    Large The Ted Pizza
    Najah H.

This pizza shop is tucked away between condos and office spaces. It's easy to miss because you can't see it from the street and the lion share of business is corporate employees or tenants. We walked over from our office one afternoon to this restaurant and were immediately seated at about 12:30 PM for a party of 7. There were a few people at the bar and a large group on the patio. There's plenty of seating and a fully stocked bar. For lunch we ordered 2 large pizzas, garlic knots, salads and beverages. The prices are very reasonable for Buckhead and the food came out fast. The Margherita Pizza had fresh toppings and was piping hot. The Ted pizza is a meat lovers and looked delicious. The food was plated very nicely and portions are generous. The salads came with a garlic knot and a large pizza has 8 slices. The Manager came out to greet us and offered to refill our drinks. It was a pleasant experience for our work team - they got us in and out within the hour. I would definitely return. We often order delivery for meetings but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy your slice.

During a weekend getaway to Atlanta, my friend and I discovered a vibrant pizza spot with delicious food and exceptional drinks. Special thanks to Rosalee, the talented bartender who introduced us to her signature homemade cocktail, Chicken Juice--an absolute standout! We'll definitely be returning.

Nice neighborhood feel for the entire family. Paid parking in adjacent parking deck. Variety of pizza toppings with gluten free and cauliflower crust options which was nice to see. Personal sizes or larger. The personal size can be shared based on your appetite. For those with tomato sauce sensitivity they do offer a tasty white sauce option. Pasta dishes also available along with a bar with drink specials and beer. Several desserts also on the menu.

Solid option for pizza. It's great they have vegan cheese and were able to modify pizzas for us. The garlic knots were not too special and this isn't the craziest place to go to for dinner. Parking is a bit of a doozy but if you work or live in walking distance, I could see this being a good lunch or happy hour spot!

    Hawaiian Pizza

I ate here twice within two weeks and I liked it both times. The first time I got the Hawaiian pizza with garlic knots. Second time I got the Alfredo with a salad. Loved the pizza and garlic knots. Good amount of pineapple and ham and garlic knots were cooked perfectly with plenty of garlic! I did not care for the Alfredo or the salad. Bland pasta and salad dressing sucked. I had balsamic vinaigrette, but it wasn't very good. Pizza is where it's at. Cannot speak to the dine in experience because I had my food delivered to my hotel across the street. I can say however that the food came very fast and online ordering is very efficient. Overall, I will come here again.

Nice casual location surrounded by lots of more expensive restaurants. Very clean, service was very fast, loved the ambiance. I was dining alone on business but it would be a great place for a family as well. Within walking distance of my hotel. Food is average for a pizza location. I enjoyed it, it was just what I was looking for.

This place is tucked off of Peachtree Street near the hotels in Buckhead. The place was a nice size with plenty of tables and the fire roaring waiting for your pizza. I got the side salad which was actually bigger than I was expecting. They had a variety of pizzas available. The pizza was good. It wasn't the best I've have but it was good for lunch. I walked there from a hotel so I'm not sure about parking. The staff were nice and accommodating. There is outdoor seating on the patio if the weather is nice.

Looking for great takeout lasagna and garlic knots? awesome crispy wings? Buckhead pizza is it! Although I haven't been inside or had the pizza (yet), every order has been spot on. The garlic knots are pretty good. The portion of the side salad for the lasagna is great. My partner orders the wings extra crispy with the sauce on the side so they do not get soggy during transit. They typically are perfect. Everything (except the side salad) reheats well in the air fryer-- I preheat 5 min.

We had a great dinner here recently. The garlic knots were excellent. The white pizza was ok but the chicken fettuccine alfredo was tasty. The portion sizes out match the price. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating. They accommodated our daughter with a high chair. Check them out!

New York style pizza and smiles from a satisfied belly to follow. I really enjoyed the fast seating and quick serving.

