I have been going here for decades and just love this place. The nail technicians are wonderful and I love that they know my family and my history. It makes it feel like family to me and really leverages that small town environment I look for in the businesses I support. The salon is clean and they use quality products. I went to the salon to get my toes and nails done, the pedicure was quick and turned out nice. When I started to get my acrylics, the lady asked me if I wanted gel or acrylic. I asked for plain white acrylic. As she filed my nails, she cut me 3 times. They were slightly crooked and she seemed annoyed when I asked her to file them a bit more rounded. Before she put the polish on she left to help someone else. I waited about 15 minutes for her to come back. After she painted my nails the polish was uneven and after they dried there were a few air bubbles. As I went to dry my nails, one of them got messed up so I asked her to fix it. She fixed it but as she did she told me that I should have gotten acrylic because it would be faster. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I doubt I will be back to this salon. read more

Every time I go there or call to make an appointment, I ask for Lee. She is the sweetest, most kind-hearted worker, and she really cares about her customers and their needs. I refuse to have anyone else. She gives the best pedicures and is AMAZING at eyebrows! Although my nails turned out nicely It was one of the most unpleasant experience I've went through. I went to get a full set and when I went in I was immediately not feeling welcome. Then when I had sat down to start the lady doing my nails was very rude throughout the entire appointment and not only was I uncomfortable because of the attitude she was showing me but also because she had cut 4 of my fingers badly. It seemed she was rushing and just wanted me out. I left very uneasy and in a decent amount of pain from my nails. read more

The best way to describe my experience here was, "pleasantly surprised." The atmosphere is calming, everything is clean and orderly, the staff are very friendly and kind. I have had manicures and pedicures and both times I left satisfied, not only because the woman doing my nails was talented (which they all have been), but also because the price is fabulous too. I would suggest, strongly, bringing cash for tip because they'll run your card and you can't add a tip to it. read more

Very professional and friendly technicians. I had my messed up at another place and Tina took the time to listen to me and fixed them. She took her time but got me out in a timely manner. I have been to this salon many times for a manicure, pedicure and even eyebrow waxing. The sanitation is less than stellar and the staff is rude. There are many nail salons in the area that do a much better job. read more

Awful experience. Had been going there for a while and finally stopped when the tech drilled through to my nail bed and I had blood everywhere. She tried to cover it up, but the pain was awful. Also had some waxing done there but they double dip as there was a short, black curly hair in the wax pot. They use the same wax for legs as for the bikini wax. Apparently they offer permanent make-up but do not have a license for it. Yikes! read more

I have been coming to TT&K Nails since for almost 8 years now and they are my go-to nail salon. Not only do they have great prices but they do such a good job. I have never had a bad experience in my entire life. Also they are the best place to get your eyebrows done. I have not gotten other things waxed there but my eyebrows always look spectacular when I leave. read more

I will NEVER go to this salon again! I have lived in Middletown all my life amd habe never been here because i have heard such bad things about it. However, my Mom recently got a gift certificate here and she doesnt do nail salons so she gave it to me. First off, they advertise walk ins welcome. I was out and about so i decided to walk in and get my nails done since i was close by. From the second i walked in the door i was give the impression that i was inconveniencing them by walking in. I even told them i was not busy and could wait. They had at least 8 techs and MAYBE 4 people in there besides me. The lady who took me was rude and barely said 3 words to me. She was rough with my the filer even after i told her TWICE that she was getting my skin. She put one of the tips on crooked and when i pointed it out she got an attitude. The whole entire thing took maybe 15 minutes and i got tips and color. I never spend less than 45 minutes in a nail salon when i get tips and color. I felt rushed from the get go. I gave the man my gift certificate and told him i didnt have cash for a tip. My nail color was cracked and uneven. I was so pissed off i drove to my usual salon on 26 and had my usual nail tech fix it for me and she did a BEAUTIFUL job. TT&K is a TERRIBLE salon and the staff sucks! I dont care if its right down the street or not. I will NEVER go there again. read more

I have been going here for the last 6 almost 7 years and have told many friends to go here because they do a nice job..but my last visit will be the just that. THE LAST ONE! I am a licensed Cosmetologist, so I know what is against the State Board rules. Me and my Mom went in for pedicures one day last week and while they always do a good job at getting all the dead skin off your feet and the massage always feels nice, I found they are very unsanitary. My mom had a slight fungus on one of her toes just from moisture collecting in her closed shoes and the lady who did my mom's toes knew the whole time thru her pedicure that she had a slight issue with the one toe nail. The nail tech double dipped her hands in the scrubbing substance to remove the dead skin (without washing her hands before because her hands have had direct contact with my mom's toe which has the fungus) and kept doing this to other products and utensils. She then painted my mom's toes and put the polish back on the shelf. Finally, she came over with a medicated fungus removing liquid that you can do at home and began to explain to me and my mom that she has a fungus on her one toe. At this point, I spoke up and told the lady how disgusting it was that she put all the fungus infested things back for her to use on another client and how it was against state board regs to even preform a service on someone with a fungus. Had I seen the fungus on her toe I would have got the fungus medication so that we could go enjoy ourselves another time, but she had her polish on from the previous pedi. Also, told her no for the ridiculous price for the fung-off medication and that I can get the same exact thing at the beauty supply store with my Cosmetology license for a quarter of the price. She was very rude and nasty to me and told me it wont be the same thing. It's the exact same thing. I am in the same business you are woman! Needless to say, I have reported the issue to the State Board and hopefully they will have someone go out to inspect this nail salon. read more
