Worst omelette of my life. They don't serve soda, and be careful ordering bacon, may be served charred black.

4 stars the food was great. Service was awful. Nicole repeatedly asked us to repeat our order (maybe the music was too loud for her to hear), food was delivered to table had to inconvenience the staff at the bar for condiments. Had to ask Nicole for water since none was offered to us when we sat down, no straw was given, had to go to the bar yet again to get a straw. I would like to think that maybe she was having an off day or she was overwhelmed by having to take care of multiple tables, but working in food service you have to be quick, friendly, and approachable. Next time we are in town we are willing to give Snooze another shot....just hope for better service. read more

My first time in Colorado and I knew this place was a must visit! WoW! So delicious!! I had a hard time choosing what I wanted, everything sounded amazing! I went with the Juan's breakfast tacos and ate every single bit of it! I added a side of jalapeños because I like it spicy. I will forever be craving these! I also got the pancake of the week which was chocolate peanut butter. I ate that as my dessert the waiter was nice and we had no wait at all for a table. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Will most definitely go back again when I'm back in town. read more

I love Snooze! The food is fantastic and the service is great. The patio at this location is small so the wait was long to sit outside with our dog, but well worth it! Everyone was wearing masks and encouraging physical distancing. I had a half order of the OMG! French Toast and a Pineapple Upside down Pancake and loved every bite. My wife went healthier with the Sweet Potato Hash and enjoyed it as well. Come hungry enough to enjoy the delicious food, but not so starving that you can't handle the inevitable wait. read more

You can't go wrong with breakfast at snooze! They have so many great options. I usually opt for an omelette or an egg dish and share something sweet with a friend. Their strawberry pancakes are delish. Service is fast and friendly. I recommend getting on the wait list (through Yelp) prior to getting there as there's usually a long wait on the weekends. read more

Excellent food & outstanding service! It was great to be there after the Bolder Boulder, when we reserved for 6 but 9 of us squeezed in. Loved the avocado toast. Others at the table say: Their Bennies are the best! read more

I've always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Snooze but today impacted me deeply. The manager, Alex, went so above and beyond for me that I am truly humbled. As someone who also works in the service industry I am grateful for the reminder that simple acts of kindness can leave a great impact. We never know when someone might need it most, so it's best to give it when we can! Thank you Alex! read more

Too bad there's no Snooze's in the DC, MD, VA area..because this place is soooo good! Like in true yelp fashion, I accidentally ordered several items off the menu in order to give a true and accurate review of this place ;) And Everything was delicious!!...the shrimp and grits, french toast, and sweet potato pancakes were my favs..but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They're also willing to modify your order if desired, i.e. prepare the eggs to your specification. The customer service was phenomenal as our server was efficient and witty. Also, splitting the bill among 6 people was seamless. They use an iPad- looking device that itemized each person's orders, and you're able to pay your bill plus tip via credit card (if desired) at the table with one swipe on the device. Overall, highly recommend snooze's !! And please come to the DMV...i promise we don't bite..except if you're serving those sweet potato pancakes ;) read more

The yummiest breakfast place! The Bacon but different melted in our mouth like a dessert- we had to get another order it was so delicious. The pancake flight was delicious- cinnamon pancake was my favorite but it wasn't on the menu so you have to ask for it. Great service and friendly staff. Wish we had one at home so we could come here all the time! read more

This place gets a tad bit busy so try to come earlier than you anticipate to eat on the weekends or come on a weekday when it's less busy. They do offer a waitlist option on their app. We arrived on a Monday around noon and my friend and I were lucky enough to find open seats at the bar so we walked right in, avoiding a 25-40min wait. The bar seating has hooks beneath the counter for your jacket/purse. My Pancake Flight consisted of pineapple upside down, blueberry Danish, and sweet potato pancake. My favorite was the sweet potato pancake topped with crunchy, sweet pecans. I also tried the French toast which had a heavenly crisp on the outside and tasteful filling. My meal was accompanied with a warm milk hot chocolate topped with a rich whipped cream. You could taste the spices they put in the hot chocolate so avoid this if you're someone who just wants plain hot chocolate. Overall, the restaurant was very clean, food was great, and the service was superb. It's a breakfast joint that goes out of its comfort zone to try unique creations and give some pizzas to your meal. PLEASE OPEN ONE IN FLORIDA!!! read more

