Snooze is always a good choice for a fun brunch spot! My husband and another friend went here on a Friday morning. We had no trouble getting seated around 8:30am, but it was a full restaurant by the time we left. We like to split a sweet and savory. We ordered the pancake flight. Good sized pancakes and all very sweet! Some might have been a little too sweet for me, but it is nice to try different flavors. We also had their eggs Benedict which was delicious! My husband had the protein plate which was a good portion size. He enjoyed it! Ambiance is fun with lots of bright colors, booths, and tables. Service was friendly and prompt. read more

Hotcake Diva chiming in. Today I wanted to eat healthy so i bought a veggie scramble with wheat toast and bowl of fruit. First of many healthy dishes I'll be indulging in the future. I still had my mimosas. Baby steps. Of course the service is impeccable as the employees treat you like family and like everyone belongs in this safe space. They also have a wonderful rewards program that you definitely can stack up points for great rewards such as free sides, beverages, snooze cups, snooze T-shirts, etc.... And which i think is best is they also give a military discount on the whole check. Not just the food. read more

I love Snooze, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we sat outside in 90+ degree weather. It's hard to fully enjoy brunch when you're sweating profusely before your coffee even arrives. That said, our server was fantastic, and the food was every bit as good as I remembered. We had the biscuits and gravy, the Denver omelet, pineapple upside-down pancakes, and the standard pancake flight, which is an absolute must for any table. What I love about Snooze is that their savory and sweet dishes are equally strong. That's not easy to pull off. I'll gladly keep coming back, but I have to admit, this Southern California guy appreciates San Diego weather a little more when brunch is involved read more

Busy! But cute and service was ok (assuming it was slow because it was busy). Unsure about parking because we walked, but there's a parking lot by the Trader Joe's or a parking garage a few blocks down. Got the seasonal gingerbread latte which was tasty. The burrito was GOOD!! Recommend. The Spuds deluxe bowl was very bland so would not get again. Even after we asked for salsa it still wasn't amazing. read more

We went here because it opened earlier than a lot of breakfast spots, but it did not disappoint! I had the pineapple upside down pancakes which were DELICIOUS, and my husband had biscuits and gravy, which he also enjoyed. It was just freezing in here, so bring a jacket because even my sweater wasn't cutting it! read more

I can't say enough about this place and the staff. The food is ALWAYS delicious and creative. I had the Bella Benedict which was better than I expected! Perfectly crisped thick crostinis, topped with prosciutto, poached eggs and a unique creamy Italian style hollandaise sauce with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. This was magical! My finance always gets the corned beef hash, because it's that good! The establishment is always up-kept and clean and usually busy during breakfast hours, as expected, but we just love to use the waitlist feature on yelp and have not had a terribly long wait. The staff here is very friendly. You can feel the energy of unity and camaraderie amongst them and that energy buzzes around you when you are there. A special shout out to Courtney, our server this last time. She has a genuine warmth and enthusiasm that made our dining experience that much better. She took great care of us, checked in periodically, and provided excellent service with a smile. Needless to say we will keep going back and highly recommend Snooze for their excellent standards overall. read more

YUMMERS! I was concerned when I arrived and saw the long line out front on a Saturday morning to get in. By the time I found free parking in the back lot (major score) and got around to the entrance there was a table for four of us ready. Ruth was our server and she was fantastic. Very attentive and kind. The Rejuvenate drink was refreshing and tasty. The Bravocado Toast was delicious and enough for leftovers to enjoy later. The Sweet Potato Vegi Smashup was also quite good. I enjoyed the diner feel of this place with open seating and attentive service. The food was fresh and delicious!! read more

Basil & The Bee: Burrata Toast. For those that longingly remember Snooze's "Lower East Sider" breakfast... there's been nothing on their menu that I've loved as much as that for the last several years, until today. The flavor combos were so deliciously perfect. I hope they'll keep this one on the menu! 10 out of 10, highly recommend. read more

