I ordered catering from Braza this past weekend, for my baby's 1st birthday. Marilene was so incredibly helpful and sweet, I felt like I was talking to one of my aunties. The day of the party, Marilene called me because my husband was delayed to pick up the food, and asked if there was anything she can do to help us further, she even offered to deliver the order for us. When my husband went to pick up the food, she offered him a plate so he would try the food. Such amazing costumer service, they really make you feel like family! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Such a huge hit at the party, everyone loved it!! Marilene even included a complimentary tray of cinnamon pineapples, and a very sweet note saying Happy Birthday. The food is still very tasty and the atmosphere casual. Some of the changes in the past few years are negative, however: - price ($9.99/lb - a few pounds doesn't get you much food) -limited entree options -limited portions. Despite the price per lb menu, we were told we could only purchase x amount of certain items. I found that very strange. -temperature. Because of the procedures in place, by the time my plate was handed to me, the hot items were barely warm. I like my hot foods hot. This place has good food and lovely owners. I hope some of these issues are resolved in the future. I would be willing to give them another chance to impress. read more

First time I went was good the owner showed me around and cut me very fresh just cooked meat. The meal was good but very small portioned. The next week we called and did a take out with the "family trio" meal which includes 3 meats and rice platter. We opened it at home and immediately we were disappointed. Just looking at the meat we could tell it was not fresh cooked . Was pale brown with that re-heated taste . The sausages were ok and the chicken wings were same ....just ok To top it off the rice was super dry and not very tasty. This was a big let down and will never go back read more

We tried this restaurant from a recommendation from a friend. It's not your typical Brazilian BBQ where you sit and someone comes by with slabs of meat. This restaurant is more cafeteria style. You get up and they serve you from a hot station. You pick your sides and go to a kitchen window for your meat. Everything is by the pound. We felt so taken care of at Braza. It's a small-ish restaurant run by a couple who are so friendly and warm. When we came in last night at 6pm, we were immediately greeted and given a quick rundown of how the place works. Marlene explained that they have a standing menu as well as rotating dishes so you don't get bored. They have a variety of salads and veggies, rice and beans, potatoes, and some Italian fare (pasta). When they didn't have yucca out, Marlene went to go prepare some! They don't have as large of a selection of rotisserie meats as some other places (they only have chicken wings, pork sausage, beef, and pineapple). Ok I'm giving 3 stars only because everything on the buffet station was cold and dried out. If we weren't starving and it was 2:30 in the afternoon And another patron swore to us it was definitely worth trying. It would have been rude to walk out at that point. I could see in buddy's eyes and in his facial expression that he was thinking "dude, really?" You're going to force me to eat this non-appetizing display of what ever it is? So the woman owner started to run her play book And wanted to explain the concept and the way it's charged and offered us a sliver of the meat they're serving. The meat was good, not great. So here I am kind of confused, asking myself if this is a Brazilian bbq restaurant. Shouldn't there be more choices of meats? So If you get the non appetizing looking buffet on your plate and they'll slice off a small portion of meat and then they'll weight it up. I was shocked to hell when she had a piece of beef no more the 6oz on a skewer and was cutting these little piece off and split it between me and my buddy And she wasn't offering the whole 6oz worth Until I told her to cut the rest of it up for us. Seems like they want to ration the amount of the meat to them portion of the buffet you put on your plate to benefit the house. So if you want just the meat it'll cost you 14.99 a pound So they cut you all the meat you want at that point . So between the 2 of us add 2 sodas and out tab was just shy of $30 And this is with 6 oz of meat between the both of us. When I say 6oz, I'm being very generous on the estimation. Update So I went back today for a second try. So its12:30 so the buffet looked better than the 1st time. But the husband was in this time and he slices of 3 slices of beef and then salts and slices it into small strips as he place it meat on my plate I was assuming he was going to cut some more. How is 3 slices going to be enough. So I asked for more and then he called his wife's attention and I was then told that if I wanted more meat I'll have to pay more per pound on the plate. I am now convinced that this is just not the place where I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. read more

Fantastic little Brazilian restaurant. The owners were extremely welcoming and happy to explain their buffet system. The food was really authentic (I have been to Brazil before) and delicious. Plenty of choices of protein, carbs and veggies, so easy for everyone to chose their own. They gave us some samples to taste and the overall price was unbeatable!!