I'm quite happy with this place. Came here for the first time yesterday. Being a weekday morning, 08:30 hrs, I was able to get a table quickly. On a weekend I would use their handy app to put yourself on the waitlist so you don't need to wait in line. If you do have to wait, they have complimentary coffee. My server was Bonnie. She is quite the sweetheart. She let me take my time with the menu and saw that I was comfortable. I began with their house brew coffee and some milk to put in it. A touch of sugar and it's perfect. My coworker recommended their pancakes so I got one of those along with one of their benedicts. The benedict was a bit underwhelming but the pancake was big. I think it was about six inches across! I wound up splitting my meal in two and ate the rest for lunch. I finished with some hot chai tea. One server who passed by me as I was packing up my meal for takeaway approved of me bringing my own container to pack my leftovers in. Bonus! I wish to thank the lady, and Bonnie for a splendid job. Kindness goes a long way. Always. read more

This was a great casual breakfast spot with a modern spin on diner vibes. The Chili verde Benedict was incredible and so unique!

Consistency is key! I've been to at least 5 different Snooze's between here and Cali and they are always consistent. The Benny's are always my go-to, and i was happy to see they've updated the menu to reflect some new options! The Benny Benny Benny is always one of my favorites but I gave the Pork Belly a try this time as well and it was perfectly cooked! I have a love hate relationship with pork belly, more recently in the hate, but Snooze has redeemed it for me! Also I'm pretty picky about bacon, and theirs is next level tasty. read more

We decided to visit Snooze on a day trip to boulder. We are from NC visiting. Everything we ate here was a 10/10. We went on a Tuesday around 9:30 am and were sat immediately. Our server Reed was outstanding. Everyone here is super friendly and the decor is retro. They have indoor seating and patio seating with heaters. If we are ever back in Colorado, this is definitely on the list. read more

We "got in line" via the app as soon as we arrived at the Farmer's market. We were advised of a two hour wait and took advantage by shopping and having mimosas at a nearby bar. 5 mins before our check in time I received a text that my name had been removed from the wait list. We high tailed it over there and they said that sometimes the app does that for no reason. They were able to accommodate us and we were seated at one of the round tables with round benches. While they look cool, they're not comfortable. It was busy but our first order of drinks took over 15 minutes to arrive to the table. The waitress said she would comp an order of pancakes for the table. Cool! Most of us went with the Benny duo. I had lox and latkes as well as the Bella! Bella!- both were delicious, Bella, Bella was probably my favorite. The breakfast margarita was amazing- upon ordering a second round we were told they had enough sour mix for only 1. When my friend got her drink it was all sour and no OJ- so much it was not drinkable. The waitress comp'd that drink for her. Overall, good food. We found out from the second table of our friends that they too were comp'd pancakes as well; must be a thing they do. read more

My 85 year old dad and I love coming here. The food is excellent and the staff is top-notch. Bari is a rockstar waitress! She's super patient and engaging with my dad, even when he's being extra bizarre . The fact that she's solid has me be able to relax and enjoy the experience. Would give 5 stars except it's often way too loud in there (music and people)... Thank you! We'll be back soon read more

Great food, service, and atmosphere. The Monte Cristo breakfast was fantastic.. and shrimp and grits were tasty!

First time eater at this establishment, but now a favorite spot when visiting Boulder, CO. The restaurant was very clean, and the family was digging the 50s/60s retro decor. Service was spot on, with very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. The food is what to come back to. I had the Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice, and it was spot on; I had to fend off my daughter from eating more of my food. We also had the breakfast quesadilla, breakfast burrito, the snooze classic, double bacon sandwich, and the breakfast tacos. I enacted the "Dad Tax" and mandated to try each dish; none disappointed. Highly recommended! read more

