The owners are very customer service oriented and do not just breeze through the manicure. They are very meticulous and do a great job. If I was from the area I'd come back for sure. Pretty reasonably priced as well! My girlfriend and I got acrylics as well as dip gel and regular pedicures. We were both in love with the results. By the way, the two other technicians that work here are off on Sundays, so if you must come in either be prepared to wait a bit or call ahead and make an appointment!

Then the manager cuts my nails down when I told him not to and he makes them gel nails and ruins my natural nails. And then the attendant that did my pedicure cut me several time and cut my toenails uneven. Charged me $90 for what I didn't want. Then ran a scam saying they couldnt put the $20 tip on my credit card. Which I found out not to be true by another client. They just do that so they don't have to account for it at tax time. Trying to see if my bank can file a dispute or at least get my tip back. My nails looks awful for my black tie event! Never use this nail shop. I was asked to sign in and the lady told me to sit at a table. She began to work on removing my acrylics. Another customer walked in after me and she immediately got up to go help her. The man (luckily) was almost finished with his customer so he slid over and began working on my nails. He was very abrasive and seemed to be rushing. He then put my hands in acetone and went away for about 10 minutes to work on someone else. In the mean time I looked at the clock wondering how long I'd been there. He then reappeared and quickly scraped off all the gel/acrylic residue on my nails. He seemed careful putting the gel color on my nails but afterwards in my car I noticed the sloppy work. The nail polish was on the sides of my nails and some was still smeared on my fingers. My thumb looked the worst though. It looked like it didn't dry completely before he added another layer of color. Gosh, I would go back and complain but I never want to go in this place again!!

He got the gel polish all over my cuticles and cured it that way. I complained and he refused to do anything about it saying it would come off when I washed my hands. It does not. A week later it is still there and is now starting to peel off which is ruining the manicure. I can normally go 3 weeks with a gel manicure and I may be lucky to get a week out of this one. Upon arriving, we were told to pick a color. 20 minutes after our then appointment time had yet to have service started or to be acknowledged again, at that point we walked out. I acknowledge that I was the one who initially ran late and changed the appointment but if you can't accommodate me please don't reschedule me. Some acknowledgement could have helped. "We'll be with you in 10 minutes, sorry we're running late" , would have been appropriate .
