My family and I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The ambiance is beautiful and the bar with the sides included a lot of variety for fruits, salads and veggies. I ordered the salmon which was a bit dry. My son ordered the lamb, which he said was incredible. Our waitress was very kind and attentive.

I recently had a great meal at Fogo de Chao. I had a reward for a seafood lobster and shrimp appetizer, which I enjoyed with my grilled salmon meal. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail were very good. This is a great place for a special meal or just a casual one by the bar.

We had a great experience, and plenty of great food. The service was really friendly , all staff had a pleasant remark while checking in with us- which they did often to make sure we had everything we needed. We only got Dimitri's and Johnathan's name, but they and everyone else was awesome. I was impressed with the quality of food at the Market Table, but obviously the meat was the star of the show. Obviously the red meats are amazing, but the grilled cheese, the pork chop, and pork belly were fantastic- don't pass on these! We did not upgrade any menu items, but I wonder if they had a sauce sampling, if i would have. (Yes is the answer to that) This location is stunning, and I didn't notice one table I wouldn't have been willing to sit at. Overall, amazing experience snd great food!

Finally tried Fogo de Chão Providence Dim lighting, beautiful space, and a very elegant, intimate vibe. The salad bar and sides were stunning, and I was ready for all those Brazilian steakhouse flavors But the experience didn't quite deliver. Despite the green card being up, the table was skipped a few times before I was finally noticed. Standouts: the fried cheese with honey and the cheesy bread absolute hits. Overall, not my favorite visit. 6/10. Still giving the edge to Texas de Brazil for making sure you leave full and happy. Providence, RI

As I had hoped, Fogo de Chao once again has reached 5-star status with this more than satisfied customer. A friend and I enjoyed a spectacular full Churrasco experience for lunch yesterday to celebrate my 70th birthday. In addition to the delicious offerings on the Market Table, the meat carved table side was moist, succulent and cooked to perfection. The cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes, crispy polenta and fried bananas were great extras. They also offered a lovely Argentinian Red Blend for $8 a glass, a great bargain. Full disclosure... it was so good I had two glasses! And Lucas treated us to a very special birthday dessert. I'm so glad Fogo de Chao is back to the top of my list of favorite restaurants.

Between the undercooked cold bar, under-seasoned protein choices, never ending sound of the cocktail shaker, the lengthy wait time for service...we won't be back. Honestly, we were sat next to a table of kids, and a solo diner who wouldn't stop joining our conversations. The red meat was flavorless, pork chops dry, overcooked poultry...the roaming booze table showed up at the end of our meal and said, "At least I came by!" Rude. Then during private moment, the bill was slapped on the table. Hard pass.

I am obsessed with Fogo! I've gone sooo many times and I've been to three of their different locations. The food is always so good. The servers are very attentive, sometimes too attentive. The place is beautiful. Perfect for special celebrations. I always get the churrasco experience. The bone marrow is really good but the sizing is a hit or miss.

Food? YES. Service? YES! Ambiance? Absolutely! We've been to other Fogo de Chão locations, but this one is our favorite! The modern decor and welcoming vibe set the tone for an incredible dining experience. The meat? All of it, cooked to perfection. Our server, Kai, was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We also had a great experience with Lauren, who consistently checked in to clear plates and help with anything we needed; top-notch service all around. Even when some of our family members forgot to flip their cards, the servers didn't miss a beat, continuing to offer fresh, delicious cuts with a smile. The Market Table was generously stocked with a fresh variety of options. The bacon was next-level delicious. It was a fabulous meal, and we can't wait to come back!

The ambiance was great. The food was A1. Mouth watering and worth every bit of the money and experience. The greeter and matra'd was great how ever the server was very impatient. Served the food without flipping the coaster card so felt rushed through the experience of enjoying the appetizer and salad. However the grewter and the matra'd were so pleasant and attentive it made up for everything. Great food great experience. Highly recommend. It was my 1st date. Thank you boo!

