Arrived at 7 30pm for dinner and there was no new food that came out..same old food been sitting there dried up and mushy. The food was room temp. This is a food safe violation. The only buffet I've come across with a fridge filled with cake! The food quality is great. I loved the guys on this Friday who were working sushi. They were friendly. I would say this place is ok. I went on a light buisness night and the majority of the food was warm to almost cold the selection was good and none in my party got sick but after are first plates we sat and watched what they brought out and only got what we new was fresh. Extremely clean place. The food Price varies depending on what time of the day or what day of the week you go. I`ve paid 9 dollars for a whole buffet not even a month ago. Im allergic to shrimp and crab, but if youre a fan of those i would advise you to go at night time, when i was told they have more options on the shellfish. First off when you enter the restaurant they have a fish pond with koi fish that Lila pretty but smells absolutely disgusting I wanted to leave right away but I still gave the restaurant a chance. For first experience it was horrible!!!! Got there and sushi man was cleaning the salmon and removing the skin - asked him to make a salmon roll and when I got it I noticed the salmon color was kind of different from what I had seen when asked him to make the roll so I opened up the roll and everything that was inside was what it was going to the trash - all the skin he was cleaning when the order was placed he had put in my roll and the nice salmon was still there the same way it was before. The definition of average. As many of the other reviews claim, it seems like they got worse once they switched from imperial buffet to sky. It seemed like they got rid of some food options and then just raised the prices. $17 for a weekend diner buffet isn't worth it for the quality of food you're getting. Nothing stands out, and for the price I'd rather go to a nice authentic Chinese restaurant and get one truly good dish. The service is good and fast at clearing away empty plates and drink refills but that can't make up for the average food. Maybe for lunch at $10 it's worth going back even if it is a slimmer selection, but otherwise it's just not worth it. read more

Absolutely terrible dining experience! We went for the dinner buffet on a Wednesday night. The food was over cooked and bland. I also got a couple maki rolls and the sushi guy shook the tip jar in front of me before giving me the rolls. I guess it's mandatory tipping for the sushi on top of paying for an overpriced buffet. BTW, the maki rolls were poorly made and did not taste very fresh. Trust me when I say I've had much better buffets at half the price Sky Buffet charges. We will never come here again! read more

This is one of the worst Chinese food places I've been to, very attentive staff, but bland and mostly tasteless food, water was heavily chlorinated and the sodas were watered down with the same water. They have everything - except kimchee. Excellent quality. Amazing selection. Sunday's a little high in price, but if youre employed, go for it. If you can go Sat or Mon-Fri to lunch, do that. Just get a pot of tea & serve yourself; dont worry about how good the service is. You even take your own soup. Its just wonderful. Food is ok. Staff who prepares the oysters needs to be fired immediately. Terrible service and ignores the customer. This happened a few times now where he would see me and say to come back in 5 minutes, then instead of starting to prepare the oysters he would do other tasks such as cleaning the stove or washing dishes. Or he would pretend that he did not see me and make up excuses saying he was busy when he was actually just talking. He is always begging for tips and ignores you if you don't have a tip in your hand when you order. The sushi and oyster guy talk way too much and are very slow. Very rude and he does this every time. I would come here more often but his bad attitude and horrible service always makes me lose my appetite. read more

My family was looking forward to trying a luncheon buffet. The Food was mostly cold. The tea was watered down. Worst of al there is a $10 fee for wasted food. We did not waste food but it is anxiety inducing to feel you might get an extra fee added. There is one thing I do recommend...at the back there is a griddle. You choose the fresh ingredient and a skilled chef cooks it for you. No extra charge, just a tip for the chef. Wish I had seen that first. When I brought it to a staff members attention, she went to the kitchen, removed the skins off of the shrimp, reheated them, and served them again. As if we wouldn't notice the difference between fresh and old!!!?? The chicken fingers I planned on giving my 2 year old, snapped in half.That's how old and stale they were!!!!!! All I could give her was fruit, because that's all that was fresh.. I'm sorry but if you're going to charge 25$ per person, I expect it to be fresh food. This is my wife and I's first choice for a Chinese buffet. We live about 30-40 minutes away and will gladly drive by 50 other places to go here. The selection is large, which encompasses all of the usual favorites offered at typically Americanized Chinese takeout restaurants. The cost is reasonable and they have their liquor license so I can enjoy an adult beverage with my meal. I am surprised by the numerous bad reviews because we love the food. I can be tough to take opinions on the taste of food because everyone is going to be different. I definitely recommend coming here and at least trying it for yourself. read more

First of all, the food was serioiusly terrible. Spare ribs were rubbery and all fat. So gross. The crab rangoons were cold in the middle. Beef teriyaki was terrible too. The only thing that was good was the honey chicken, and the chicken fingers. It was a Friday night so the food should have been fresh. Second, the service was seriously terrible. The servers were very rude when I asked for a beverage menu. I look a little young, I get that. But when I asked for a drink menu, our server went over to a group of servers and they all proceeded to point, stare, and laugh at me very loudly and obviously. Then, when I finally got to order my drink the waitress came back three times immediately after ordering it because she was still laughing and kept forgetting. Then, after I got my food and was almost done with my plate, she came up to me again because she didnt remember my drink order. After finishing my entire plate of food and repeating my drink order for a CAPTAIN AND COKE four times, I received my drink. I work in the restaurant industry so I still left a tip, but I also left a lengthy note with my feelings. I am typically very understanding at restaurants. However, this was completely unacceptable. I did have lunch , so there wasn't too much seafood on the buffet, I assume that is a dinner item. Everything I had tasted good, flavors were right and seemed hot and fresh. There was also plenty of nice fresh fruit available for those of us who want a healthy dessert choice. Don't think anything there was particularly exceptional, but there was nothing wrong with any of the food that I had. My server also did a very good job of keeping my drink topped up and my used plates removed promptly. I enjoyed my meal and will come back here again if in the area. Decent food for fast food prices.
