After receiving a lovely shampoo, scalp, and hand massage, we went to her chair for the cut and style. She consulted with me throughout the cut. When we got to blow drying and styling, she provided good advice and methods on how to achieve optimum results for volume and style. I was so pleased with the end result! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. She is a wonderful stylist! I booked another appointment for a trim, and will be following up with her for highlights in the future. She's very good and I was happy to see her thrive even though she decided to move to JJ salon. The prices are considerably higher than what we were used to paying but still, we knew we would get good cuts and dyes from Brittany. My friend missed an appointment - her fault, she agrees. She called four minutes away from the salon at her next appointment to apologize and say she was on her way. The receptionist said she would have to make another appontment but before that my friend would have to pay $260.00 to reimburse the salon for two missed appointments. Let me say that again, she was four minutes away and they wanted $260.00 before they would deign to see her. This is ridiculous. The salon is not in LA or NY - not even DC. If they can get over themselves and correct their bad customer treatment I would go back. As it is, I'll miss Brittany's good cuts but I won't indulge that kind of bad behavior.
