Of course I won't mention how dirty the floor was. I wondered (more than once) if I were looking at kitty litter? The chairs were also gross or let's say dingy. White chairs were blackish/worn out.. My pedicure....the water was lukewarm and truthfully almost cool. I kept wanting it to end. The massage was painful or awkward? Between the toes is not soothing, it's odd. The color was nice . When I went to pay, she said they cannot take anything but cash tips or Zelle. She rang me up, I paid and she stood there staring at me. I don't have cash Ma'am! She ended up ringing up the tip separate. Wait she said she couldn't.... My friend had a manicure with gel nails. It looked pretty bad. I did rate it 5.5 out of 10. It wasn't a 6 due to the hair that was clearly in the gel of one nail. Part of the nails weren't even covered with gel. The worst part...yea even worse than the hair, she went to pay with a gift card purchased for her in THEIR website and they said they don't take those! Well they certainly took the payment online! Then the manager cuts my nails down when I told him not to and he makes them gel nails and ruins my natural nails. And then the attendant that did my pedicure cut me several time and cut my toenails uneven. Charged me $90 for what I didn't want. Then ran a scam saying they couldnt put the $20 tip on my credit card. Which I found out not to be true by another client. They just do that so they don't have to account for it at tax time. Trying to see if my bank can file a dispute or at least get my tip back. My nails looks awful for my black tie event! Never use this nail shop. I have many testimonies from former clients that say the same thing. Wish I had asked before going there.

The owners are very customer service oriented and do not just breeze through the manicure. They are very meticulous and do a great job. If I was from the area I'd come back for sure. Pretty reasonably priced as well! My girlfriend and I got acrylics as well as dip gel and regular pedicures. We were both in love with the results. By the way, the two other technicians that work here are off on Sundays, so if you must come in either be prepared to wait a bit or call ahead and make an appointment!

It was super relaxing in there and they played good music. I appreciated that they included us in their conversations and actually got to know us unlike other places where I feel sorta rushed and like I'm bugging them if I have a question or I try to talk. Their work is phenomenal and their prices are fair. I got gel nails for the first time and I'm so pleased! I'm already trying to figure out what I want next. I just got a basic one color. My friend got a fall themed fancy design and they did a beautiful job on them. They even free handed her designs which was so cool! Anyway, I found my nail salon and I highly recommend them. She complained about everything and looked very unprofessional wearing a hooded sweatshirt, jeans and dirty sneakers. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way and wait for a manicure elsewhere then come back again.