I never leave reviews but I wanted to make an exception this one time. My best friend and I go out for brunch once a week and try new places all over Colorado, today we have decided that this was the best place by far for a few reasons: 1. Service was incredible. The hostess was kind, complimented our outfits, and made us feel more relaxed in a bustling environment. It really made us feel more cared for. Our server, Ashley, was even more delightful. She gave us fantastic recommendations and gifted us a tiramisu french toast when we couldn't decide between that or the ube blueberry pancakes. It was so kind, especially when she gave her own opinion on the food and told us she didn't want us to miss out on trying it. Ashley made our whole week and I couldn't ask for a better server. As someone who used to work in the food industry, she is someone that every server should strive to be. 2. The food was phenomenal. Nothing was too overly sweetened nor absurdly spicy, allowing the flavors to come through far better. My only recommendation would be to serve the food a tad but warmer, but overall still beautifully done. Presentation and execution were spot on! 3. Convenience. Snooze does a fantastic job at anticipating guest needs before they know it. Coat racks placed throughout were very helpful on this rainy day. The knives on the table were sharp, a detail overlooked by so many other restaurants and made the eating experience even more enjoyable. Everything about this was speaking "hospitality". Nonetheless, my best friend and I will absolutely be returning. The price matches the quality perfectly and I hope to receive the same amazing experience next time. read more

Wait staff were friendly and attentive. Juice was delivered before we even finished placing order. The greens were very green flavored, kale and cucumber dominated taste. The Bennie's were both excellent, the pork belly habanero with bacon jam was very flavorful but I actually preferred the more traditional ham iii but both were exvellent. The shrimp and grits were also full of flavour and although I am not a fan of grits my companion really enjoyed them. The nutty mocha smoothie was a very strong coffee flavor, but it only hit after you tasted the chocolate. Great experience and nice location. Worth the visit! read more

Amazing place to eat a fantastic meal (vegetarian friendly!) with good vibes and top notch service!! I had a few hours to kill while waiting for my airbnb check-in time. Had the matcha latte + egg white scramble + the OMG french toast. I absolutely cleared my plate. It's also a great spot to get some work done, I wasn't the only one who had their laptop out. :) This is my first impression of Denver food and it's a strong start!! read more

I'd easily give this place 5 stars if their waitlist system worked properly. I checked the online waitlist all morning before heading over, and it consistently showed no wait. When we arrived, the line was out the door, yet the system still said there was no wait. It was definitely frustrating. That said, once we were seated, the food was great and the service was really solid. If they fix the online waitlist, this would be a top-tier brunch spot. read more

Was I particularly hungry, maybe. One of the best omelets I've ever had. I ordered the Garden Harvest Omelet add ham. I requested toast (which I received), but I did not receive the salad that accompanies the omelet. That herbed cream cheese was really a difference maker. My ordered was to go, so I can't speak to service. So many yummy items can't wait to try other menu options. Brunch/Breakfast spot: 4.5 read more

Food was great, as always! Service was ok. I saw the server treating others differently, checking on certain tables more than others, etc... The worst part: at 2:30pm I went to the bathroom sat down and realized there was no toilet paper I had to call my daughter to get me some. All they said was sorry due to the time that happens since we are about to close. I don't want anything free but at least more attention to the bathrooms, imagine I was by myself who would I call? read more

Amazing French toasts! Love the fast service. They have lots of seatings with nice 2 seaters that's nicely utilizes their space. This location has 2 entrances, one from the parking lot and another from the front facing the busy street. I got the bread pudding French toast and it was absolutely delicious. The French toast neat looked really good as well. Hash browns were extremely yummy too! However I prefer mine a bit crunchier. Would love to come back and try something else on their menu. read more

Snooze has a delicious and unique brunch menu! There's truly something for everyone. We loved the pancake flight - what a great way to try the different kinds of pancakes they offer. The fried rice was yummy, savory with a hint of fruity sweetness, and filling. The portion sizes are great. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is that every time I've been to snooze, while cordial, the staff is never particularly nice or welcoming. They're still great and quick, they just don't get us feeling super welcome. But overall, we love Snooze and find it fairly priced for the Denver area. The food always tastes amazing, and the restaurant itself has a cute theme and lots of unique seating. read more

I'm all about an experience when I'm eating and Snooze had me feeling like I was living a part of a movie. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the retro decor. Like it gave me some ideas for future home remod. Our server Sage was an angel and really made our experience feel like I was eating at a friends place. Also super accommodating and aware once I mentioned my gluten intolerance so I felt safe and not like a dick with my complicated ordering tendencies. We had the pancake flight and chose the choco chip, cinnamon roll, and strawberry shortcake pancakes. Cinnamon roll was my favorite. Perfect balance of syrup with the toppings. And the candied pecans were amazing. The strawberry syrup and cream were def a great combo. And you can't go wrong with chocolate chip. I had a grapefruit mimosa for happy hour and it was nice and tangy. Their honey oat milk latte was my favorite though. Complimented perfectly with my pancakes and I don't know how to describe it but the roast itself was a perfect flavoring - nothing burnt nor overly sweet so it still tasted like coffee. The side of hashbrowns and bacon were perfectly textured and crisp. The habanero hot sauce was so spicy but tasted so good. read more

