I was definitely disappointed, and honestly, I was thinking I'd never come back. Then the manager personally brought out my pizza, sincerely apologized, and comped it. That completely changed the experience for me. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes up for it and they handled it perfectly. As for the pizza, it was absolutely delicious. Being from Chicago, I'm a bit of a pizza snob, so I don't hand out compliments lightly when it comes to a good pie.
