A group and I stopped in to Jungle after looking for a tiki bar in Boulder with a nice aesthetic, good drinks, and a good atmosphere for talking. Jungle fortunately hit all those marks! First off, the drinks were so good! We got the Thai Iced Tea, Mr. Plumtastic, and the Martiki. All of those drinks were so well-made. I especially enjoyed the Thai Iced Tea. It had a really good balance of Thai Tea flavor and rum. The drinks were strong but not overly so. Perfect. You can also buy some of the mugs to take home. Fun! Service was top notch. From the hostess to the server, everyone was very helpful and very nice. Great job staff! The atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. The interior decorations and lighting were fun but also a great setting for conversation. The music volume was perfect. I look forward to getting my tiki on again at Jungle!

We may have been the oldest couple in Jungle but the service, ambiance, and food was fabulous, so it didn't matter. Jungle always has interesting cocktails - and my husband and I always enjoy trying new flavors. The burgers are the best in town I think and always cooked perfectly. We have also tried the shrimp skewers which were a great appetizer. The chicken sandwich is a deal in Tuesday nights and very tasty. The staff is always fun and friendly while also being efficient in such a small space filled with community tables. Love Jungle!

loved this cute spot !! stopped by on our way out of the state and it happened to be happy hour! LOVE that they have happy hour every day - that's always a plus. the burger was very good! service was quick and the drinks were so cute - i love all the different glassware. would definitely come back when in the area! :)

What a cute spot! We stopped here for a pre-dinner drink on a Friday night and they were packed inside (bummer - looked so cute in there!) but they had a great patio spot right out front we were able to snag. The patio table setup isn't comfy for an extended period: it's a barrel with stool chairs, so is more of a quick post-up spot. They have an awesome list with very reasonable tiki cocktail prices: $12-16. We tried the: *Dijon Sanders with Oaxacan rum, mustard and citrus *Glacier Freeze with Jamaican rum and lychee *Cornstar with mezcal - lit on fire All the drinks that came out were in kitschy cups and so nostalgic and fun! We were served by the hostess, and she gave some great recommendations for cocktails! However, we got a bit forgotten after our first round came out, and it took us a while to track someone down to pay the bill. Great vibes and fun cocktails here!

Jungle did not disappoint! We came here for an after work happy hour with a group of about 10 and were seated right away with no reservation. Everything was tasty and well seasoned. The seafood tasted fresh. The drinks were strong and flavorful. The staff were very attentive and our food and drinks arrived quickly. The ambiance fits the vibe. I would definitely return to try more items.

Unbeatable cocktails. The staff is so friendly and attentive. If I could give them six stars I would. Don't sleep on this place. Incredible cocktails and food that is not only affordable, but is consistently good. The drinks here make me feel like I'm on vacation. Try the Mai Tai, it's off the charts. Feeling Brave? Grab a Zombie, it's strong but amazing

I visited Jungle on a whim while visiting Pearl St. as a solo traveler. I came in for a light dinner, ordering the fish tacos as my meal. This meal includes two small fish tacos, which a like on the side and pickled onions. You get the option of either corn or flour tortillas.. I went with corn. While being a very small portion, they were very reasonably priced ($8) and delicious. I got two cocktails while there as well. First I got the "Saturn", a gin based fruity cocktail. This was very light, sweet, and refreshing. Second I got the mango daiquiri (frozen). This was surprisingly very "real" tasting opposed to being loaded with sugar and artificial flavoring. In fact, it might have been my favorite tropical frozen cocktail I've had!! Not to mention both cocktails were very aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere in here was wonderful, filled with fun jungle (hence the name) art and decor, lighting, and decent music. While it is small inside, it doesn't feel cramped. The highlight of this visit for me was the incredible service. The bar staff was very kind and fun, which made my experience as a solo traveler very welcoming and exciting. As soon as my water was empty, staff came over and filled it immediately. All staff were smiling and courteous. In all, I highly recommend Jungle! While it may fit the tourist vibe.. it's still a decent place worth a try.

Awesome experience again! Went during happy hour time on a Thursday and it was amazing! For the first time it wasn't crowded and loud like times when you go on a Friday or weekend night. Awesome ambiance and even better service! We tried the food for the first time and I was blown away! The jungle burger is amazing! I loved it! The burger meat was juicy and flavorful. The toppings are also awesome! I love the onion ring. I wish the pineapple was in a ring instead of chunks because they kept falling out but besides that the burger was perfect. The Caribbean fries were awesome! So crispy and we're perfectly seasoned. I also enjoyed the new drink menu and had the spill the tea! The flavors were really well balanced and if you like more floral sweeter drinks you'll like this one. I love the decor and especially the cute cups. We will be back for jingle in December!

