My fiancée and I were looking for a quick bite for lunch. We walked around the Ponce Market and stumbled on this restaurant. We were not expecting to eat Italian, but we could not pass it up because the menu looked so good. At the time, they were not too busy. We were able to be seated on a Saturday afternoon right away. The inside has lovely lighting and decor. Very classy. What's so cool is there is a side kitchen where you can see someone making fresh pasta 24/7. Very nice. They serve salads, pasta, appetizers and desserts. Not to mention a great wine section and cocktails. We ordered: Drinks: -Cultusboni Chianti (Sangiovese) -Terre dei miti (Frappato) Lunch: -Burrata salad- siano burrata, arugula, apple, pistachios, croutons, vin cotto -Pasta ragu-pappardelle, hearty slow-cooked beef and pork ragu, parmigiano reggiano The server and kitchen staff were nice enough to split our lunches for us. I have to rave on the burrata salad and the pasta. The salad was light and well balanced with the dressing and not to mention the burrata cheese. So good! The pasta was definitely fresh with great flavor. I would've ate more. At the end, you are able to check out at the table. Just scan the code. I was able to use apple pay which was convenient. What a great experience and loved the service! I highly recommend this restaurant for all you Italian lovers. You will not be disappointed.

My lady and I were looking for a good spot for lunch when we happened upon this spot. It definitely stood out among the plethora of other restaurants and looked too good not to try. Of course, knowing our affinity for Italian food and wine, we gave it a shot, and we're definitely glad we did. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic (especially the fresh made pasta), and the atmosphere was very laid back. Here's what we had: Bellinia Drinks: -Cultusboni Chianti (Sangiovese) -Terre dei miti (Frappato) Lunch: -Burrata salad- siano burrata, arugula, apple, pistachios, croutons, vin cotto -Pasta ragu-pappardelle, hearty slow-cooked beef and pork ragu, parmigiano reggiano Our server even had our entrees split in half for us so we didn't have to do it. The wine went very well with everything too. We'd absolutely stop by here again next time we're in town.

I ordered the prosciutto panino and while it was a decent sandwich, I thought it was overpriced and slightly underwhelming. I would come back for a quick bite to eat but it was nothing to rave about. Service was kind and helpful. I took the sandwich to go and ate it upstairs to enjoy the view outside. Overall, a decent sandwich in a very trendy area.

Been here many times but neglected to leave a review until now. Got the polpo (spicy and delicious pasta noodles), and the lemon garlic ga shrimp (also fresh and delicious).

With high tourist attraction areas like Ponce City Market, I was hesitant to try out this place even though the reviews are very high. But since I already had a giftcard here and wanted to treat myself to something special, I did a solo date here on a Saturday for lunch. I grabbed a seat at the bar and did some people watching while there. In the meantime, I got their house old fashion, Garlic Bread, GA Shrimp, and meatballs. I thoroughly enjoyed the old fashion as it was just what I was looking for to wind down. Their garlic bread was fluffy but not exactly soft. Plus the garlic spread was only on one side which was a little disappointing. But I liked how it was served with a tomato sauce. The meatballs also came with their own bread, which if I had known that, I wouldn't have gotten the garlic bread. Meatballs were tasty but definitely overworked as they were a little tough to bite into. As a garlic lover, I do have to admit the shrimp was too much a few bites in. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The ambiance was gorgeous and I really enjoyed the drinks. The food itself would be 3 stars but it looked nice. They did make for even better leftovers though! Not sure if this is a place I'd come to the next time I'm craving Italian food, but it wasn't bad. I do certainly think there's better elsewhere and you're paying more for location than quality.

Considering most places are sit down after you order at a counter, this was a great option for visiting with friends. Loved the pasta Norma with eggplant, it was very spicy, which I love. The dishes are very large, so come hungry. There is limited seating, but a few time it right, you're good. Just grab an available table and the food doesn't take too long. Very tasty meal.