Okay for a late night snack/dinner after a long flight. Open until 2 AM, ordered a white pizza, ricotta, mozzarella, basil and oregano, and a stuffed hummus. The hummus was plain but loaded with feta cheese, onions, tomatoes, olives and cucumbers and served with pita slices that tastes a bit like cold plain pizza crust. The pizza was okay as well. Walking distance across the street from the Buckhead Embassy Suites. Check in on Yelp for a 50% discount off appetizers.

The 3/5 stars on Yelp for Buckhead Pizza seems to be accurate. The service was limited here. It was empty (on a Friday night at 6 p.m.), but it took awhile for us to get seated or even acknowledged. When we had service, it was friendly. Once we did, we split a large cheese pizza. It was a solid... meh. It passed the eye test, but the flavor profile was lackluster. Super floppy crust and greasy. 6.1/10 on the Dave Portnoy One Bite Scale. At the end of the day, pizza is pizza. If you're in a late night pinch, you can get your pizza here.

She also clued us into the fact that you can get all of their entree pastas in appetizer size! This means we were able to try more pastas as well as enjoy an app and dessert. We ordered a bottle of Nero D'Avola, which was smooth and delicious. We got the meatballs as our appetizer, which were super tender and full of flavor. We split the rigatoni alla vodka, fettucine ai funghi, and tagliatelle bolognese. All were perfection. I loved the creaminess of the alla vodka, which had a kick of spice from the chili oil. I loved the herbiness and freshness of both the ai funghi with its sage and the bolognese with its rosemary. The tiramisu was the only dish that was just ok. I would much rather have espresso drenched ladyfingers than coffee liquor. But it was still good so I cannot complain. The waitress also surprised us with prosecco with a lemon rind twist to celebrate the fact that we had just closed on our first ever home. All in all - it was a perfect evening.

We did arrive here a bit early for our reservation but were seated right next to the open kitchen, so it felt quite crowded and cramped. It's a very, very small restaurant and it was freezing where we sat because we were under the vents. Our server, Mary Catherine, was a treat and she took good care of us. She took our drink orders, though I didn't drink tonight. For appetizers, we started with the calamari and stuffed clams. They also offered complementary bread and olive oil basket that was served warm, yum! Our food orders came out pretty fast actually. The calamari was not your typical fried calamari - it was delicious and loved the mix of raw onions in it for that fresh bite. I'm not a fan of clams so I didn't try this, but heard it was just breading and can't really taste the clam taste. For my entree, I ordered the spaghetti pomodoro with meatballs. I had been dreaming about this since making the reservations and it did not disappoint. The pasta was cooked al dente and the sauce was wonderful. I did think the meatballs were a tad too salty for my taste and I'm glad I opted out of the freshly grated parm because I feel like that would have made everything saltier. After our meal, they brought out free dessert for the birthday celebrants. Nothing but raves were said after our dinner here and we're definitely looking forward to coming back here again.

We were seated in the back which is still festive but brighter and less cozy. Like many mentioned, the waitstaff wasn't interested in making the experience memorable and wanted you in and out as fast as possible. The portion size of their $18 olive and pesto appetizer was appalling. Six olives (yes, six!), four slivers of cheese, three artichoke hearts, and a ramekin of delicious pesto. This feels like a tourist trap in a quaint neighborhood. We both got pasta entrees and they were good, but expensive considering no meat was included. The drinks were festive and actually felt like a good pour considering how expensive they are. 2 stars for that. We ended with the crème brûlée which was somehow over cooked and not creamy. I'm sure the owner will be aggressive about this honest review. To be fair, my sister loved the experience but she's hardly traveled and is delighted by mediocre things sometimes. I really wanted to love this place because we just moved to the area and I wanted to have this be our new cozy date night place. It won't be. If you want to spend $100 per person for mediocre food and holiday photos, this is your place.

