The service and food are always consistent at Pizza Stop. We usually get 2 house salads with the pink dressing and a combo without mushrooms. It's a hardy pizza with lots of toppings and cheese. The family and I went there about 5:30 pm on a Tuesday.. my parents had been... first time great service...food was nice and hot had everything they wanted! Well tonight was not the same experience.... We got there and sat down... a woman behind the counter said.. " I'll be with you in a minute." We wait and she came to the table asked us what kinda of drinks ... got them all right! ... came back in a few asked .."are you ready? " we asked for a salad and a pizza with it split one side had pretty much all the meat (according to the menu it was to have onion green peppers mushrooms and black olives) and then they wanted the other side ham black olives and 3 slices with mushrooms ( yes I do know that the one side is asking for a lot BUT my parents tip on service , correct order and if it hot... they will give most of the time between 15-25 dollar tip if we have the whole family (12 of us) they have gone to 50 and more) both have worked in the service business industry) I could not make of my mind because I have a strict diet from my doctor ( I try and make a wise decision but this time I asked before they even started anything can i change my order? She said yes! (Yes! And that a few points to good service!) well I get my food first and honestly I don't like to eat until everyone at least has the appetizer or salad... well I got mine... they wait for a few and one of us went and asked about the salad.. she told us she completely forgot... well okay brings it out and then tells us she will give a discount my parents say that not necessary... then the pizza comes honestly it looked GOOD but the one side have NONE OF THE VEGGIES.... It kinda bothered them because they were aspecting the pizza according to the menu... then finally ask "was this pizza to have veggies? " ......" Well you didn't ask for them!" .... : o .... Wow is what I thought... they asked for a menu and it clearly said it came with veggies.... As we proceed to leave I asked can I have a refill in a Togo cup? ( on the menu it says first refill is FREE ... she takes my first cup goes to the back and pours my old drink in the cup and then adds new pop on top.... At the point I was fed up and in my mind ( I Will NEVER be back... by this time my parents are fed up to... they gave the worst tip I EVER see them give and said we will not be coming back we will go to pizza shop ( even with the drive) That's my 5 cents... you can try it maybe she will leave her problems at the door for you! read more

We stop in at least once a week. We love Vicki, and the recent new pizza chef. Always good and great relaxed environment. Just when we think it's great, they just get better. Great all meat pizza, love the combo, and game night we pick wings and a salad. read more

Family favorite since I was a kid and it was still Pizza Shoppe. I believe they use some of Pizza Shoppe's same recipes. The crust is perfect! Soft, yet just a little crispy on edges. Never fails to have plenty of cheese either. I don't care for Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or Domino's at all. Those are the only options in KCK. So I'll gladly pay a bit extra for actually delicious pizza! read more

I'm a huge fan of this joint since being introduced to it a few months ago. And I've lived in KCK most of my life. I now try to go here before Pizza Hut simply because they're pizzas are very good and it's local. They have sandwiches which I haven't had a chance to try and chicken wings which I've been told are very tasty. I've had the taco pizza and an all meat pizza and both were excellent. A little more to spend than Pizza Hut but the quality and quanity are much better. read more

Came in with family to try something new and since we always pass it we said why not let's give it a shot. First impression it reminds me of a bar straight out of a movie. We sat down and we were greeted and nicely treated. The service was with the wings coming out 5 minutes after we ordered and the food following it not too long later. The wings were amazing with a nice amount of crisp,as for the pizza it was nice a cheesy but a little underwhelming with taste but still a solid pizza. My girlfriend had the spaghetti and looked good but it was a little watery, however she loved it, I had a bit of it and surprisingly it was pretty good. As for the subs I didn't try cause my friend demolished it which means I guess he really liked it. The sub looked nice and crispy with a nice melted cheese in between. Overall I really liked this place and probably will come again for the food and service. This place was disgusting. The crust/dough of the pizza was inedible. I feel like this place is more of a bar than a pizzeria. I had the KC BBQ pizza unfortunately we weren't given a warning the pizza was hot, because it wasn't. The toppings and crust were a acceptable temperature, but not the BBQ sauce they used on the pizza. It was scolding hot and I left there with blisters on the roof on my mouth for about a week or more. After that one bite we left and didn't even bother eating the pizza. I honestly shouldn't even paid for it, but it didn't seem like the place I should be making a fuss at. read more

When you call in your order you would like to have it ready when you're there instead I got a rude comment from a customer which was really the cashier's friend and they were not ready at that time. The cashier that was making the salads that I had ordered DID NOT WASH HER HANDS........ who knows what she was touching before she made our salads. I know I will not be going back at any point in time to Pizza Stop for anything..... hope this helps other people. read more
