Always fresh, healthy, and delicious! Only thing I would change is making sure the portion sizes stay consistent. I always get a bowl, and when I've ordered to go it's always half empty.

Always a "heathier" delicious meal at Flower Child. I swear Everytime I'm going to come back more often, then forget. Tonight's ginger miso crunch salmon and cauliflower risotto with organic smashed gold potatoes and salmon were both winners. If you haven't been or just want a heathier alternative.... Go!

Delicious food!!!! if you're looking for something light and healthy and in a good area to go shopping afterwards, this is exactly the restaurant you should be going into. It's right off of Preston and the menu isn't that big so it's not overwhelming but the choices and the options are amazing. I will definitely come back here for lunch one day.

I got the shrimp and 2 sides. I love flower child and normally the portions are a little better than this for the price point. This wasn't my favorite thing I have tried. The shrimp was lacking flavor even with seasoning. The Mac and cheese and broccoli was good. I don't think it is worth almost $20 with tip.

Really good quick service restaurant but I find it a bit too pricey for the food. The interior is beautiful but can't help but there there is a "pink tax" applied to the female-targeting branding. The yakisoba noodles i got was more than $17 with tax and the ingredients can't have been more than $5, and it was a bit over salted. It took a while for the food to come out but not too bad of a wait. Overall I'd say this is a place to come when you really don't feel like cooking and don't mind paying a premium.

I love this place. I'm currently eating vegan and I immediately thought of the Mother Earth bowl here. It's so good. It great with chicken as well fyi! The cashier and servers are super nice. Very cute place to meet with friends.

My family and I went for a casual dinner out on a Friday evening and were surprised by how busy it was. We went around 7 pm and shortly after ordering, a line extending to the door had formed. Thankfully the place is very spacious with plenty of tables inside. We tried the turkey Cobb salad ($15) and the salmon and tofu bowls ($17 and $13), each customizable with 2 sides. My family enjoyed the salad a lot (they have had it twice!) but it was on the salty side. The butternut squash and sweet potato sides were the family favorites while the quinoa corn and cauliflower risotto tasted...interesting. The salmon and tofu were nicely flavored and had a soft texture. Overall a great place to get a very decent meal that feels healthy and balanced!

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is delicious and healthy. It's esthetically beautiful inside and out and the customer service is always phenomenal! I get 1 protein and 2 sides with a drink. The rose pedal lemonade is fabulous as well as the Mango green tea. It is unsweetened but you can add your own sugar. The lemonade is sweetened. My two sides are the steak, gluten free Mac and cheese and broccoli. Overall I loveee this place! Addison location is my go-to.

Just tried this for lunch and it was super delicious! When restaurants boast "healthy food" usually it's just okay to me and most of the time it's just soooo dry and boring but decided to stop by today anyway and was pleasantly surprised! Got the Mother Earth bowl and added chicken. Everything had flavor (even the arugula!). Super yum and very similar to the ancient grains bowl at another place but half the price and I think this one tastes even better! My food also came out super fast and I got to eat on the patio which was so peaceful and I really got to enjoy my lunch out there.

Yahoo! It's finally here, Flower Child has finally arrived north of George Bush and I am elated! I've made the journey down into Dallas a few time just to eat at Flower Child, but I am elated now that they're a little closer to home. I finally had time in my schedule, without the kids, to go and try the new Plano location and it did not disappoint. I ordered my favorite, the Mother Earth bowl with grilled chicken along with a chocolate chip cashew cookie. However, the gentleman at the register misunderstood me and put me down for the Chocolate Pudding. The Mother Earth bowl was so good, better than I remembered. All the flavors and fresh veggies and seasonings mingling together were a treat for my mouth and belly! I was going to say something about the pudding as I'm dairy free, but when I discovered the pudding WAS dairy free I was so excited to try it. It was absolutely delicious, which could turn out to be dangerous now that I know I already have a girls lunch planned here in a few weeks and cannot wait!

    Dog friendly patio!

Surprisingly very good healthy options. Didn't expect to see enchiladas but they were great. Salad was crunchy and very good.

They offer a pretty good selection of salads, like Greek, Thai, Cobb, Caesar, and Ranch, as well as dressings of your choice. I like their Thai salad, which has cucumber slices, shredded carrots, romaine lettuce, and red cabbage. They are all very fresh. The dressing is actually what I like the most. It's peanuty, spicy but not too strong, with a subtle tangy and sour note. For my protein option, I've tried their chicken and tofu. The chicken is fine. I like the tofu better though, which is moist, tender, and savory. They also offer seasonal lemonade drink. I've had their cucumber mint lemonade, which is super refreshing especially on a hot Texas summer day! The service is fast. I was there one time during the peak lunch hour. The vehicle line was long, but it moved pretty quick. Give it a try if you want a quality salad at a great price!

I don't know if I would say that's cheap... But when I got the wrap... omg it was HUGE!! I was like oh wow.. I was surprised to find that it was like a chipotle burrito. I had a promo, which definitely made it worth it. You pick the protein that you want. A few of them have an upcharge if it's not chicken. The salad looks sizeable too. Check their socials because they were also running a year end special for $6 entrees. I liked it and would come back again.

I love the customization aspect & wondered if it would be seasoned well. To my pleasant surprise it was delicious and didn't need any seasoning at all added. They make their own sauces & those were such an awesome added touch too. What's even more impressive is the owner came over several times to check on us, brought us extra items such as more napkins, more milk for my Vietnamese coffee and extra utensils. This speaks volumes when owner/mgr comes by and takes their time speaking with me as well as getting feedback. I'm headed back there again today and have already told several friends about it.