We've been coming here for years, and I've never felt compelled to write a review before. We've probably been to this location 50+ times in 10 years. Overall, the food is very consistent, which is nice. They serve the pancakes and waffles with real maple syrup, which is also nice. We're not usually fans of alcohol with breakfast but the few times we've tried their alcoholic drinks they've been just okay. Nothing super memorable. Just know that there are other locations to choose from in the area, and that the pearl street location is always super busy with up to a two hour wait at times. Using open table to snag a seat saves you having to go in and make a reservation, you can just show up when it's ready and skip the wait. Staff here at this location can be really snooty& miss details of your order etc. as a result of how busy they are, and service attitude here is meh consistently. On our last visit here, our server was noticeably rude to our kids and they took forever to seat us even though our reservation was ready and our table was visibly available. Just know you're not getting the best of snooze if you show up to this location ;-) The other locations (ie. Westminster) tend to have much better service and shorter waits with friendlier staff. I would suggest leaving the pearl street spot for the tourists and college kids. What I recommend from the menu: the bacon is good, their French toast and waffles are good, the vegan pancakes are good, but my personal favorite is the bravocado toast. read more

We are visiting Boulder for the first time & tried Snooze out for breakfast. Everything was so delicious & they had a lot of choices for toppings & add-ons. My husband got the OMG French Toast and absolutely loved it. I got the Spuds Deluxe with bacon & jalapeños. My husband's only complaint was that there was no soda available and he does not drink coffee or alcohol. The atmosphere was great, with a bright, retro vibe and our server was attentive. Not sure how I have not written a review of this place yet. Probably because there are so many already. Everything delicious you read about in the reviews is true for this place. For me personally I love customizing of the menu I can do. For example for the benedicts you can switch any of the hollandaise sauces around. The potatoes are always a little undercooked for me, but order them cooked extra and they are perfect. I adore their pancakes. Hands down the best in Boulder. Again, you can order just one or the trio and switch them up. The new app lets you put your name on the waitlist as you are heading out the door now. Super helpful!! Truly just always yummy!! read more

This place was surprisingly packed for a Friday morning. We took two seats at the bar to avoid the wait. We would probably score this place as a 2.5 out of 5, mostly because with two mimosas for each of us the bill was more than $70. They were good mimosas (especially the Rummosa), but not $10 good. I had an omelet with spinach, tomatoes, and peppers, which was good enough. The hash browns were really good and so was the sweet, spicy bacon I got on the side. Hubby had the corned beef hash which he said was a solid 4 out of 5, unfortunately his eggs were cold. Also a bit surprised that our meals came with one half of one piece of toast (when usually it's two full slices). read more

We've been going to Snooze for breakfast for as long as its been open in Boulder. The food is delicious. Sometimes it is inconsistent, like the time when the green chile hollandaise sauce turned crazy spicy hot for a few months, and then it switched back. But recently, we've been frustrated by the reduction in portion size - most notably in the Spuds Deluxe dish. It would be great if the Snooze team could focus more on consistent portion sizes. Snooze is a family favorite, but with prices increasing and portions shrinking, I'm not sure we can keep choosing Snooze for breakfast. read more

We went on a weekday in the morning. Took the kids and the mother-in-law. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. It was busy we didn't make a reservation we did get in at a proper time. Our coffees were delicious I had a latte and my husband had a macchiato and we had a coffee. This place is definitely all natural. Meaning natural jams . The eggs are from cage free farms. A lot of the things for a whole wheat. Me and my husband would definitely go there again without the kids in the mother-in-law LOL. The kids were not a fan of the all natural flavor. My mother-in-law was not a fan of them not having any sodas. The restaurant was clean and had an awesome atmosphere I love the 50s look. Food came out at a reasonable time as well which was awesome. We came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, the staff was very welcoming and the inside of the restaurant is fun and funky. We got iced vanilla lattes, porridge, pancake flight to share, and Bella Bella Benny. Vanilla Latte - 8/10 no complaints, good flavor, a bit expensive. Porridge - 7/10, has lots of fruit, but the porridge has little flavor. Could have used some brown sugar. They also have hemp seeds which got in my teeth as I was eating. Bella Bella Benny - 8/10, comes on toast crisp instead of a English muffin, so it is more crunchy than your average Benedict. Hash browns very good. Pancake flight - 6.5/10 we got the chocolate chip (9/10), blueberry danish (4/10), and strawberry shortcake (7/10). Blueberry Danish was super sweet. Shortcake was sweet but good flavor, chocolate chip was delicious. They didn't provide us with syrup and it would've been better with syrup. This was overpriced too (14$ for three small pancakes) read more
