I had some pictures of haircuts and styles that I showed Bethanie. She was very interested in my ideas and needs, and spent time making sure she understood what I wanted. After receiving a lovely shampoo, scalp, and hand massage, we went to her chair for the cut and style. She consulted with me throughout the cut. When we got to blow drying and styling, she provided good advice and methods on how to achieve optimum results for volume and style. I was so pleased with the end result! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. She is a wonderful stylist! I booked another appointment for a trim, and will be following up with her for highlights in the future. I totally recommend Sagittarius and Bethanie for any salon services you may need.

Message to the front office staff, please consider letting people know ahead of time, before they leave work :-), or when they arrive that the dermatologist/nurse is running behind.

After a rough experience elsewhere, they took their time to understand my apprehension and wanted me to be as comfortable as possible, and also give me the best possible treatment for my acne scars; went above and beyond for me! I had three Pixel 8 treatments and an intense treatment of CO2. They provided me with follow up skincare, in depth instructions, follow up calls, and two follow up appointments! The check in process is via an iPad and easy to navigate instead of filling out paperwork with pen and paper. Dr Mitchell examined me for moles and cut off a skin tag near my eye. I was nervous when he told me he would inject lidocaine near my eye socket but he assured me it would be fine and much better with the lidocaine especially if the removed skin tag bled and I needed it cauterized. He quickly injected, cut it off and cauterized it with minimal to no pain. He also removed a mole on my back to be tested and that was also quick and painless after lidocaine. He also answered questions and did a thorough exam and definitely cares about patients skin related concerns. Highly recommend this practice.
