Do you need a delicious breakfast as fast as humanly possible? Do you prefer to take your time and catch up with family or friends? Either way, Ronnie's Restaurant is the ANSWER! Our food was so fresh. Our coffee was immediate! More coffee in a thermos pitcher .. fill your cup as many times as you like! My friend had a 2-egg breakfast with just what she ordered and I had some of the best corned beef hash with perfect over-easy eggs. Very reasonable price and exquisite service.

    Turkey Reuben, day one

Found this spot via Yelp and conveniently located close to our hotel. Large and varied menu, healthy and not so healthy lol Went two consecutive mornings, and food was consistently good. My husband had a turkey Reuben both days, "delicious." His favorite go to, and the marble rye was fresh. His coleslaw was a bit dry on day one and better yesterday. His fries looked batter dipped, hard to describe but really good. I got the platter day one: pancakes with bananas and peanut butter, with two eggs. I chose turkey sauce which was excellent and fruit. Yesterday I had a chicken Caesar wrap which was also delicious, warm and filling. My side of fresh fruit ( strawberries and bananas) were fresh and personally preferred over the also offered mixed fruit. I had leftovers both days. Our servers were both energetic, friendly, and very competent young men who really enhanced the meals. Thank you Ethan on Wednesday and Beau on Thursday. There is baseball themed artwork on the walls which is another fun touch , especially for our baseball loving family.

Food - consistently good and fair priced. Service - well trained balancing the attentive but not overbearing tight wire. Ambiance - Diner feel but not W.House decor. Been going here for years, recently tried (for the 2nd time) the Waffle platter. B.Waffle with or w/o p.sugar (need to specify IF you don't want the sugar on top). 2 eggs your way (over medium etc), and your choice of meat (bacon/sausage/etc) IF you prefer your plate items separate at all times STOP HERE and flee. Personally, i like to first: 1. Butter the waffle even with extra butter, 2. Lay the eggs on top of the waffle. 3. Crack/slice/decorate the eggs with bacon/sausage/etc. 4. Then mush, combine and enjoy the merging of the flavors of the waffle, the eggs, yolk and whites, and maybe bacon. Healthy / crazy / out there option - get some cottage cheese and spread it instead of the syrup???

Seems like plenty of parking in the area--other businesses here as well. Food: It was okay, but nothing I couldn't fix myself and for less. The "veggie" omelet mostly had tiny minced or diced red bell peppers and onions. It was definitely lacking on mushrooms and asparagus--for $11.50, I didn't eat the fruit--mostly cantaloupe and honey dew--I should have subbed something else if I'd thought to ask. I wouldn't buy this again, nor would I come back for something else. The toast was likely grill-toasted--not my favorite. I don't know if they cook their eggs using bacon grease, but it might warrant the question. Which leads me to service: Not great. I didn't have any major issues to warrant the wait staff helicoptering around, but I was only asked how everything is/was when I was clearly done with the meal. Like the food, it was just meh. Ambiance: It's a family restaurant; it's noisy and it wasn't full with noisy kids. I think it's the general acoustics of the place. I had gone solo but I imagine conversion might be difficult. The venue was not crowded, but there were more than 10 folks dining. Overall, I'd give this place between 2.5-3 stars.

The service here was fine but..... We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls - way too sweet, and old standby (oatmeal), and a waffle platter with eggs and bacon. Old standby was oatmeal- nothing special but not good enough to finish. The biscuit was better than anything but not good enough to come back for. The waffle tasted of old oil, a bitter taste. The waffle was light and fluffy just not good. The eggs and bacon were good, the eggs were a little sweet. Weird... the coffee and tea were not that good. The atmosphere was too bright for my taste and way louder than I like, I couldn't hear my husband on the other side of the table (unless he was almost yelling). Not coming back. Service was not good enough to make a difference. I think what bothers me most was that we took maybe a bite or two out of our food, the server walked by and saw that we didn't eat our food, and still charged us for it.

Amazing food and service! A wonderful breakfast spot. So glad we came to Ronnie's Restaurant because it was delish! They have a good selection of eggs Benedict, pancakes, omelets, and even some lunch options. They even have a picture of water and coffee on the table... Genius .. I think every breakfast place should have the water and coffee on the table loved that ideas! I ordered the breakfast quesadillas..the scrambled eggs inside were fluffy, the avocado was freshly cut, and mixed well with the black beans and roasted red peppers and onions. Would definitely order again!

