The person I spoke to told me that they prefer appointments and That nothing is guaranteed AND was extremely rude. I hate the way society has become that it's OK to talk to a customer this way. I've been in customer service over 35 years. I have never and will never speak to a customer like this. All I did was ask a question! I now remember why I stopped going to holiday hair. Evidently, they're not in the market for new clients, and I'm more than happy to take my business somewhere else!

I've had my hair done all over the world and was SURPRISED when I walked into this small boutique salon. There was a twist of style and class that brought a very welcoming atmosphere as I walked in the door. Stylist: I was promptly greeted by my stylist, Maxine. I saw a client of hers while shopping for some shoes. I'm new to Greencastle, approximately 4 weeks, though I hate finding a new stylist...it needs to happen. When I called for an appointment they were quick and curtious. Maxine done a quick consultation...not knowing exactly what I wanted, I let her have the reins with some guidelines. She asked if I wanted something to drink before we got started, however I brought a drink. I'm unsure if they offer coffee, tea, etc. Result: I was not disappointed! She gave me the pop that I wanted - I am very happy. I wanted to keep most of the length but I also wanted to cut it shorter. ..gah...I just couldn't make up my mind. She was very patient and overall a great conversationalist. I hate being in a chair of someone socially awkward. I may have found my stylist on the first go...I definitely love the salon and I will be back! The best part -- they keep up on the most updated techniques in style. That is important because if I see something, I usually want to try it.
