Fritti is a cute "upscale" pizza spot in Inman Park with lots of patio seating. I went for the Inman Park Restaurant week where they had $30 and $40 preset menus. For the first course, we got arancini and fried calamari, which were both delicious. The waitress said they're her favorite appetizers so I'm glad we got to try them. Then for the pizzas, we got Speck e Rucola and Maialona. Both were good but I liked the Maialona better. For dessert, we got Pana Cotta which I wasn't a huge fan of. It was rich and creamy but didn't pair well with the balsamic vinegar. The place was very busy for restaurant week but even without a reservation, the wait was only about 45 minutes. Fritti is a great place to enjoy a meal with yourself or others. If it is a weekend, then I recommend you get a reservation. There is some street parking around it if you drive, but I recommend ride-sharing so you can visit some of the other places nearby. If you are gluten-free, this is your spot: they offer a tasty GF crust. The eggplant and mozzarella croquettes are a lovely starter, as are the risotto and sasage croquettes. The ceaser or beet salad is a great way to add some greens to the meal. I love their pizza with prosciutto and arugula, add mozzarella, any of the mushroom pizzas, the white pizza, and the gorgonzola with pepperoni. Fritti is consistently a great spot to dine. read more

My brother always used to take his dates here (back before he got cuffed up) but I never had the chance to go, so I was excited to try it. I took along my ex for the ocassion (don't ask), and both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. For one, they're partners with Resy, which means if your AMEX card has the $10 monthly RESY credit you can get $10 off here. Regarding food, it was excellent. The pizza was delicious, as was the caprese appetizer we ordered. Service was great as well, and the ambiance on the patio with top-tier. All around, I thought Fritti was great if you're looking for a nice-casual dining experience. 100% understand why my brother took his dates here--may have to take a page out of his book. read more

A fun, bustling pizza restaurant with ample patio seating- perfect for summer! Me and my friend came on a Thursday for dinner and it was surprisingly busy. Inman park as a whole felt very alive. We sat on the patio and ordered an aperol spritz, the lemon sgroppino (wine w gelato), and the carpaccio do manzo to start. The aperol spritz did not have enough aperol in my opinion. I enjoyed the sgroppino- it was very refreshing but definitely on the sweeter side. The carpaccio do manzo was good- the slices were rather thick and I don't think it needed the parmesan. I happily ate the parmesan separately though. The rucola salad was fresh and crisp. We ordered the crudo e rucola and ananas e gorgonzola pizzas. I preferred the ananas e gorgonzola- the balsamic complimented the pineapple and gorgonzola so well. A delicious tangy pairing of sweet and salty. The crudo e rucola pizza was tasty as well. We tried the panna cotta for dessert. Texturally perfect, not too firm or gelatinous. I love the addition of balsamic over the top. Though parking was hard to find, the food was good enough that I would still return. read more

Stopped here on a Friday night, it's located in a beautiful area. I was already not impressed before my party was sat. We provided our phone number to the hostess who advised the wait should be about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, we did not receive a text so we checked in with the hostess who mentioned they texted us. They must have entered our number incorrectly as we did not receive a message. Ok, understandable as mistakes happen. Then, we ordered a few bites. The beef carpaccio was honestly horrible. It had no flavor and only tasted like olive oil. Great spot for patio vibes and quality comfort food! We dined in on a Sunday evening for pizza. Although we couldn't make a reservation, we were seated quickly upon arrival. Our waitress was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. She helped me choose the Bianca pizza based on my personal preferences, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted to find a good lunch place on the beltline and Fritti did NOT disappoint. This might be one of the best Caesar salad's I've ever had! The shrimp they added was so fresh and buttered. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining on a nice day, but also covered and they have heaters for colder months. Service was great and food was quick & I can go walk the beltline after. came here for dinner last night, it was a really tasty meal! I had seen in reviews that this was the best GF pizza crust ITP so I had to come try. Started with the GF focaccia. It isn't like normal focaccia like I hoped, bc it seems to just be a GF pizza crust cut into pieces (not thick/bouncy), but it was still really good dipped into pesto. Then I got the marinara pizza with GF crust, which is pictured. I wish I had gotten one with some protein on it bc I had just had the aforementioned focaccia and this was very similar, just covered with tomato sauce. The crust is crispy with puffy crust and it doesn't immediately fall apart, all hallmarks of a good GF dough. My mom had a delicious margherita pizza and my husband had the Pancetta e Cippolla, which looked the best. for dessert we had the chocolate soup which the waiter described as a "fancy pudding", but I have to say it is just a bowl of chocolate sauce with hazelnuts in it. I'm not complaining as we finished it all and it was so yummy (lol still can't believe we ate an entire bowl of sauce) but it's definitely not as thick as pudding! I'd recommend they consider serving it with maybe some cinnamon sugar bread or fruit to dip in it to add another element to the dish, but we just ate it plain with the spoons provided. liked the ambiance with the tiny lights on the tables in the indoor/outdoor patio area. Not terrible but certainly not the best. Stick around for the gelato. Stayed in Inman Park for the weekend Beyoncé was performing in the city. My friends and I decided to eat here our first night. Fritti caught our attention - the vibes are somewhat nicer but still low key. It would make a nice date spot. We were sat relatively quickly but our server took quite some time to greet us. This trend continued; he was somewhat friendly but consistently took a long time to bring us our drinks (even water), take our order, and eventually bring our food. The pizza was fairly good! If you're a light eater you can certainly share with a friend but most will likely want one pizza for themselves. The star of the night was the gelato as mentioned above. We all shared the dark chocolate and peach. Absolutely delicious, especially the peach! All in all it is a decent spot but one I wouldn't be pushing hard to return to. read more