This was my first time here and decided to go all out and try three different popular dishes. Our waitress was fantastic and surprised us with a complimentary cinnamon roll. It was warm and oh so gooey! For a Sunday at noon it was busy but we somehow got seated within five minutes of walking through the door. We were in and out within an hour. Super speedy and everything was fresh! If you are looking for a delicious and affordable brunch spot you've found it.

Food: It was fine. Nothing to rave about. The cinnamon roll was not hot and fresh as described on the menu. Probably won't be back. Service: friendly. Ambiance: mom and pop breakfast spot! Went on a Thursday morning and it was not too crowded, but for some reason it was pretty noisy.

The service here was really nice. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food was good! I wish there was a little bit more seasoning on things so it wasn't bland. Overall the restaurant was very clean too. I loved how the tables were setup with coffee cups and water upon sitting down. It was a really nice touch.

In view of COVID is outside seating available?

On May 31, they had 3-4 tables set up on the sidewalk outside.

The other standout was the raspberry coconut chicken: crispy coconut-breaded tenders draped in a raspberry coulis with toasted almonds on top, sitting over a creamy slaw. Sweet and savory done right, though heads up if you're dairy-sensitive -- that slaw is loaded. Portions are generous, flavors are bold without being over the top, and everything tasted made-to-order rather than assembly-line. Will definitely be back to work through the rest of the menu. Unfortunately, the service side fell flat. We arrived mid-afternoon around 1:30-2:00, and the restaurant wasn't busy. We asked if we could sit upstairs, and the host seemed confused before telling us it was closed, then seated us directly next to a loud group despite plenty of quieter open tables nearby. A few minutes later, we looked upstairs ourselves and saw multiple occupied tables being actively served...what the heck? The most frustrating part of this experience wasn't the seating, it was the complete indifference from the staff. Drinks didn't arrive until after we had already finished eating, and despite the restaurant being relatively slow, nobody seemed remotely concerned. No urgency or communication. Just a normal day for them, I guess. A kitchen can only carry a restaurant so far when the front-of-house operates with this little care for hospitality. The atmosphere gives the impression of a place that wants to feel polished and upscale, but the service felt lazy and disconnected from the guest experience. Mistakes happen in restaurants. What matters is whether the staff notices and cares enough to fix them. We left wondering how a restaurant with food this solid has become comfortable delivering service this poor.

However, things got interesting with their Tequila/Cold Brew/Liquor 43 concoction. Topped with an egg foam cap, it was actually pretty solid. A bit of a gamble, but sometimes you have to roll the dice when the menu is trying that hard. The Culinary "Hit and Miss" Then came the food, or as I like to call it: The Great Consistency Crisis. The Steak: I asked for medium-rare; I received medium-well with a "char" that felt more like a personal vendetta against the cow. The Potatoes: Apparently, potato portions are determined by a lottery system. I received about half the amount of the person next to me. Maybe I didn't look hungry enough? The Eggs: My over-easy eggs had crispy, hard edges and arrived at a temperature I'd describe as "lukewarm at best." We also had to hunt down salt and pepper like we were on a scavenger hunt. Honestly, I probably should have just hit the buffet and cut out the middleman. The Service Our server was perfectly nice, but he appeared to be roughly twelve years old. Since he wasn't legally old enough to understand the complexity of a craft cocktail, he couldn't give us any info on the drink menu. We just had to "go with our gut"--which is a dangerous game when tequila and cold brew are involved. The Verdict I'm not saying I won't be back, but consider this a fair warning: if Round 2 involves another charred steak and a side of "room temperature" eggs, I'll be sending it back for a rerun faster than a shanked drive into the woods. 3/5 Stars -- Great for people-watching, questionable for potato-equity.

They absolutely have the processes of this little restaurant honed to perfection, and even during a busy lunch time kept things humming so that there was minimal wait time (to order, for the food to be brought out, and to pay for our meal). Many, MANY thanks to Robert, who seated us, took our order, brought our food out, and settled our bill. He was friendly, efficient, and so welcoming. It was a joy to watch him work; he made sure to greet each and every customer coming in the door, and was consistently so upbeat and positive. And many, MANY thanks to Tony at the grill! Our food was FANTASTIC!! I have high standards for Mediterranean food, and the falafel wrap was totally delicious! The falafel itself was perfectly cooked, with a crispy outer layer, and the other ingredients in the wrap were chosen for a perfect melding of flavors. I had the side salad, with homemade Thai peanut dressing, and it was equally tasty. My husband had the patty melt, which came on homemade bread (!) and was, per his report, perfectly done.
