Its located on a plaza with parking lot available. The outside is decorated with purple graffiti style art.Inside is small and only has few seatings and a counter where you place your order. Looks like most people were ordering take outs. We went in and placed an order. I got the penny nuggs which came with their chicken nuggets topped with jalapeno ranch sauce, scallions, bacon bits, cheese, cilantro, and street corn. The flavor was good but chicken nuggets were dry and toppings and sauces were overwhelming. It seemed to be similar concept as loaded fries but chicken nuggets instead. Service was good and wait was not too bad about 15min or so. Overall it's an ok place. I think the idea is interesting but it was sad that their chicken nuggets were dry. I know it's gluten free and they use white meat but if they are selling chicken nuggets as their main menu i would expect them to be good on its own. I feel that topping and sauce was overwhelming and chicken nuggets themselves did not shine.

My meal itself wasn't outstanding and meat was on the dry end. Meat was white and plenty crispy so the texture was present, but it wasn't my favorite or most unique meal ever. It's an ok spot but it's takes a big flavor punch for me to come back.

The party was held outdoors in their pretty yard under a tent. Shuckin Truck was an absolute hit! They set up the outdoor raw bar...clams (littlenecks), oysters, and shrimp on ice, in a very attractive manner. The table was manned by a charming "shucker". There were an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres which included lobster grilled cheese lobster triangles...these were indescribably delicious. Everyone was oohing and aahing over these. I also loved the smoked salmon on toast and the small cups of really tasty clam chowder. All the appetizers were incredibly delicious although I would say the lobster grilled cheese was the biggest hit. All of the staff were polite and friendly. After the appetizer round, the lobster rolls came out and they were simply spectacular. They were true New England lobster rolls on toasted square edged (this is key) frankfurter buns, and absolutely stuffed with chunks of delicious lobster meat that had been lightly dressed with mayo. Those rolls were out of this world, deliciously prepared and very generously filled with sweet lobster meat. They also served fabulous fish tacos. For the non-seafood eaters of which there were none at this party, they served a pulled pork taco which was spicy and delicious. The portions were generous and the food just kept on coming out. While there was plenty of additional food at this party from other vendors as well as some homemade additions, Shuckin' Truck was my favorite part of the overall feast. Great job! I would not hesitate to hire them for a party or to seek out the food truck wherever it was parked!

Which is surprising since it's based out of such a small community not known for BBQ. Both the ribs and Brisket are unbelievably juicy and full of flavor. Also, if you're not on a diet the Mac & cheese and the bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with Chipotle cream cheese will put a smile on your face. Will definitely be visiting them again soon.

From the jump, they were super friendly and genuinely excited that I sought them out just to try the food. Always a great sign. As for the wings I went with their recommendation: the Original Bo's Sauce, a sweet buffalo-style sauce. The wings were dredged with a perfectly crispy coating, cooked just right, and tossed generously in sauce. They come with your choice of blue cheese or ranch. To be honest, these were some of the best wings I've had this month, balanced, flavorful, and addictively good. I also ordered the onion rings, which came in a huge portion of battered, fried sweet onions. Crispy, not greasy, and paired with a tangy remoulade that took them over the top. Absolute win. Unfortunately no photos this time, I dug into them before remembering to snap one (a problem that speaks for itself). Bottom line: Bo's Wings & Rings is 100% worth seeking out. If you're even remotely serious about wings in Rhode Island, put them on your must-try list. I'll definitely be tracking them down again.
