This was a cute spot for brunch out here. They are a chain sorta similar to that of First Watch, except a much larger menu and the servers here are so friendly. Upon looking for a spot to eat breakfast our first morning here in Boulder, Colorado has immediately saw they had a Snooze Eatery here. I've eaten at the San Diego location many times over the years and enjoyed every meal. I was happy to see one here and immediately put our name on the waitlist. On my trip to Colorado this month, I ate a LOT of Snooze. Like... 4/5 days of Snooze. Every time was awesome and extremely filling (my body did take revenge afterwards from all of the heaviness). That being said, the Snooze in Boulder had the best burrito I've had compared to the other locations (downtown Denver and Rino - which were exceptional & close!). Epic burrito; bang for your buck; flavorful; filling (I added mushrooms and peppers). I got the green and red sauce which made it extra fun to choose what to eat! Both sides tastes great. My husband and I went to Snooze on a Sunday at 11AM. It was busy when we arrived, so I put our name on the wait list and we waited about 10 minutes to be seated (awesome for a Sunday morning). We sat at the bar and our waitress was Kat, she was very nice. I ordered a latte with lavender syrup and the sweet potato veggie smash up with a poached egg. I love lavender and really enjoyed the coffee. My sweet potato breakfast was great! I loved the texture, color, and flavors of the meal. The potato was soft on the inside and so was the skin on the outside. The house-made Siracha maple syrup was good! I loved the kick and the sweetness it added to the meal. I cleared my plate. My husband ordered the corned beef hash and the pancake flight for dessert. His meal was really terrible! I couldn't believe it. His entire meal, including the pancakes, were served cold. To me, the scrambled eggs were watery, cold, and my husband said they tasted like they were from a pre-mix and unnaturally whipped. The corned beef hash was basically just mushy hash browns with chunks of corned beef on top and he said it tasted like they refried it. He said it was awful and he wouldn't dine here again. We both split the pancake flight, which was served cold, so the whole thing was already set-up for disappointment. The best pancake on the plate was the cinnamon roll but most likely would've been better if it were served at the right temperature. It's crazy the different food experiences my husband and I had while dining at Snooze, which is why I gave it a 2-star rating. read more

Our group decided to meet at Snooze for lunch/brunch. There's an option to be put on a wait list before you arrive at the restaurant. One friend put us on a wait list, and we did not have to wait for a table when we arrived. I ordered the Garden Harvest Omelet. The food was really fresh. What made this omelette extra special was the topping of chili-lime seasoned avocado and house-made herbed cream cheese. It was delicious! The omelet came with a small salad. This place felt like a diner, but the food felt healthier than diner food. I like how the calories are listed on the menu. The interior is so fun. I love those round booths! The colors look very mid-century. The only negative to this place is it can get extremely loud inside. The acoustics are not great in there, and I had to strain to hear what my friends were saying. They do offer outdoor seating. Our waitress was friendly and she stopped by several times to check on us and see if we needed anything else. The service was really prompt! Free street parking on Sundays, otherwise there is metered parking. It can be challenging to find a parking spot. It's in an area where it's fun to stroll and look at all the different shops. I've eaten here for years and I still have the same recommendation. Find time to go on a weekday if you can. I'm not good at hanging on the sidewalk for an hour on weekend brunch time. I always go fairly early or late on a random day with family or friend. Any age can love it and so many options and recipes. Specialty eggs, pancakes, tacos and burritos , meats, fruits , drinks . Occasionally an egg dish may not have been cooked exactly as I hoped but it's hard to communicate exact doneness with eggs. If they are not too busy like today at an odd hour, they will let you sit and chat as long as you wish. I absolutely love their version of hash browns and I get it every single time. It never varies in doneness. Never burned or under cooked. It comes as a little cake as if cooked in a ring of some sort or little mini cake pan. Their bacon is always crisp and dry, not greasy. The pancakes are huge as are the omelets. The breakfast tacos my friend got today looked yummy. I plan to get them next time. Like a breakfast burrito filling in a corn tortilla. They also have weekday morning specials that are a real deal. Preset choices, none over $11 a plate. It's what both of us ordered today. If one needs to be "seen" or see what's happening on Pearl and don't care about AC on a 90° day, sit out on the sidewalk. Getting rid of the Bela-Bela Benny was absolutely the wrong thing to do. Also, the crab and asparagus omelet. Why "fix" what truly wasn't broken?! My fiancé and I travelled in from Baton Rouge, and placed a reservation for at table at this lovely establishment a few weeks back. We were already ecstatic to be visiting Boulder as we'd never been that far up North before, ask a list of restaurants we wanted to visit had been compiled. My fiancé is gluten intolerant, hence the reason for our interest in this establishment, as they can accommodate for gluten allergies. Upon our arrival, we already had our party reserved at the table as we came a bit later than expected. We were immediately tended to by a really kind host; he was faithful to even provide recommendations and kind conversation. We were served our drinks firstly. I ordered the Honey Oat Milk Latte, and was not left to be disappointed at all! It was very refreshing and came in a lovely little mug. Then the food arrived to us. If you have not tried the Blueberry Pancakes, THEY ARE A MUST! Absolutely delicious. For my final breakfast meal, I order the Denver Omelette. I would have preferred the onions be cooked down and sautéed in a butter to be browned, and the eggs seasoned slightly, but adding salt and pepper did turn the experience around for the better. We waited about an hour on a Sunday around noon, but got seated within 5 mins of our arrival because we had joined online. There are so many good food options. I got the 3 egg scramble and chose sausage, cheddar cheese, and pico as my 3 enhancements. It was soooo good. Comes with hashbrowns and toast! I loved the jam that accompanied it for the toast as well. I found it interesting they don't have soda, but don't fret! I used to live in Boulder a few years ago and Snooze was my absolute FAVORITE place to eat brunch. I have craved snooze so many times over the last 8 years and was so excited to eat here. Unfortunately, SO disappointed. The food took forever (even though the place was empty), and when we finally got it, it was cold. Cold over easy eggs?! So gross.
