She applied wax and saw I was uncomfortable and stated it's normal for it to hurt. ----------- First picture is when I left the salon right after i noticed these marks. Second picture is the next day ------------ Called for refund spoke with owner who insulted me and refused a refund for service. Owner then says he doesn't care that this has happened to me and he will not care if I write a review because he will still get clients anyway. He stated more harsh things and then hung up. I need help these people ruined my face for the time being I cannot leave the house like this...advice in the comments or PM ME!! Please do not go here and report them. read more

Went in and requested a soak off and new acrylic set. I have extremely thin and sensitive nail beds from my job/and bad nail jobs. He said "these are the worst nails I've ever seen." And refused to do a soak off because he didn't know what was on them. He cut me 3 times and didn't apologize. And then proceeded to use 6 of the preexisting nail tips from the last nail job. The reason why the others were gone because they broke or simply came unglued. So now we're using nail tips that suck for a new set? Had a super limited color selection and he said he had the color I wanted. *he didnt*. The acrylic was super thick and uneven. The length wasn't right or the same. And HE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE! $55 for reusing messed up nails?! Will never ever be back. read more

I've always had good experiences there and very polite usually busy but still doesn't take hrs like most do.

This is a nice, friendly, and very clean nail salon. I treated myself to a pedicure today and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. Upon entering I was asked to sign in and then lead to the pedicure stations in the back. My nail technician, who others referred to as "Grandma", was very patient and considerate. She noticed a sore toenail that I had forgotten about and immediately aided the toe with some sort of antiseptic spray and clipped away the part causing the soreness. She used a citrus scrub on my legs and feet that felt and smelled absolutely amazing! I opted for the regular pedicure rather than the deluxe but I still felt very pampered when I left. As a disclaimer, they do have a sign saying if you use a credit card for payment you must have cash for tip. I was a little bummed and felt bad because I wanted to give her more but I only had a few dollars in cash. read more

Awesome. I had a gel mani and deluxe pedi. Quan did an amazing job and was so nice. Highly recommend this place! $70 total and I was there for about 2 hours. The place is SUPER clean and classy inside. Everyone was so nice and very talkitive with each other (including the customers) were having conversation together. Quan was very detailed and the pedi felt amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her! My only complaint was the color I chose was not exactly what it was like on the display so my nails didn't come out as I thought they would, but I was ok with it. I was a very regular customer at this nail shop for about a year and the owner never made me feel comfortable. I noticed how he would greet the white customers with so much welcome, I never received that treatment as a black woman. I just gave them a another try 3 weeks ago and the same treatment was given. I spent 128.00 for myself and my daughter, my gel nail polish started peeling the same day. I couldn't go back since I was leaving on vacation the next day. It's not so much the nails that I have a problem, it's feeling as though my business was not wanted as a African American, and I will make sure they never get my business again. read more

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience here. I came in to get a full set and when asked if I wanted gel or regular polish I said regular because I had never gotten gel. I felt as if I were being scolded and he told me that if I didn't get gel that my nails would look bad no matter what. And when I showed him the design I wanted he scoffed and was said "are you sure?" He gave me what I wanted but did a poor job with no shame. And when I asked him to fix the nails that were crooked he told me that he couldn't because that was how the regular polish looks. I will not be returning. 100% would NOT recommend. read more

Quan Thi did my nails this past Thursday. It was my first time getting gel and couldn't be happier with my choice. my nails. I look forward to getting them done there again. I've been here a coupke times and have yet to be disappointed.In honor of my two year anniversary, I requested my wedding colors in a design pictured from google on my phone. While she warned it wouldn't be as perfect as the picture, she said she would do her best. That she did, we worked together to make the design be doable and what I was looking for. The staff were friendly, prompt, and took us after the appointments were taken (understandable). My mom and I got gel manis / regular polish pedis together. Her gel mani stayed on, but my nail technician sucked at application. He filed my nails down so short to where there was difficulty putting on the coats of gel. The base polish got everywhere and he had difficulty taking it off my skin. The gel color I picked was really thin (I wish he communicated to me that instead of putting 6 layers of thin, clumpy polish). I would've happily chose another color that didn't require 6 layers on top of a base coat and top coat. My manicure took so long that my mom waited an additional 30 minuted after her gel manicure was finished. We were getting our manis and pedis at the same time.The next day at work the corners lifted and peeled back/ chipped because he put layers of polish on the skin rather than on the nails only. I ended up taking off the polish because I couldn't have chipped nails working in the food industry and gave myself my own manicure. My pedicure still looks nice. read more

I am fairly new to the area and have been looking for a good nail salon. Allure is my favorite so far. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Everything was clean, chairs were comfortable, staff was nice and my nails look great. They also accommodated me with 10 minutes notice. First time visit and not disappointed! I called and they were able to work me into their busy schedule about 10 minutes after my call. I had a very bad gel manicure at another salon in town on Saturday and the gel had peeled off by Thursday. On Friday, I visited Allure, and they noticed that the manicure itself was not even well done.... Thankfully, they fixed the issue and were very polite -- terrific service. Awesome! Saw this place as I was driving by. I stopped in and asked if they could get me in for a manicure. Ben was great, even though they were busy he started on my nails right away and had them done in less than 30 minutes. Very clean salon with a nice area in the back for pedicures.
