He then reappeared and quickly scraped off all the gel/acrylic residue on my nails. He seemed careful putting the gel color on my nails but afterwards in my car I noticed the sloppy work. The nail polish was on the sides of my nails and some was still smeared on my fingers. My thumb looked the worst though. It looked like it didn't dry completely before he added another layer of color. Gosh, I would go back and complain but I never want to go in this place again!!

He got the gel polish all over my cuticles and cured it that way. I complained and he refused to do anything about it saying it would come off when I washed my hands. It does not.
