friendly.

I came to Sofia nail spa to get gel done before a music festival and it was amazing. Vi was super sweet and accommodating and she truly has magical hands! I was so impressed by her precision and her ability to replicate my reference photo exactly. The spa is clean and comfortable. This place is a 40 minute drive for me but I'd be willing to make the drive every time. If I could give this place an 11/10 I would. First time trying out this new spa and I was very satisfied. Clean shop, love the white theme from decor to floor. And the massage chairs were actually working and comfortable. Dao did my pedi and dip mani, she was wonderful. Did a great job on pedi cleaning and dip mani with design. Other staffs were friendly as well. Felt welcoming. Pricing: reasonable and comparable to nearby shops. Classic pedi-$38; Design/French dip-$7; $50. At the time of this review, this nail spa has opened for about 5 months, relatively new. Nails were just BUTCHERED. I got mani/pedi and got multiple cuts both fingers and toes. Barely was able to stop the bleeding on a toe. Whole polish application job is just horrible - polish everywhere (around nails, even on a foot itself). And I got the simplest mani ever - 1 colour, no designs. Frankly, I'm afraid to even think what they'll do with designs... I do not recommend this place to anyone, I am not even sure if it's safe to go there. read more

I had an appointment at 1pm. I came in 5 mins early, yet the staff did not bother to help me. I waited till 1:20pm and when I inquired, I was told to wait for another 10mins. No respect for customers time. No apology given when I decided to leave as I could not wait for 40mins when I pre-scheduled an appointment. I was not a walk-in customer and this ruined my weekend plans as I have a very busy weekday schedule. I will not recommend this business if you expect on time help from salon. read more

I received a gift card and rarely treat myself to a pedicure. So I decided to bring my mother with me to share in the fun. The ease of scheduling was paramount. The woman whom answered the phone was personable and accommodating. Upon arrival one just checks in with a phone number and you are welcomed immediately. I typically feel rushed to pick a color, but did NOT at this establishment. I also love that the pedicure area is removed from the manicure area. It truly dampens the noise and smell component which adds to the relaxation factor. We were fortunate to be served by Tammy and Becky. Tammy was awesome and Becky was what my mom calls "a riot". They were professional, personable, and lovely. We cannot wait to return! read more

I love this place! I'm so glad Sofia Nails opened. I used to drive all the way back to the area I moved from, over 45 minutes away. I've been 5 times now and I'm never leaving. The place is clean, friendly and professional. Dao did my gel manicure and pedicure today and she was fabulous! My nails look perfect and she was so kind and fun to talk to.
