In May of 2021 my husband's had to undergo a double lung transplant. It was a success!!!! Needless to say, after 4 years of being a caregiver, worrying attending tons of doctors appointments across the country, I was left feeling, depleted and looking MUCH older than I should. For my Birthday my husband asked me if I would want to get some Botox?!? I said, "YES!" I was a little optimistic at first thinking it wouldn't work, but after having just two procedures done I couldn't be happier!! Today Johanna Fangmeyer showed me my before and after pictures, I was speechless, I couldn't believe how "OLD" I had looked!! Johanna really did an excellent job!! I went to this store yesterday as the first time customer Premium Outlets Hagerstown (50865), the…read morepricing was in great sale and I was amazed that the store having good products that I need. I wasn't greeted when I walked in even when the store had pretty few customers and with two cashiers in the store. I'm browsing around for products that I need and I asked the cashier for guidance of the Tom Ford lipsticks location and she was just generally impolite, pointed her finger to the air without much say. At checking out she doesn't offer or advertise the deals buy $250 get free gifts, so I spent just right at $227. I went home and found that deal I missed. So I take the coupons and came back second time to purchase more products to meet $250 for free gifts. But that wasn't my point, as I went to the store today again Feb. 21 at 12:30pm and one Cashier name Liliana P. didn't bother to greet me at first, and she just stared her eyes out with an attitude. I browse for more products I need to buy to fit my purchase, I was at check out and she told me I can't open the lipsticks on my hand, so I apologized to her I did not see the warnings. Another cashier come in and check out my purchases, this time I brought over $270. When my friend asked the cashier if she can see those lipsticks samples laying on the cashier place, as for my purchase is done and ready to pay. The cashier literally screamed at us, I quoted " Why you need to look at this? You don't want this? - You and your friends touched everything in the store and contaminated the store and I have to clean it." I was shocked. I told her my purchase is done and my friend just want to see the samples again. She again started ranting the same question repeatedly and made a big scene in the store. I'm very upsetting that I've spent almost $500 in the store within the last two days as the first time customer and all I got is the feeling of being harassed by this cashier, she doesn't apologize nor say "Have a great day" to me and my friend, like she did to other customers that walked out. Between two of us we send $1000 your way but we didn't feel welcomed one bit instead just total embarrassment when we shopped here. I did not expect you decided to hire and pay people to be racist, xenophobic to your customers, calling them contaminating your store as if it's a medical lab and your customers are the viruses. Well done! This weekend I'm taking this story to every social medias, every friend and family member and local news, people shouldn't be anywhere close to your company or they'll get racist insults with an attitude at the price of $500. Thank you Liliana P and the second cashier for a dose of hatred, you two are lucky to have a job during this pandemic because your company enjoys a relationship with a racist, unprofessional and rude human being.

Once seen, the nurse and dermatologist were extremely efficient and made sure I didn't feel any pain for the cyst removal. Message to the front office staff, please consider letting people know ahead of time, before they leave work :-), or when they arrive that the dermatologist/nurse is running behind.
