Ramsey A L.

the pizza was really goodd, with a nice balance of sauce and cheese. crust was crispy and had a great texture. the staff was super friendly, but the wait time was a bit long. loved the cozy vibe of the restaurant. 9/10, will come again!

Example of why they are adding all these fees to your check

Well let's first say that I really liked the food. We had some salad, a meat lovers pizza and some lasagna. All was excellent. The lasagna was $11.99 and was small, very small, with garlic bread. So I don't think it was worth the price but very tasty, like some of the best I've had, but the size could be bigger for the price or a little less priced. The pizza was perfect. Salads were small but good. Ordered bottled water (not by choice). Now for why I'm not giving 5 stars: *The music is super loud. *I swear I smelled cigarette smoke, as did the rest of my party, so unsure if this is a smoke-free place or not. *They only have drinks that you buy in bottles. So if you finish that one bottle of water, you're going to pay for another. They do not offer glasses of ice water. I guess that's a thing they're doing to bring in more money. Same with soft drinks, only bottles. I just don't like having to pay for water bottles. I think offering iced water isn't asking too much. I mean charge a buck for the cup but keep refilling. I guess they don't want to pay for I've too (see pic) which I guess I'm glad for or I could have had "a few extra dollars added to my bill so they can stay in business". ****The main reason I didn't give them 5 stars and should give them 1 star (luckily the food was good) is their explanation on their TV (pictured) as to why they are adding fees to your bill. I get times are tough with inflation but adjust your menu prices. We got charged like a credit card fee and also their "inflation fee" that was added. I just think Throwing a dollar amount for (see pic) "if a restaurant adds a few dollars to your check, it's to stay in business" then they should state how they get that amount. Is it, "well we're just going to add $5 to this check?" How are thy figuring what amount they're putting on your check????? Also gratuity is already on the bill and we weren't a large party. So let's just say this was an expensive lunch. Good food but we would not go back.

Garlic knots

We ordered take out. A bit pricey for a medium pizza- $20. They ended up giving us the wrong pizza but didn't realize until we got back. It is a bit disappointing that we paid for the extra toppings and only got pepperoni. Would've saved us $5. Garlic knots were $6 and there weren't a lot. The pizza was decent so I will give it three stars.

Hot. Fresh. Delicious. What more do you need to know? Service was fast. Location convenient.

Way Over priced. Food took over 20 mins for 2 slices and some wings They are right next to a hospital they could easily make a large profit with lunch Discounts for certain period of time during the day to increase customer volume Slices of pizza are extremely thin like paper but it strangely not bad at all. They would do so much better to do lunch discounted prices. Wings had an Indian food flavor even though I ordered honey hot. Customer service was excellent!! Made me happy but there was piece of hair in my dipping sauce. I really like the owners tho they were such a vibe. Prolly wouldn't go back cause prices does not make sense for the type of food they serve. It's not luxury pizza. I believe they are selling pizza at ridiculous prices due to location downtown but work smarter not harder. I wish I could help there business grow cause I know exactly what they need. But not my concern just here to share a review Oh when a person asks for pepperoni and they pay for EXTRA pepperoni, I shouldn't see nothing at the top of the pizza but pepperonis. I paid for extra this was regular in my opinion

Plastic cheese pizza
Ashton A.

Very disappointed in the quality of food received. I am not sure if the pizza is different when you order at the restaurant itself but this review is from my UberEats order. I ordered 2 cheese slices and 2 pepperoni slices with breadsticks and marinara sauce. When I received the order, I was so excited to eat until I opened the box and was very unpleased. The size of the slice was great but the presentation and taste was subpar. The cheese literally looked like plastic and the crust was burnt . I was so upset as I was looking forward to this pizza. I've never had Slice but so many people told me good things so I was excited to try. Granted I am a little bias as I am from NY and I'm used to a great slice of pizza but this wasn't even in the running. Maybe I had a bad batch but after taking a few bites, I couldn't eat it anymore and just threw it away. I contacted UberEats to let them know but all I was given was a generated message that said they would "give the restaurant my feedback" I won't be spending money here again so unless I'm given a free slice by a friend to change my mind , my review will remain the same . :(

Good old Slice; tucked away in downtown atlanta off of Forsyth St. If you work in the area it's adjacent to the the US Court of Appeals on a one-way street. Good atmosphere and customer service with affordable prices. You can order by the slice or by the pie. They use fresh ingredients and the salad dressings are homemade (I prefer Caesar). They serve adult beverages so be sure to indulge. No immediate parking in front of the establishment. There is street parking on nearby streets and a few parking lots on Luckie St. If you're in the area, be sure to check them out. Btw, I sat at the bar...

Take the pool elevator to the 6th floor from the lobby and you're in the party. The setup was a mix of sofas, long high top tables and seats at the bar. There could be reserved seating but mostly looked like first come, first served. We eventually got seats from gentlemen who were willing to get up. But it's a dance party so you won't be seated long. The rooftop bar was extremely busy so we got drinks in the lobby. The service on the rooftop and lobby bar was over extended. They needed more staff to support the crowd. Eventually we ordered food as it seemed more staff came in to help. We shared chicken wings and the flat bread pizza. The wings were a good size and come with potatoes. More like breakfast potatoes, not fries. They were rather salty and not very good. The flat bread pizza was tasty. Their menu included other starters, sandwiches, salads and desserts. We had cocktails - old fashioned, vodka and cranberry, and a Moscow mule. Good size and tasty. Overall, the band - The DJ Wright Band and DJ Eclazz were why we came! Definitely check this spot out.

Two of us also ordered a mimosa. Because it was my aunts birthdays, they were given a small treat. It's quiet and very cute ambiance and lighting. They have tea time from 1-4pm which I will definitely be back for. ***I gave this place a 4 only because the menu was sort of limited from what I had known to be a buffet style brunch and I think, to me, I needed a little more seasoning.***

As you'd expect at the Four Seasons it's a very upscale ambiance and the staff is always very welcoming. The bar itself is large enough to hold a dozen or so seats and there is extensive table and banquette seating in the floor area. They have a selection of house cocktails and I've been happy with each one I've tried (my eye always moves to the bourbon/whiskey options on the menu). There is a limited food menu that is definitely way better than standard "bar food" though neither is it fine dining; it's perfect for a light meal. They do have music certain evenings so it can get quite busy then or on weekend nights. Prices are a little above what you can find nearby in Midtown but again this is a five star hotel; I think it's worthwhile for the occasional visit.

I sat at the bar and had a little light banter with the bartender who is a brother looking to be in his late 30's-early 40's. When I asked about two fruity cocktails from the menu, he flat-out said he wasn't going to make them. That alone was off-putting. Trying to move forward, I asked what he specialized in, and he said he'd "come up with something." I agreed--but very clearly stated: no rum, because my body does not react well to it. After watching him make drinks for people who ordered after me, he eventually handed me a cocktail I never even saw him prepare. That already raised a flag. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.

I went with the 5Church Lamb Burger Sliders for the main; the gorgonzola fondue and red onion marmalade combo was a heavy hitter, though the lemon-dressed arugula kept it grounded.
