Food was good, not the greatest Chicago style, but good for Kansas City the wings were really good. Service was great, inside of the building was not bad.

Everything went well. The pizza sauce was amazing and the crust actually supported the pizza toppings.

    Nice interior.

My wife and I made the track across town to check out Third Coast Pizza as we saw they had a good deep dish on Yelp. The gal working at the restaurant (by herself) was the cashier, the cook and the cleaning crew. Bless her heart! She did a great job and took wonderful care of us. I started off with a small side salad, which was very good. Then my wife ordered an Italian beef sandwich which she said was tasty, but not the best one she ever had. I ordered a deep dish Chicago pizza for us and we enjoyed it. The crust was cracker thin, but still held all of the toppings. The sauce on the top of the dish was just delicious! I bet their regular crust pizza is excellent as well. If you're looking for a good pie in the neighborhood, this is your spot.

Deep dish and regular crust pizzas.

Great Pizza. Both regular and deep dish. Come hungry. Great place to bring the family. Cold crisp salads, Appetizers, sandwiches, Detroit style chili/coneys. Wide selection. Staff is outstanding, helpful and always smiling. Call in your deep dish ahead of time and they'll have it ready right after you arrive.

Food: pizza was excellent, we've been to Chicago and had Lou Malnati's and Giordano' famous pizza pies and Third Coast is right up there! If you're looking for Chicago style look no further. We also tried the hot wings and the Caesar salad which were also good. Heads up tho they do not have liquor but you are welcome to bring your own. Service was good and friendly. There is a good wait but that's due to the thickness of the Chicago style pizza which has a longer baking time so plan ahead. Ambiance: casual place. Beautiful photos on the walls Located in a small strip mall next to Hillcrest thrift store.

The food was good, we were served the wrong pizza, in the beginning however, the first pizza was an all veggie pizza, was fair. The cook/server made us the correct pizza and it was delicious. The kids approved their pepperoni pizza and hotdogs. The soda can are over priced at 1.79 each. The restaurant is clean and quiet. There is soft music playing in the background. Not my favorite pizza place

Best Chicago style pizza I've had outside Chicago. I came in pretty close to close and service was spot on.

Some restaurants serve great food. Others make you feel like you've gone home…read more I've been chasing the perfect Cubano ever since I left Florida. I didn't grow up eating them--my family didn't have much money--but I discovered them later while exploring little neighborhood spots around Tampa and Ybor City. Somewhere along the way, the Cubano became my sandwich. So when I ordered a Cubano, a bag of chips, and a Mexican Coke from Thompson Bros Cubanos, I expected a good lunch. Instead, I got a taste of home. The sandwich was everything a Cubano should be. The pork was tender, the ham and Swiss were perfectly balanced, the mustard and pickles added just the right bite, and most importantly, the bread was authentic. If you've ever had a real Tampa Cubano, you know the bread is what makes it. Crisp on the outside, soft inside, and sturdy enough to hold everything together without getting in the way. Talking with owner Clint Thompson made the experience even better. He grew up in Tampa and has his Cuban bread shipped from La Segunda Bakery in Ybor City--the same bakery that's been making Cuban bread since 1915. That isn't marketing; it's respect for the tradition. Clint greeted me like an old friend, and we spent time talking about Florida, food, and his plans to open a full Florida-inspired restaurant. After hearing his vision, I can honestly say it's one of the restaurants I'm most excited to see become a reality. If you've never had an authentic Tampa-style Cubano, this is the place to start. And if you're someone who misses Florida the way I do, don't be surprised if the first bite transports you back there. This wasn't just one of the best sandwiches I've had in Kansas City--it reminded me why I fell in love with Cubanos in the first place.

The rice and beans were some of the best I've had, and the Cuban was top notch. I really liked the bread, it was toasty but not dry. The service was quick and friendly, can't wait to have another one sometime!
