Breakfast menu. It is important to know they stop serving breakfast at 11 AM.

First things First, this restaurant is an Experience". You don't come for the food. You come for the trains. Great place for your Train enthusiasts. Expect to be Awed by trains bringing you your meals. 2. There are no waiters. Expect that No one will be checking on you. Menus are on the table. And you put your order in through the phone. Again, when your food is ready the trains will bring you your meal. They may come around and check on you but if they're busy. Don't be upset if they don't. Let's go what is that? Where did you get that from? Get that napkin wipe your hands that is gross all right let's go put all your trash in the tub. 3. Everything on the menu as à la carte... which means expect for the total on the tab to rack up pretty quickly. This go round I only paid for my 2 kids to eat. (See receipt) $25 for fries. French Toast. 4 sausage Links and 2 20oz drinks. Some may feel this is reasonable. Some may feel this is steep. (Again, it's the experience you are paying for) 4. The food is average and expect the burgers to be small. This restaurant is geared towards chicken. They have a few items for adults but see menu I included for your own preference or opinion. 5. It's Really busy Saturdays between 11-3pm 6. They stopped serving breakfast promptly at 11am We Love this Resturant and I hate to see the negative reviews on it. All my kids are eight years apart, and we have been coming here for at least 15 years. I hope this review helps with your expectations.

The burgers here are fine, but you don't really come to Fritz's if you're looking for a great burger in my opinion. Fritz's is more about the children and bringing a smile to their faces as their food is delivered by locomotive. The experience of ordering your food via telephone at your table and then seeing a train glide along tracks above you to bring your food is always a delight for the kiddos. As a rule, always order a double or triple patty burger because the smashed patties are only 1/8 of a pound, so it might not be enough if you only order a single patty. My son enjoying Fritz's delivery system. Never too old to enjoy trains and some great burgers.

The food is so good. And the service is amazing. My kids love the train delivery system. It's a cute clean restaurant with lots of charm.

This Place was a great experience. While visiting Kansas City I wanted a good place to take the kids. The service is very very fast. You order all your food and drinks through the phone at the table, and before you can even blink the drinks are being dropped off. Your meal however gets dropped off by train service, they have trains that drop off your table's food tray as they pass by for self distribution. We all had burgers, but I had the Jalapeño Swiss Burger which was to die for. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, and raved about how good the burgers were. Their fries were also delicious and a generous size. The whole concept was very cool and my kids loved it. In the words of my 9 year old " The Burgers are a 10/10" So try them out!

Great experience for the kids but don't expect the most high caliber burger or meal. Burgers are just decent but fun way they are delivered. Usually crowded on weekends.

This place is so fun to take my grandson to lunch. Not only does he love the trains and the way food is delivered but he enjoys helping us order through the phone at the table. Not to mention this visit, we took advantage of their 1/2 price drink happy hour and had oreo shakes. Onion rings were great snd burgers were good. Bring quarters so the kids can ride the train just inside the front door. They also have a rubber ducky claw machine in the back. Friendly staff.

Fritz's is a burger restaurant that delivers by train! This place is super fun and entertaining for everyone. The burgers taste great and the fries are perfect. I enjoy that you can order the burger and then the side. We always end up with extra fries leftover and with this we can save some money and waste. I will say the large is the same portion as the regular on the fries so just order a regular. Service by train, who knew it'd be so much fun!

I tried out this restaurant with my grandkids today. The restaurant is very clean and the workers are pleasant and available if needed. Orders are placed by picking up a phone attached to the wall. Then the food is delivered by train by the ceiling and then comes down and delivered to the table. Of course the kids love that! They bring the drinks separately from a server. Two of my older grandkids got various burgers and one got tater tots and the other got fries and they both ordered a soda. The smaller grandchild had their kids meal of chicken, McNuggets, fries, and milk. Because I have celiac, I ordered their grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing and I had a Water. The two grandchildren that had the burgers said that they were good. My oldest granddaughter said her fries were plain, and the other granddaughter said her tater tots were overly greasy. The smallest granddaughter liked her entire meal. my grilled chicken salad was the worst salad I've ever had unfortunately. It was fresh and in a plastic container, but the chicken was very dried out, and it was mostly iceberg lettuce with a couple of cherry tomatoes, and a tiny bit of red onion, and a slight bit of shredded carrots on the top. They give you a name brand Dressing in a small container that you peel the top off. we all ordered desserts and we all had a sundae. Everyone thought their Sunday was good except mine was butterscotch and the butterscotch had a very fake and chemical taste compared to the typical butterscotch Sundays that I get at other restaurants. The bathroom was very clean and you pay upfront. You have a limited contact with a server unless you need something or they bring you the drinks.

