I would also ask for there not to be green peas in the kennel only again that's just my taste. But that did not stop me from eating it all. After about eight minutes--and after more customers had walked in--she finally looked over and stated they only use one line.Had she simply greeted me when she got off the phone and clearly explained where to line up, it would have prevented all confusion. Instead, she expected me to go to the back of the line behind three people who had arrived long after I did. Her behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and felt explicitly prejudiced. Front-line staff should know how to acknowledge waiting guests and provide clear direction. This was entirely unacceptable customer service.
