I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping to address the lack of phone etiquette. She listened to my concerns but brushed them off, apologizing and assuring me it wouldn't happen again. After I placed my order, I noticed the manager laughing with her colleagues in Spanish about my situation, assuming I wouldn't understand. I've had their biscuits and tasted the fries and they are both pretty good but I'm really there for the fried chicken livers. A large order is 2-3 meals for me. We order through the app and pick up in the drive thru. We have never had to wait long since we order through the app and our order has always been correct. I highly recommend doing it this way if you can! It is quite user friendly. I haven't been inside so I can't review the ambiance but it's fast food so I wouldn't be expecting too much. It's sort of in a more industrialized neighborhood so it it not fancy at all on the outside. Those places often have good food though.
