I visited this salon today for acrylic nail filling. I asked the technician to please adjust the uneven tip of my nail. However, she rudely grabbed my hands and gave an attitude when I asked her to add more filling to the side to make the nail appear straighter. After a moment, she seemed to agree and fixed the nail. Two of my friends and I were out to dinner and decided to walk over to see if Nail Trix was able to take 3 walk ins. They were. They staff is friendly and the place is clean. They don't have a list of prices up so we didn't know the cost of the pedicures until afterwards. $35 for a pedicure that includes a 2 minute massage and a scrub for the feet and ankles. The pedicures were nicely done. I would definitely consider returning here next time I am in the area. read more

I loved getting my nails done there ! The people are extremely friendly and made me feel super welcomed . Offered me a drink and made wonderful conversation. My nails also turned out super cute and i'm very happy with how they turned out. However my nails are a but sore but defintley doesn't take away from the amazing service. I went here today this was my first time trying this nail shop. The owner was there she was very friendly as well as the nail tech named Jackson. She started my nails and Jackson completed them. He was so nice and friendly. Jackson interacted with my kids offered them water he's such a gem. I wanted coffin shape and I felt like they didn't look even but it's was hard to tell because If the sparkles. So I pay $45 for a gel full set and tip $5. Once I walk outside in the light it's super obvious my nails are not even or shaped correctly. On my right hand the nails are longer and thicker than my left hand. Overall my nails do not look good and it's really disappointing. Because I loved his positive attitude. My nails look like I got them done at a school for people learning how to do nails not an actual salon. Now I have to go to another nail salon to get my nails corrected and spend more money such a waste. I never go back to a nail salon that messes up my nails and ask them to correct them, clearly they don't know how that's why they look the way they look lol. read more

I went and got a mani and pedi. Kim did my nails. She did a pretty good job but I wasn't happy with the pedi. I felt like it was too quick and the bottoms of my feet were rough afterwards. One thing I didn't realize until I got home was that she used the wrong nail polish on my hands then what I originally chose. Not too big of a deal because they were similar colors. I have gone here 5-6 times and every time I have had Kim (who is great) EXCEPT for this last time. It was always a coincidence that I had Kim but this time I had a woman I did not know and she didn't introduce herself. She was answering phone calls on her personal cell phone, texting and never accepted my invitations to conversation. Not only that, but it took OVER AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES to soak my old polish off and apply new gel polish. When she began I asked her to shorten them and she did so, asked if it was okay and I said yes, then proceeded to file about half of my nails all the way down, the other half were longer. As she was putting on the final coat she saw a piece of my skin and went to clip it and instead clipped a chunk of my skin off underneath my nail and made it BLEED. She did not say anything to me at the time. Now, it has been less than 7 days (keep in mind this is 21-day polish) and it is so thin I can see my nail underneath, one nail has the polish starting to lift off and one of them lifted off in two places and I've had to file it all wacky because it tore off some of my nail when it came off. I really love this place and I will be back, but I would refuse to go if she is the only available option. read more

This was my second time there. First time the guy did a nice job on my Dipped Power showed him a pic and he did it. So I went again a week ago and did a Pedi and my Dipped Power. My pedi the lady talked so much I couldn't relax and she didn't even use anything on my feet just water that was a waste of my money. Then off to my Dipped Power told the same guy what to do didn't do it I was so frustrated. I ask him again he said oh yea at the end I was like ok. Never did it. A week later my Dipped is chipping mind you this is suppose to last up to 3 weeks Very disappointed never again. Nice people but work is not good. read more

Tiffany is amazing - I can literally show her a picture of whatever nail design I want and she'll get it done. I went there and I will never go back. My nails were done black but when I left and went outside they turned blue. I went back in and showed Kim and she did them over and charged me $15 more. I told her I just wanted black. I told her it was not my fault. She said it was a mood color. I told her she should not have to charge me but she did anyway. I will never go back. read more

I have never had such a bad nail job in my life- make that 2 awful nail jobs in the span of a week! After a gel manicure chipped the first day i went back and told them about it and they said that they would fix it. When i went back to get them fixed i was, i feel understandably, not happy about it. The nail lady was VERY rude and even refused to give me the owner's info claiming that nobody wants to talk to me and the only way she'd do my nails is if i didnt speak. So, needing my nails fixed and already having soaked them way longer than i should have... i agreed. When i asked her not to have debris under the polish bc i will pick it off I was yelled at. I then got yelled at for not wanting the gel on my skin! Worst customer service and all around experience ever. I hadn't been there in about 5 years, but now I will never go back. I wish i had realized that there's a new nail place right down the way (i think in the same parking lot but closer to Krispy Kreme) before i wasted my money here! STEER CLEAR if you want a good job done on your nails! OH! I went as a walk in, I was the first customer there. Everyone was really friendly. The lady that did my mani and pedi was very quiet (which I prefer since I like to just relax). I wanted a clear mani but color for pedi. She accidentally started putting the same color on my nails. Although it wasn't what I wanted I'm not hard to please. She offered to change it but I had somewhere to go. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I think I'll go back. She took her time, which I loved and I didn't feel rushed. That's really important to me. Our nails were badly painted, filed and placement was a little off, the pedi was nothing major. It wasn't even a full pedi. So, why would I give it 4 stars and not less? One of her relatives cut my cuticles so deeply yesterday that two fingers began to bleed; it looks like I have been injured. So I was in a bind and needed my nails done so I decided to come here. I had this older lady who barely spoke English and then preceded to drill my nails. She drilled my one nail so much that I was in pain and you could see blood underneath it. Then I was telling her I wanted one color and another as my accent nail and she had a hard time understanding that. I had the shellac manicure so they used an opi uv light to cure it. It burned my fingers or at least it felt like I was being burned. I was not happy with my service there at all and needless to say I will not be returning. read more

Some of the old people just left so it's a fresh start for Nail Trix. Good hearted friendly people there now. He's too touchy feely, always hugging, rubbing, even went as far as to rub a pregnant woman's belly (without asking) when I was there, she was so uncomfortable & looked like she was going to cry. First thing that should have told me not to waist my time and money is this man smelled bad like cigarettes ... It was the worse pedicure I have ever had in my life I'm 40 and been coming to this salon for close to 15 years ... So for that respect I didn't won't to complain. But when billy asked if I liked my pedicure I simply said no and continued to walk up front to pay ... This man followed me up front to yell at me charged after me and got in my face screaming to the point he had me in tears the owner Jackson did nothing or said nothing at all ...
