She talked with me before starting about how I like to have my eyebrows shaped and the best way for her to get my eyebrows looking good. One of my eyebrows grows in pretty full and its shape is fairly straight across and then tapers at the tail. But my other eyebrow is a bit more patchy/sparse and its natural shape is more rounded. At every other place I've been to get my eyebrows done, they would rush me through and shape my brows however they wanted with little input from me and then get me out so they could move onto the next client. Sometimes my brows turned out okay, but sometimes all I could think was, "how long til my brows grow back out so I can get this fixed?" But that was not the case at all here. If you're looking to get your brows done in 5 minutes or less, you'll probably want to reschedule for another day when you have more time to get yourself and your brows pampered. L. Parie spent a lot more time with me, but it was well worth it. She asked questions and checked in with me a lot during the service to make sure I was happy and comfortable. She stopped after doing my first brow to have me take a look and make sure I thought it looked good and to discuss how she was going to take care of my other brow. And then of course at the end, she made sure I was happy with everything. My eyebrows look amazing now! The hot face towel wrap at the end was a really nice, luxurious touch to the service. I've never had that offered at any other place when getting my eyebrows done. I loved the customer service, attention to detail, and care I received here and I will definitely be back!

In May of 2021 my husband's had to undergo a double lung transplant. It was a success!!!! Needless to say, after 4 years of being a caregiver, worrying attending tons of doctors appointments across the country, I was left feeling, depleted and looking MUCH older than I should. For my Birthday my husband asked me if I would want to get some Botox?!? I said, "YES!" I was a little optimistic at first thinking it wouldn't work, but after having just two procedures done I couldn't be happier!! Today Johanna Fangmeyer showed me my before and after pictures, I was speechless, I couldn't believe how "OLD" I had looked!! Johanna really did an excellent job!! I wasn't greeted when I walked in even when the store had pretty few customers and with two cashiers in the store. I'm browsing around for products that I need and I asked the cashier for guidance of the Tom Ford lipsticks location and she was just generally impolite, pointed her finger to the air without much say. At checking out she doesn't offer or advertise the deals buy $250 get free gifts, so I spent just right at $227. I went home and found that deal I missed. So I take the coupons and came back second time to purchase more products to meet $250 for free gifts. But that wasn't my point, as I went to the store today again Feb. 21 at 12:30pm and one Cashier name Liliana P. didn't bother to greet me at first, and she just stared her eyes out with an attitude. I browse for more products I need to buy to fit my purchase, I was at check out and she told me I can't open the lipsticks on my hand, so I apologized to her I did not see the warnings. Another cashier come in and check out my purchases, this time I brought over $270. When my friend asked the cashier if she can see those lipsticks samples laying on the cashier place, as for my purchase is done and ready to pay. The cashier literally screamed at us, I quoted " Why you need to look at this? You don't want this? - You and your friends touched everything in the store and contaminated the store and I have to clean it." I was shocked. I told her my purchase is done and my friend just want to see the samples again. She again started ranting the same question repeatedly and made a big scene in the store. I'm very upsetting that I've spent almost $500 in the store within the last two days as the first time customer and all I got is the feeling of being harassed by this cashier, she doesn't apologize nor say "Have a great day" to me and my friend, like she did to other customers that walked out. Between two of us we send $1000 your way but we didn't feel welcomed one bit instead just total embarrassment when we shopped here. I did not expect you decided to hire and pay people to be racist, xenophobic to your customers, calling them contaminating your store as if it's a medical lab and your customers are the viruses. Well done! This weekend I'm taking this story to every social medias, every friend and family member and local news, people shouldn't be anywhere close to your company or they'll get racist insults with an attitude at the price of $500. Thank you Liliana P and the second cashier for a dose of hatred, you two are lucky to have a job during this pandemic because your company enjoys a relationship with a racist, unprofessional and rude human being.

Were you aware that Center for Dermatology is totally paperless? Well I didn't know this before,…read morebut now I do. I received a bill for $32 from a collection agency. I never received a paper bill from Center for Dermatology. I spoke with their billing department about the collections. Their procedure is to show the bill on your "portal". If no response they give you a call 24 hours prior to sending to collections. In my case my husband advised them to call my number because I take care of all medical bills. I did not receive a call or voicemail (like they said they left me). I went directly to my phones deleted voicemails and there are none from Center for Dermatology. In my opinion and for the courtesy of their clients, in the least they should SEND a notice through the mail prior to sending to collections. I'm all for paperless and totally understand that but NOT when they are getting ready to send a bill to collections. I always think about the older generation who does not understand portals etc. I want to add that I love Dawn Sharer. I've been a client of hers for more than 10 years and started with her at Frederick Dermatology. So i'm not complaining about the level of care but if a physicians office cares so little about their client base, that they would not take the time to send a bill before sending to collections, I no longer wish to be one of their clients. I am simply saying that their billing procedure needs to be revised.