It's safe to say that Fritti serves some of my favorite--if not my absolute favorite pizzas in Atlanta. They're so delicious and they use fresh ingredients. There's nothing not to love. I've never been to Italy but I imagine they make pizzas similar to this. Every bite is amazing, the dough is nice and chewy with a bit of char. My appetizer was the Bresaola di Tonno which was thinly sliced tuna with arugula, lemon, and some olive oil and it was divine. Both pizzas we tried were truly sensational. The hostess upon seating us presented us with 3 options sitting on the enclosed patio area, bar, or the "inside" part. She seemed a bit flustered and we settled for the enclosed patio. Our waiter was not attentive and seemed like she didn't care from the get go. When we sat down I noticed there was a hair sticking to my napkin that wrapped my cutlery... I asked my server if I could get another one and she said "yeah" and gave a look... Not great imo. We ordered the calamari for our app and the pieces of calamari were fairly small. Was okay but not my favorite. Service was not attentive at all and I had to ask for both of my water refills. I ordered the calzone and it was actually so delicious and I really enjoyed it, but the service here was underwhelming which makes me hesitant. Maybe to-go would be a better move for me. Would I come back for the food? Yes, but let's hope service is a bit better. read more

Had a great experience at Fritti! Conveniently located just off the beltline. Started with the espresso martini, it was more creamy than others I've had but I really liked it! Decided to get a salad for myself and split a pizza and it was the perfect amount of food. I've known of this resturant for many years but had the first opportunity to try it this weekend. It was surprisingly empty for Saturday late afternoon but we were happy to get in and quickly be seated on the outside patio. we ordered pizza and a few appetizers as well as a regular salad. The pizza was light and tasty, the shrimp skewers were seasoned well, and perfectly made but in my opinion a bit over priced for only four. There is nothing special about the Misa salad, the balsamic dressing did not take it up a notch as I thought it would. Overall it was an average experience but I think it's the only pizza restaurant in the area. Therefore, if you are local and in the mood for pizza, I would recommend it. Visited this cute restaurant on a sunny day and it was the perfect choice for the afternoon. We sat on the patio next to the busy street and enjoyed the views during our visit. Hayley was our server and she was such a sweetheart. She was always checking in on us, made some wonderful recommendations and she was extremely patient. We ended up going with calamari, a margarita pizza w/ chicken on half for him, an espresso martini and a cold beer. We didn't have to wait long at all for our order. I'm always nervous about trying espresso martinis at new places but wow. This one was a winner. Not too much the liquor overpowering the flavor but enough that I knew it was present and potent. The calamari was just okay but I also talked so long that it may have a temperature thing with me. The pizza was great, we should have ordered a bigger one lol. I have been going to Fritti since he opened in 2000 in Inman Park (which was NOT the hood it is today). I was so thrilled to see how Chef Riccardo has succeeded. My late husband who was a CNN Italian sports anchor was always on a mission to discover the best possible Italiano cuisine since he had a Sicilian mom and part of my family originally came from Avellino and Naples...well he succeeded in Fritti!
