However, yesterday I received a facial from Michelle at My Red Bow and it was EVEN BETTER. Of course, my eyes were closed the entire time so I don't know exactly what it is that Michelle does to make the experience so inexpressibly amazing but everything she does feels so intentional... - The way she places and removes the steamed towels feels like an experience all in its own. - The way she gently massages your face, neck, arms, and hands feels magical. - The products she uses have the most lovely and relaxing smells without seeming overwhelming. - The atmosphere, sounds, lighting and even how quietly she moves about the room makes you want to stay there for hours. And of course, my face looked and felt amazing afterwards. As long as I live in this area, Michelle will be the ONLY person I see for facials. Best experience EVER.

I chose apple over pumpkin spice, although both smelled delicious. After checking in, I was directed to the lounge area to wait for my massage therapist. I believe her name was Juliana. She came to get me, gave me a brief introduction and a few instructions, and got right to work. Let me tell you, she did an AMAZING job. The massage was so good that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep and started snoring loudly. When she woke me up, I couldn't believe the 70 minutes had already passed! She stepped out to give me time to get dressed, and apparently, I fell right back asleep. LOL. I eventually woke up, got dressed, and was offered tea or water. I chose tea and enjoyed relaxing a little longer afterward. I left feeling so good. My muscles felt relaxed, and I didn't have that usual feeling of knots or tension. That alone tells me the massage was well worth it. I know robes and slippers are available with certain packages, and I think having those would make the experience feel even more like a full spa day. That's just my personal preference, though, and it doesn't take away from the quality of the massage. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. If the massage has you falling asleep and snoring, you know they're doing something right! And this is actually my 2nd time here. I will definitely be back.
