Antico shows up in just about every article that I read about the best pizza in the USA. The accolades are well deserved! While the space is decidedly a no frills pizza joint, the pizza itself is next level good with freshness evident in every mouthful. Counter service is efficient and a bit transactional but the counter help does not need to become my best friend.

Wow! This place makes excellent pizza, offers an extensive topping bar and is absolutely fabulous! Best pizza in ATL and a must try when visiting!

Me and my beat bud Dr Pete enjoying some delicious pizza!

We at the OG location last time. This time we tried the location at The Battery. 2605 Circle 75 Pkwy. SE The Battery, One Ballpark Center, Ste. 420. They are both solid 5's! The pics explain themselves. Outstanding and some of the best, if not THE BEST I've ever had. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere was on point. Great people all looking for the ultimate slice and enjoying it!!

I always forget how good Antico is till I have it again but so stunning!!! And for $20 these pizzas are massive!!! We came on a Friday around 6pm and we were able to find a table. We got the verdura pizza and the white pizza with ham and artichokes and both of these pizzas were so yummy!! Delicious crust and great toppings. and you have to get the house salad to go with it. fresh and the dressing is a perfect pairing with pizza!!!

Best Pizza I have ever had. PERIOD. Small business you cannot customize pizza. They don't have a large menu , they offer wine and other canned or bottled drinks for purchase and they have a seating area in the kitchen where you can see them make your delicious pizza. Self serve condiment area: chili flakes, chili oil, Parmesan and other... It comes out fresh and ready to eat and WOW. Fast service and I will be back again. I highly recommend trying them out.

Some of the best pizza in the city. If you've worn out your other pizza spots let this be your sign. Solid size pies, decently priced, flavorful, and not too stuck up! A little tough to find on your 1st time around but after you've been nice you're a pro!

Been coming for years and the quality is still reliable. With an array of condiments, pies come out blistered and fresh. Got the lasagna pizza it was pretty good.

I've only ever gotten takeout here, but have been impressed each time. Our pizza was ready super fast and still fresh when we brought it home. Tried to Diavola - we loved the kick from the peppers and thought the sauce tasted super bright and fresh. The crust here is also a highlight for me. These pizzas are pretty big, so think they're def worth their value. The salad was super fresh, but maybe a bit overpriced for what it was - that said, would def still order it if we were eating at the restaurant which we want to do sometime soon!

This is the best pizza place I have been to in a while! The food tastes authentic and fresh, and has a perfect brick oven taste. It's perfect for dinner or lunch! The atmosphere is also great! It's very casual with slow, casual music. It felt very relaxing overall. The service was the star of the show! To make 3 pizzas it only took them 5-10 minutes, and it came out hot and ready to eat. Amazing place to grab a bite of authentic pizza.

Always a pleasure to visit, I recruited 2 new fans - one of them vegetarian. The server was polite enough but not memorable. So naturally, they were wowed with the opportunity to sit in the back, watch the magic happen in the kitchen, and enjoy the freshly- topped pizza. Needless to say, they - and I - intend on returning repeatedly in the near future.

I found this pizzeria through Yelp and after seeing all the great reviews I decided to try it myself and it did not disappoint. As you walk in you notice the restaurant is fairly large. Customer service is also friendly. I ordered the traditional Margherita pizza. They specialize in Neapolitan style pizzas. The pizza was extremely rich in flavor. From the sauce to the cheese to the dough I really enjoyed the flavor combination. If you enjoy pizza, especially Neapolitan style then you must try this!

Got their Lasagna pizza for takeout. So good! Exceptional crust. Great house-made sauce and it was perfectly portioned for the pizza. This place is very casual compared to their other locations, and the service was pretty lackluster. As someone who used to work the food industry, it really bothers me when employees sit behind the counter on their phone the entire time. The bathroom was also not great and I'll make sure to not use it next time I come back here LOL. But the pizza is worth the return. Great value for good quality ingredients and again... SO GOOD.

Came in for pizza given my friend recommended this place. You walk in and order, pay. They make your pizza and deliver to ur table. Tables located in the back which overlooks the kitchen. So cool. They have a self serve area for toppings also. The pizza is so freaking good. Thin crust and the flavor just wow! We did encounter an issue while paying which is why I dropped 1 star. My friend paid for our pizza and noticed a higher price on the receipt than what she was told verbally. The higher price was due to the staff member adding in a This was brought up to the Staff member who didn't say anything but "oh" and did a refund. Be sure to check ur receipt so that you don't have added charges.

The restaurant is quite small so if you're dining with a large party to go, might be your best bet. However, they did not stop us me and my best friend and my toddler ordered a few things off the menu and a couple of cocktails (obviously not the toddler). The peach Bellini and espresso martini were made really well. The espresso martini had a perfect foam that was just the right thickness and they do not use an insane amount of Baileys, which was a plus for me. Everything had wonderful flavoring, everything was cooked to perfection in the food came out at the perfect temperature. Everything was priced appropriately. I was really comfortable with the environment, but it's definitely not an elegant atmosphere. For example, a restaurant should not offer a $150 bottle of Clos Pegas and then wrap utensils in a paper napkin. It was a very relaxed enjoyable experience and the food was amazing!!

I got their Margherita pizza because I was interested in their ricotta stuffed crust. It was certainly one of the prettiest pizzas I've had! It also tasted pretty good. The crust was folded over into points where the ricotta was, which might have also helped the pizza be very stable and not too floppy. I'd say this pizza was close to a NY-style pizza.

Maybe next time, and maybe a whole pie instead, as I'm not typically a fan of pizza that stays out on the counter for a bit. That's just me, I bet this is usual, so no points off to them for this. I decided to grab The Marino from their menu. I really enjoyed the meatballs. They were super flavorful, a lot better than most places. The bread they used seemed to have been more on the Ciabatta side. The texture of the bread was soft and not hard to bite into. The sauce was not doused on this, which was great for me, so I didn't get any in my beard. It said panini, but I didn't sense the bread was pressed at all. Maybe there is something different about this in Italy that I'm not aware of? The sandwich was great overall, I wish it was larger or had an option to be larger. At $9.99, I really can't complain. Coulda just gotten two. Maybe next time! :D The shop is really cool and carries a lot of Italian/EU imports. I was able to find a jar of Nutella that is imported, which if you know, imported Nutella taste different than US Nutella and comes in a glass jar instead of plastic and taste creamier. They also had lots of pastas, sauces and candies. Some Easter stuff leftover as well at the time of this post. EU easter candy is better than American easter candy. :D When you walk in, the line sort of leads to the back and you make your way up to the front. In the glass, there are various burrata's available for around $8 each. Good for making your own pizza or perhaps an Italian dish. I didn't pay attention to what milk was used, but this is Georgia, so you make do. The drinks are all canned or bottled. They had some imported sparkling waters. You can tell by the fact that the caps don't twist off and are attached to the bottle intentionally because the EU requires this to avoid pollution by people leaving bottle caps all over the place. The young lady at the counter super knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. She was very sweet and good to talk to. I came after a lunch rush, so she asked me to pick a seat and let her know so she can clean it up. Very much appreciated that. Place is a little small and not a lot of seats. If you happen to come during lunch hour, be prepared to get the order to go and sit outside or across in the park center of the square. It's very well maintained from the looks of it and would be a great picnic area. Overall, I enjoyed this location very much. I would definitely come again to try some of their other offerings.