Free small parking lot in front. Free extra parking across the street. The total was about $150 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and a dessert. Pros The quiet, intimate, and classy atmosphere was exactly what I needed for my family. When we first arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait outside. However we were given continuous updates on when the table would be ready, they apologized, and they were very understanding. Considering we were a large party in an intimate space, we understood and only waited about 20 minutes before the table was ready. You could tell the food was fresh, the orders came fast, and the service was amazing. The fresh in house pasta took everything to the next level. It was the perfect night out. Cons The establishment is intimate so I do not think it would ideal for extra large parties. I had a party of 8 at 8PM but I dont know if they could have accomodated us if it was any earlier during prime dinner time. I wish they had a better parking situation but its not bad and its free. I randomly decided that I wanted Italian so we decided to check them out for the first time. Mezza Luna is located in a very small plaza with a tight parking lot. I'm so glad that I read the reviews in advance about parking, but I still wasn't prepared for what we saw. Surprisingly, there were 2 or 3 open spots when we visited around 7pm. We had reservations and were quickly seated after being greeted. The restaurant itself was quite intimate, offering only a few tables that were laid out in a manner that had us all quite close. But it worked! Since we had our son with us, they already had a high chair ready for us but he slept through the entire dinner, which also shows how peaceful it actually was in there. I started with a glass of chianti and it paired perfectly with the complimentary starter bread. That focaccia was so fresh! The crust had a great crunch but it was still soft and fluffy inside. We went with the meatball appetizer special which included 4-5 meatballs covered in marinara, fresh tomatoes and burrata. They were delicious, although the tomatoes being cold was a bit of a surprise. For dinner, I went for the chicken piccata and my partner opted for the chicken marsala. Both were great and packed with flavor. Such an unassuming place with tons of flavor waiting inside - perfect for date night or just a nice Italian dinner!

This place is hard to miss as it's right on Roswell Rd. There is complimentary valet parking available, but there's also free parking at a deck just a few steps away from the restaurant entrance. We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we walked in and the restaurant was already very busy for a Saturday 6 pm dinner. Our server was fine, and the food was decent. I opted for the blackberry fiz mocktail, which was super sweet at first, but with a good mix, it was super refreshing. For starters, we shared the eggplant balls (a must get here!) and the bread service. The eggplant balls were definitely shareable and were probably our favorite thing we ate. The bread service you could probably skip - we wish it was served with vinegar instead of just oil and an olive tapenade. For entrees, I ordered one of the dinner specials, grilled branzino served with broccolini and potatoes. My husband ordered the ravioli. I really enjoyed the branzino, it was tender and the skin was cooked crispy. I loved that the broccolini was charred enough, but wish the potatoes were cooked a bit more. The capers added the needed saltiness to the dish, though I wish this was served with lemon or something to balance out the flavors. My husband enjoyed his ravioli but found it too heavy with the cream sauce. We thought this was a decent place for dinner, but nothing really stood out besides the eggplant balls.

In my photos you can see what we ordered, but my recommendation is to simply ask your server what they like and you'll undoubtably get something stellar. However the server we had tonight was one of the worst experiences I've had especially for a place that is trying to sell an upscale dining environment he greeted the table by saying (after we asked how he was doing) "I'm doing f-ing horrible I'm tired and feel like sh*t we had such a busy night last night" he was not very knowledgeable about menu or drinks and his overall appearance gave very much unhygienic he also forgot to put in our food order so we waited double the time and said that since we already had appetizers and the other table did not have any food that we could wait to order food, also just assumed how someone in my group wanted there steak cooked so had to wait for that to be redone, he was all over the place and did not check in on us very often we needed things like refills or salt pepper etc. and went without because bad service I don't think he should have been working he obviously did not want to be there he also failed to mention that the kitchen was closing so we did not get to try the desserts. There were a couple of other things but don't want a 5 page review I cannot remember his name but a taller white guy with a messy bun and tired eyes. We still left a tip because that's what you do when you go out but if he treated his other tables like he did us I wouldn't be surprised if we were the only ones that tipped. I suggest not going on a busy night to get good service I guess. My group was 4 ppl 2 couples trying to enjoy a nice double date without the craziness of v-day next time we will celebrate days before. Will for sure be going back and hope you give them a try but if that's how the waiter greets himself please go ahead and ask for a different server!!!!