I absolutely love snooze and wish I could bring it back home with me! This was my first stop in Denver after a early morning flight. I had to do the signature pancake flight!! My favorite pancake was the pineapple upside down followed by the cinnamon roll, and then strawberry shortcake. Paired it with their yummy bacon and a refreshing butterfly lemonade. Our waiter was very friendly and our food was out about 15 minutes after ordering. I have never had a bad experience at any snooze so it's always a go for me! read more

*CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW yummy! the menu isn't marked GF, but lots of there menu can be made GF - the staff are very knowledgeable and can answer all questions. They can do a lot of substitutes - for example, I got the habanero pork belly eggs Benedict on GF bread and it was SOOOO good. We also got a side strawberry shortcake pancake to split, also very good and tasted just like those old strawberry shortcake ice cream bars. They have allergy protocols in place, mark allergy on the order, the food comes out marked "allergy", and back in the kitchen they clean off equipment when an allergy order comes through. (I.e. they clean the griddle for GF pancakes, along with the utensils, etc) read more

Love the retro decor and the mimosas. I mean, it just wouldn't be brunch without mimosas. Or coffee. They have good coffee, too, with prompt refills. And they ALSO have vegan options, which is unusual for a breakfast joint! The tofu scramble is decent, and they have vegan pancakes as well (I haven't tried them yet). The waitperson had the kindness to ask if I wanted butter on my toast when I ordered the tofu scramble, so extra points for that. (No, I don't want butter, thanks!) If you don't have a reservation, expect at least a 30 minute wait, because they're very popular. But there's bags outside if you fancy a game, and Trader Joe's is just up the block if you want to kill some time and get groceries. Parking is difficult in that neighborhood, and the lots in back are really strict, so be prepared to park farther away and walk if it's crowded. read more

I went to Snooze on Colorado and 7th a couple of weeks ago and had one of the best Denver omelets I have had in the city to date. I was excited to bring 5 friends with me this week. We were seated at a round table that was great for conversation. We had the most likeable server and terrific service but when we got our food, it was NOTHING like what I had 2 weeks before. The menu was also very different. I ordered a Denver omelet again which is no longer on the menu, but they made it for me anyway. The toast was not buttered and the omelet was like the quality of eggs at a cheap hotel breakfast bar. I felt terrible that my friends spent about $30 each for a breakfast that was mediocre especially after I raved about my previous experience. I hope that whatever changed in 2 short weeks will change back. Great location, parking in back, long waits on the weekends. We went at 9 AM on a Wednesday and there was plenty of seating. read more

This is one of the smaller locations for Snooze. They are on the southwest corner of a building that houses a Nektar juice bar, a chocolate shop and Angelo's. Nearby is a Trader Joe's and the 9+CO shopping complex. I arrived at 715am and had plenty of choices to sit. I chose a two person table next to the windows overlooking Colorado Blvd. My server, Kendall D came over promptly. I started with a large Cranberry juice and a hot Vanilla Almond Matcha Tea Latte. Brightly lit with no background music, thou it started later. I got a healthy breakfast with the Protein & Veggie Egg White scramble with asparagus, mushrooms and spinach along with sliced avocado and a chicken sausage patty. I added a side of their Bacon But Different starter which is well spiced with chili flakes and cayenne. A wonderful meal. read more

I did an online order. When I arrived, my food was ready and being bagged, however, I also ordered a Latte. The Latte wasn't ready. When the Latte was finally ready, my food had been sitting for 10 minutes and was no longer hot. A retro looking high quality breakfast spot? Yes please! Snooze blew it out of the park with their breakfast, I wish I got a picture of their pancake flight but it was gone before I could even get my phone out. Our waitress was really friendly and attentive to some dietary needs in my party. I got this sort of brisket bowl that I can't seem to find on the online menu anymore but I was really impressed by the quality and how all the flavors worked together.