The food was pretty good, I do love fresh pasta! Walking through Ponce city market I've walked past this restaurant several times. Today was the day that I took a chance, and I'm glad that I did. Our server was patient as I had several questions and she provided a great recommendation. Clean restaurant and I will definitely be back!

Pesto Pasta, Garlic Bread and Meatballs

Went last Friday and the food was so so good. I went with two other people and we ordered three dishes to share (full disclosure, we went to two other places). Anyways, the food was AMAZING. We ordered the garlic bread and the meatballs from the appetizers and the pesto pasta. Our server was very nice and fast with our food. We were seated fast. The restaurant was full indoors so we were seated outdoors. If you don't like a lot of noise, would recommend inside seating since the outdoor seats are in the middle of the pathway of people coming and going at Ponce City Market. We also saw that they have cooking classes so will definitely want to take one.

Enjoyed a Friday dinner at Bellina in Ponce City Market. We opted to a more casual high top table in the back bar area. Service was prompt and everyone was very friendly. The GA shrimp pasta was delicious!!! I thought the artichokes would be a warm roasted dish, it was good chilled just not what I was looking for that night. Definitely order the garlic bread.

Loved the food! Got the Milanese which were two pieces of chicken cutlets fried over what tasted like vodka sauce. It was crispy, yet soft and juicy inside. I paired it with the Ragu which was your traditional spaghetti with meat sauce but with the wide noodles and a creamy texture; was pretty good, but I definitely enjoyed the Milanese better. As the restaurant is located within a food hall, my dining experience was slightly noisy and it's a little smaller than your traditional restaurants, but there were still ample amounts of seats. When I entered, the receptionist was kind and guided me to my seat. My only complaint is the waiter. I've seen him twice during my entire meal. Once to get my order and as I was about to pay my bill. It wasn't even my waiter who came to explain how the check out process works (scan the QR code on the table) or take away my plates. Would've been a 5/5 star if it were for better service, especially the default percentage for tip was set to 25%. Definitely wouldn't mind dining here again, but hoping for better service next time.

My husband was attending a training conference at this building so we decided to have some dinner at one of the places located in the Ponce City Market afterwards. This place had good reviews on Yelp so we decided to give it a try. It was a good decision. They have appetizers, salads, pastas and entrees. I opted for the Georgia Shrimp pasta. It was delicious. My husband had the lasagna and really enjoyed his meal as well. Service was fast.

I was craving pasta. I was greeted by Olivia soon after being seated. She poured me water and ask if I would like anything besides water,I gave her my drink order and food order. I had taken time to study the menu before arriving. The very first thing on the menu looked great. A dish called Ragu. I was drawn to the thick wide noodles served in the dish. The taste was fantastic. I also ordered some garlic bread. The marinara that came with it was wonderful. Lol i honestly would have finished it by itself with out the garlic bread,if i had had a spoon. Not a cheap place to eat but very good. The quality of the food was worth the price.

Service: Fantastic. This is a first come first serve restaurant. Server was kind, attentive, and offered great drink and food recommendations. Food: Excellent. We started with two drinks! Wild come back for the "Nebbia di Bergamo". Tasted like a melted creamsicle. We both loved our pastas, cooked perfectly. Ambiance: In the Ponce City Market, it has rustic modern flair that is great for a casual elevated night out for friends or a date. Noise level is a bit on the louder side so maybe but not overbearing Will return.

Where are the pasta bowls from they're so cute?

They were specially made for us by Mud fire. Local Clay artist.

If I want to plan a dinner for a party on the larger side (10-13 people) to celebrate a birthday, is there any way that I could make a reservation in advance?

Yes, you can have a party that size, I went with a party of 11 once, better to make a reservation first though.

