Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We were seated by the bar and began with the salad bar. Even with our table marker on green, the service was very slow and inconsistent -- it took roughly 10 minutes between each plate, despite being right next to the grill. For meats, we only received: * Picanha * Bacon-wrapped steak * Bacon-wrapped chicken * Chicken leg * Parmesan pork * Sausage We never received beef ribs, bone-in ribeye, or most of the specialty items advertised in the full churrasco. We requested these multiple times to both the gaucho and our server, but they never arrived. Lamb chops finally showed up over an hour later, long after we were already full. Most of the cuts were dry. Our server, Aiden, was friendly and did his best, but my girlfriend never received her drink, asked for another side of mash which we never got . At that point, we had to downgrade our meal since so many items were missing. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing Brazilian steakhouse experiences we've had. John was a high school athlete who played basketball and soccer; he was the Captain of WHS Varsity basketball. John received many awards: Boy's State, Outstanding Service Award, and Massachusetts Secondary School Administrators Association Student Achievement Award for School Leadership.