Fun Atmosphere and nostalgia is the number one reason you come to Fritz's. It's a family friendly and especially little kid friendly. FYI if you want your little one to sit and eat quietly... there are way too many fun distractions with trains in the ceiling delivering meals to each table. Old fashion diner atmosphere, with a hostess to seat you and tell you the ropes. She also makes sure your dinning experience is going well. Now the food... you are going to an American hamburger restaurant and the burger won't disappoint. You pick your toppings and it comes out warm and not a greasy fast food burger. It's reasonable for price and what you get and the toppings are fresh. This is a place you come for fun and a memorable experience. It's not the fastest if you are in a hurry and it can get quite busy during peak eating hours. Oh and they serve breakfast too.

Perfect restaurant to take little ones to. Once they hit 10-11, forget it. The food is classic diner - good and somewhat greasy - but the decor is pure kitsch. Kids will love watching the train circle the ceiling, and the automated rail food/dumb waiter system is a blast. I'm not quite sure why they have you order by phone from the table, when a staff member comes to bring your drinks. Anyway, it is the novelty place you're looking for to keep kids entertained during dinner.

The cheese burgers were the special, so I opted for one of those with fries + the "my girlfriend isn't hungry" add of a couple chicken strips and some extra fries. The burger was perfect, but I've gotta say...for being a place called *Burg* and Barrel, their chicken strips are the best. They're juicy, the breading is fantastic, and they're always just really high quality. We came in while they were starting the trivia night deal, which I couldn't care less about, but if that's something you're a fan of...it's a thing here. Overall it was just another fantastic meal at the best burger/brew chain in the KC area.

Grandstand is a small burger spot with no seating inside and NO DRIVE THRU, which I find charming. It harkens back to the 50s even thought it only opened in 1984. But the whole visit here was about the burger, and it performs admirably. It's thick, juicy, and full of flavor. But that is just the burger. I'd recommend avoiding their fries as I've tried a couple versions and both tasted bland and potentially frozen as if they aren't made in house. Each time of had their fries, I've thrown them away. However, the burger is done very well. First time visitors that get triggered by religious or political signage should be well aware that there will be signs in this restaurant. Tater kegs were good, taste and size-wise. But we wound up hardly eating much of the fried pickles. They were drowned in salt, so much so even the ranch couldn't compensate or cover it up. My wife got the unlimited wings. She tried three different flavor of wings, all very salty to the taste. Sweet Chili, the Popping Pineapple and the Teriyaki. And the teriyaki really didn't taste like teriyaki at all. My daughter had the veggie burger, and she said it was very salty. I ordered the deviled eggs and the jalapeno creamed corn. The deviled eggs were good; filling was a little runnier than I usually like in a deviled egg. The jalapeno creamed corn had some good spice, but another dish that had entirely too much salt in it. When my wife and first got there to get the table for our party, the host asked if we had the app. We did not, he instructed us how to download it, and told us we'd be getting an email for a free burger. He also told us about the 20% off "Vintage" discount for seniors, of which I am one. At the end of our meal, the server (who was really cool, by the way) gave us our bill, which totalled with tax $165 plus some change. I told him I was a senior and wanted the vintage discount. He brought in iPad over, entered a couple things and brought us a new bill. I glanced at it and it said $163 and some change. So I walked after him and asked him if I paid up front and that's where they gave the discount. He said no you pay me and I did give you the discount. Sure enough, on the receipt, it was saying vintage discount......$2.60. Now I use math in my head every day for work as an air traffic controller, so it didn't take me long to figure out $2.60 is WAY BELOW 20% off of $165. I was looking for some fine print somewhere that might explain this particular math conundrum. Couldn't find anything. I was going to find our server or a manager, but the family was ready to go, and since it was a birthday my wife didn't want me to make an issue of it, so we left. Not happy with the liberal usage of salt in everything, and with today's prices, especially not happy with the issue with the discount that was about 18% short. Probably won't be back.
