I LOOOOOVE this location. I eat here every Friday for lunch and the staff is amazing! I actually have a joking relationship with the staff and an inside joke about the soups there. When they see me they already know to get re acovados on the grill for my salad the manager who's there Mon thru Friday is just as amazing as his staff. Although he belongs to a rival fraternity than the one that is linked to my sorority I haven't let that deter me from great food. The ingredients are always fresh, always cold, place is always impeccably clean and everyone seems to really love working there. I've always went to the salad place because it has been my favorite for years. Recently, I went and as I was trying to throw my trash out I got cussed out by one of the workers. This person was trying to save the new trash bag for the next day and I didn't know. The service was bad and I felt negativity when associating with two of the workers. There was another worker, but she was sweet and took care of our food. I'm just upset that I got this result after enjoying myself. Late post but here goes!! I previously gave this restaurant a bad review because of mainly the poor service and my unsatisfactory of some of the veggies. The owner Chris Dahlander emailed me and asked if I could come back and allow him and his staff make things right!!! I took him up on his offer and I was blown away. Chris was there to greet me at his most busiest hour! The salad was perfect and the staff was much more helpful and pleasant. I'm glad I was able to have that second experience... Worst experience ever! I placed an online order but when I got there, my order was not ready. The staff was not even aware of my order. She asked me if I came to the right location. I showed her my confirmation email along with the store address. Surprisingly, she did not even know where she works! She had to ask someone to confirm the address. A senior looking staff looked through the register and found my order, which was obviously not ready. Then she found my order receipt in a pile of others. No apologies whatsoever. She just started making my order. When the senior staff handed me over the order, there were no words on the incident, not even a 'thank you for coming'. I went to this place for a coworkers birthday lunch and was way excited. First it was packed and good lunch finding a seat if your in a party of more than 4 people. The noise level is pretty loud, please turn down the music so you can hear my order. The great thing about this place is the super fresh veggie selection, also they have great dressing options as well. You can make your own blend or pick from one on the menu. Warning: the wide variety of choice can be a bit over whelming your first visit. The forced "Trendiness" of this place is the biggest turn off. I will say the Green product styling, (large silver bowls, silver wear, recycling and compose bins) is a great thing, but with that said i am not sure i would return. read more

Here is exactly how I view Snappy Salads: ~$10 salad, good amount of meat, reasonable (and probably in a good way) amount of dressing, available in a huge bowl or a regular(but still pretty big) bowl. They have build-your-own salads, as well as many specialty salads with ahi tuna, steak, chicken, and obviously vegetarian options. They use biodegradable silverware and cups if that is a selling point in your healthy-ish food adventure. Try a piece of their fresh bread! read more

I have been to this location many times since it is near my school. Being the only salad restaurant in that area, they have very delicious salads but highly overpriced. This did not bother me at first since I wanted to opt for the healthy option. One time about two months ago, I had made an online order during school to pick up for lunch, then suddenly had been unable to go anymore. I immediately searched for a way to cancel online but could not find one and thus proceeded to call in store and cancel. All this occurred within 5 minutes of placing my order, yet when I called, the lady on the other end sounded very pissed "for having already made the salad" and said that "I should have called in earlier." Keep in mind my order should have been ready to pick up about 30 mins after I called. This meaning that by the time I normally would have picked up my salad, it would already be soggy and unfresh since it was made over half an hour ago. This was not the worst part yet. Even after cancelling my order, I was still charged in my card. When I noticed, I called back to the store and was told to call back because they were in a "busy time". That was very rude since I too was a customer, and just because I wasn't placing an order during the lunch hours should not mean my time on the phone was any less valuable than other customers. At first, I let it go to be polite. Then after finally explaining my situation to the manager, he said he would have to email someone higher up because he could not do it. I waited about a week or so and still did not receive my refund. After that I called every day and the manager finally said he could give me a free salad to make up for it or that he could refund me the money. Since I was not up to make such a hassle again for getting my money back, I agreed to take a free salad. I was not even given any extra compensation and only received exactly what I had ordered before, despite the hassle I had to go through to get my refund. I can most definitely say that salad did not taste as good anymore and I have not been back since. read more

Went here today and it was fantastic! I usually frequent a different location but was visiting a friend who suggested we go here for their grand re-opening. Apparently, they've been closed for a few months while they remodeled. Love this place. I have had a couple salads that were only ok, but most of them are fantastic. My main complaint is they r pricey. I wish u could have any salad made into a wrap as well, making them faster and easier to eat on the go. Service is sometimes shaky, with people that don't seem trained enough, but overall friendly. This is slowly becoming my favorite place to get a quick salad. The menu is extensive so you can choose what ever you like. i usually go with a half snap or mini. The protein choices ranger from turkey to tuna but i find the portions small and not worth the price. The best thing is their killer salad dressings. They have an extensive selection of freshly prepared ingredients to build a salad, but I always get a salad from their menu. They allow for substitutions on those salads, so if you're like me and can't stand green onions, you can get avoid them and get a much tastier veggie. Yes, they do charge $0.23 for a cup of water, and I get that it's the principal of the practice than the practice itself. But think about it... there's more change under your car seat. I love this place. The Bam Bam, Thai Chicken and Grilled Avocado salads are my favorites. Didn't care for The Gaucho. I wish they would stop running out of the garlic butter! After my last review for Snappy Salads the owner Chris contacted me and asked that I give them another try. And I am so happy I did! This time around I had the sauteed salmon salad, YUM! The salmon was cooked perfectly. The dressing really set it off. I also had some of the fresh bread with the garlic spread. Now let me warn you, there is a ton of garlic in that spread, but I love garlic. The unit lead, Herbert was so helpful and super nice.