We ordered a bottle of Nero D'Avola, which was smooth and delicious. We got the meatballs as our appetizer, which were super tender and full of flavor. We split the rigatoni alla vodka, fettucine ai funghi, and tagliatelle bolognese. All were perfection. I loved the creaminess of the alla vodka, which had a kick of spice from the chili oil. I loved the herbiness and freshness of both the ai funghi with its sage and the bolognese with its rosemary. The tiramisu was the only dish that was just ok. I would much rather have espresso drenched ladyfingers than coffee liquor. But it was still good so I cannot complain. We did arrive here a bit early for our reservation but were seated right next to the open kitchen, so it felt quite crowded and cramped. It's a very, very small restaurant and it was freezing where we sat because we were under the vents. Our server, Mary Catherine, was a treat and she took good care of us. She took our drink orders, though I didn't drink tonight. For appetizers, we started with the calamari and stuffed clams. They also offered complementary bread and olive oil basket that was served warm, yum! Our food orders came out pretty fast actually. The calamari was not your typical fried calamari - it was delicious and loved the mix of raw onions in it for that fresh bite. I'm not a fan of clams so I didn't try this, but heard it was just breading and can't really taste the clam taste. For my entree, I ordered the spaghetti pomodoro with meatballs. I had been dreaming about this since making the reservations and it did not disappoint. The pasta was cooked al dente and the sauce was wonderful. I did think the meatballs were a tad too salty for my taste and I'm glad I opted out of the freshly grated parm because I feel like that would have made everything saltier. After our meal, they brought out free dessert for the birthday celebrants. Nothing but raves were said after our dinner here and we're definitely looking forward to coming back here again.

Even with its appeal to tourists, I'd have to imagine that locals* regularly patronize the building (and shops within). I came here with a huge group on an overcast Wednesday in mid-spring. Lots of people. Lots of agendas. Everyone was sated. Why? Because PCM is home to a bevy of experiences. I really enjoy repurposed old warehouses. From the sweeping ceilings to the ironwork to the beautiful old wood, they're reminders of why some things are meant to be kept and protected -- even when the old shell reveals something new inside. I detached from my group and went feral. I was here to eat but I wanted to explore. I did some window shopping and people watching. I attempted to access the roof but I needed a ticket or some such nonsense (Atlanta still has to Atlanta). But if you have the time and patience to get a ticket, you should check it out. Raina was our server. She was patient with our questions, our excited kiddo and my indecisiveness on what to order. (It all looked good!) Truth is, it WAS all good with very few dings on our experience. I'd love to return soon to get another feel for this spot. Either way, here were the highlights: - cocktails are unique and daring. I landed on the whispered serenade, a sage-butter washed gin beverage that was adorned with black pepper. Husband had the black manhattan which featured a house root beer cordial. Both were a good choice! - appetizers! I could've taken a swan dive into their burrata. It was simply picture perfect. We also ordered a special appetizer for the evening, which was salmon tartare. This was such a unique, lovely dish that balanced flavors and ingredients I'd never consider pairing together, but they came together beautifully. - dinner: husband opted for the chicken parm, which was chicken thigh. The breading was thick and crunchy and the plating of it was gorgeous. I'm not the biggest fan of chicken thigh, but it was yummy. I had the bucatini bolognese. I selected this because 1) it is my understanding they make their pasta in-house and 2) I ordered bucatini the night my husband proposed so it was a bit sentimental. I'll be honest, while the pasta was delightful, the bolognese wasn't my favorite. There was very little meat in the ragu and it seemed to make up in volume with a ton of roughly chopped, cooked onions. I like onions, but this felt out of place. Luckily everything else I ate redeemed this specific dish. - post-dinner: we wanted to get dessert, but we needed to get the kiddo back to our side of town. While we opted out of dessert, Raina did deliver two sippers of limoncello and a card signed by everyone at the restaurant. I thought this was a beautiful touch. My takeaway: this is a lovely, but casual enough restaurant where you're not breaking the bank on a special night out. Dishes are reasonably priced, service is friendly, food was delicious.
