But my most recent experience was my last straw, they told me to come in at 315 for my appointment and made me wait 45 minutes for a tech to become available. I would have come later had I known how busy they were. Unfortunately no one told me how long I would be waiting until I asked. Will not be going back here hopefully no one else has this experience!

They have several different pedi options, but I always leave happy no matter which one I choose. I always schedule with Connie - she's great! My only complaint is that I wish the salon had a policy about being on your phones or watching videos. When I'm getting a pedi, I don't want to hear the person next to me yapping to their kids about getting their homework done, or have to listen to their tik tok reels. I want to read my book in peace.

I went back to get them fixed. The technician said "I told you to get the gels. Last longer." When I pushed back that I did nothing to chip., scratch or otherwise do that much damage. She said you can bring in your own polish because what they use is not very good. I left with the repaired nails. Now this morning, 3 days later, another nail fell off while rinsing a dish. Absolutely pathetic!

However, yesterday I received a facial from Michelle at My Red Bow and it was EVEN BETTER. Of course, my eyes were closed the entire time so I don't know exactly what it is that Michelle does to make the experience so inexpressibly amazing but everything she does feels so intentional... - The way she places and removes the steamed towels feels like an experience all in its own. - The way she gently massages your face, neck, arms, and hands feels magical. - The products she uses have the most lovely and relaxing smells without seeming overwhelming. - The atmosphere, sounds, lighting and even how quietly she moves about the room makes you want to stay there for hours. And of course, my face looked and felt amazing afterwards. As long as I live in this area, Michelle will be the ONLY person I see for facials. Best experience EVER.