Food 5/5 - We had the cajun fries and the shrimp skewers with brown butter. Absolutely delicious & went perfectly with our drinks! Drinks 5/5 - From the taste to their presentations, all cocktails we ordered were perfect. My personal favorite was the Zombie! Cocktail came with a tiny flame on top of the drink and once the flame was out, it gave off this smell that instantly transports you to an all inclusive tropical vacation on an island Service 4/5 - Everyone working there were SO nice and knowledgeable! It did take them awhile to check in on us for more drinks, but to be fair, we went during their HH so the restaurant was packed! Ambiance 5/5 - Fun, busy, good vibes everywhere. I would recommend this as a fun date night or an outing with friends! 10/10 will be back :)

I had a great experience here with friends! The inside is very cute and they also have a lit patio area for outdoor seating. The cocktail menu is large and there are a lot of options. I was excited to see that they have Seedlip nonalcoholic spirit for those that still want a cocktail without the alcohol. I ordered the I'll Show Chu Mine which was a Mai Tai with Soju. It came in a super cute ramen mug with a fortune cookie topper. All the food was great too! I ordered a chicken sandwich and my partner got a jungle burger which came with pineapple. Everything was super delicious! They offer a gluten free sandwich buns and impossible patties for vegetarian/vegan burgers. I love that like this place has options for those not drinking as well as food options for folks with dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is just so cute and I love the tiki concept. 10/10, I'll be back!

Uh, yes please! They have their own parking lot. We were welcomed in and seated as we had our reservations. The bathrooms were clean and well lit. The bar is located inside the pirate ship! We all came dressed in our tropical attire. The drink menu is fun and our server, Chase was the best! He gave us great recommendations and made the evening fun. We ordered the Pu Pu Platter for the table to share and then my husband and I split an order of the crab cakes. The platter had feta wontons, chicken wings (I'll come back to those), fried calamari, Spam musubi, red curry cheese tots, edamame, mac salad and seaweed salad. The seaweed salad was a new taste for me. I liked the dressing and overall it was tasty. The mac salad was traditional island mac. Good stuff. Edamame is not normally my fav, but this was seasoned well. Red curry cheese tots, yum!! The Spam musubi had a dipping sauce and together that was a tasty snack. The fried calamari, was crispy outside, not greasy and tender inside. Well done! The feta wontons were a fun combo of crispy wonton, cucumber and a creamy feta spread. Now, the chicken wings. They are not on the menu as something you can order on its own. I wish they were, as we would have ordered more! They come with a gochujang-teriyaki glaze topped with sesame seeds and scallion. Absolutely the best thing on the platter! Our crab cakes were made from Pacific Rock crab and accompanied by fresh avocado on a bed of smoked tomato pureé garnished with mango salsa. A perfect bite. I do need to talk about the drinks. My husband had a Zombie, Flor de Caña 4 year Oro rum, Planteray OFTD rum, cinnamon syrup, grapefruit, fassionola, lime and a dash of Leopold Brothers absinthe. He loved it! I asked Chase for a recommendation and he said his fav was the Three Dots and a Dash. I went with that. This drink had Dry Land Distillers aged cane rum, Planteray original dark rum, falernum, allspice dram, honey syrup, fresh lime, orange and Angostura bitters. I sipped and savored that for the evening. What a fun experience. I will definitely be coming back.

I went searching for a non chain bar or restaurant to support and was shocked to see that Lakewood CO of all places had a local distillery and just had to try it. It honestly exceeded my expectations as I originally planned on coming in for one drink but left after trying 3 because it was so good. My first drink was the Coffee, God and Cigarettes. This drink offered a well-balanced blend of bitter and sweet notes, both light and flavorful. The tobacco finish is present but not overpowering, making for a very enjoyable overall experience. The 2nd drink I got was the old fashioned.... Which was made with both whiskey and rum in it which left me a bit nervous to actually order it. But don't let the rum fool you, this is a classic-tasting delicious Old Fashioned. Ironically, the rum has more traditional whiskey character than their white whiskey (which tastes like scotch). If you like Old Fashioneds, you'll find this version delicious. I finished with the Serrano Cucumber Gimlet. It features a fresh cucumber essence and a well-balanced, subtle heat. A unique and excellent twist on the classic. All the in house spirits were great, Cameron the bartender on shift was able to answer any and all questions I had, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was wonderful. Laid back vibe and welcoming staff. Nothing pretentious at all. The bartenders were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Always stayed on top of my drinks. The thing I like most about Death & Co is the way the categorize their drinks: Light and playful, bright and confident, elegant and timeless, boozy and honest, and rich and comforting. I had the aqua profunda (cognac, St. George basil eau di vie, lillet rose, strawberry, lime, and absinthe). I also had the eight limb daiquiri (rum, Canada aguardiente, Thai tea cordial, lime leaf, and Maraschino). The Blood Oath (mezcal, Vecchio del capo, Calabrian chili amaro, St. Germain Elderflower, lavender, honey, lemon). All were complex and delicious. You could pick out every flavor, yet everything melded together so well. They also have some basic bar food and snacks, but somewhat elevated. I had the D&C Burger and it was juicy, rich, and had some great accompanying fries. I usually try to give a more in depth idea of cocktails available, but Death & Co has such a diverse menu with so many amazing craft cocktails that I can't offer that this time . . . you'll have to go in and see it for yourself!

My go to is the Disco Tiger which I was very happy to find out they had at this location too! Our server was extremely knowledgeable about every single cocktail on the menu and gave us great recommendations. I give this location a 4 star rating because the food didn't live up to standard of their drinks. The steak tartare and oysters were good. The fried chicken was not as good as the one I've had in LA, not even close. The spinach artichoke dip was dry and flavorless.