When I go to Fogo de Chão, I am there for the churrasco experience - ALL THE MEATS! Therefore, I restrict myself to just several items from the Market Table & a couple of trips back for the spicy candied bacon. So to celebrate the end of hubby's birthday week, I invited him to Fogo de Chão to fully experience the Market Table. We went on a Thursday & there were only three tables (including us). We asked to be seated close to the Market Table since we were making it the focus of our meal. Jonathan came by to say hi - we had met at previous dining excursions. Since the last time, he was promoted & continues to be a wonderful ambassador of the Fogo de Chão experience! Our waiter, Taj, came by to introduce herself & see if we needed anything. Nope - just give me a plate! And we were off to the Market Table. I went directly for a small plate of the spicy candied bacon (the first of four rounds... no shame in my game!) & a plate of meat, cheese & hummus. YUMMM! I followed it up with a plate of eight tastes of the different salads. In all the years of eating at Fogo de Chão, I have never once tried the Fogo feijoada (traditional black bean stew with sausage) served with rice. That was definitely a mistake on my part - it was delicious! I could also eat my weight in Pão de Queijo - the addictive, cheesy treat that is Brazilian cheese bread. The garlic mashed potatoes were perfection - just the right amount of garlic & a super smooth consistency. I also liked the polenta fries sprinkled with the parmesan cheese. I am not really into plantains - too sweet for me but I know that other people say they are awesome. Hubby was talking with Jonathan about the brunch options on the weekend. Since the restaurant was not busy, he offered to have the chef make hubby an omelet. Hubby joyfully accepted! He asked for three different meats, cheese, mushrooms, spinach & garlic. It didn't photograph well but it was one of the best omelets that we have ever eaten! Last but not least, since we were celebrating hubby's birthday, Taj offered a complimentary dessert. We selected the Tres Leches Cake - vanilla sponge cake soaked in three types of milk, topped with toasted meringue & mixed berries. Since we ate our way through the entire Market Table, four rounds of spicy candied bacon AND an omelet, we asked for the dessert to go. Taj wouldn't let us leave without lighting a candle on a happy birthday plate which was so sweet of her. We tried the cake later at home - it was delectable! What is the best part of the Market Table for a weekday lunch? The experience is $18 per person. WHAT?!?! That is seriously the best deal in town. Thank you Jonathan & Taj for making us feel special & for helping to celebrate hubby's birthday! We will be back soon for ALL THE MEATS!!!

Would this be ok for someone who doesn't eat meat or would it not be worth the price?

We decided on the Gift Horse and circled around a couple of times to find street parking (which is also free on Sundays). At the time that we went in, all spots were busy, but we were directed to their standing bar area where we could order a drink and hang out while something became available. Literally 2 minutes later, something freed up. I started with their Silver Spring cocktail ($15) which was very good - refreshing and slightly sweet. For food, we ordered a crudo plate ($18) with a side of sourdough bread ($6), followed by oysters ($18), then the lamb burger ($22), and lastly the crispy piri piti fish (MP - $40). The crudo plate was one of our favorites. We enjoyed all the cuts of fish it came with, but our favorite was the yellowfin tuna as it was firm and flavorful. The toppings of olive oil, capers, onions, etc. were the perfect touch. The sourdough was simply toasted and buttered but oh so good. They have a happy hour for oysters from 4-5 PM where they're only $2 instead of $3 but we missed the window by a little. There is a half dozen order minimum so we did two Quonnie, two Great Salt Pond, and two Wild Goose. That's the order in which we ranked them, from best to less best. The Quonnie were smaller, but they were flavorful and the Great Salt Pond were big and meaty. All were very fresh. There are three sauces to choose from, but we went with the GH Fermented Green Chili Hot Sauce. The RI Lamb Burger was incredibly good. It was advertised as a Bulgarian style burger so we asked about the difference between Bulgarian and I guess American and it came down to the spices used. We enjoyed how juicy and well-seasoned the meat was. I loved the contrast between sweet (pepper jelly and fried onions) and salty (feta). The bread seemed homemade; it was light and fluffy and had a healthy amount of sesame seeds. The crispy piri piri fish came out last and it was not what we were expecting. My friend didn't enjoy it as much, but I liked it. The fish was battered for a crispy finish and sat over a piri piri sauce with two rolls, mustard greens, and potatoes. The piri piri sauce was tasty, not too spicy, with a thicker consistency. The rolls seemed like they were made in house; they were slightly buttery and soft. The mustard greens were good. The potatoes were similar to home fries with onions. The staff was very helpful and explained the food after delivering it. Ambiance is good.

From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The vibe was spot on, the drinks were thoughtfully crafted, and the food was absolutely worth the trip. Of course, the star of the show was the soufflé pancakes. We tried the Crème Brûlée, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Berry Compote flavors, and every single one was light, fluffy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They were sweet without being overwhelming and perfectly suited our palate. I also tried the pistachio coffee. It was a little more earthy than I typically prefer, but if you're a fan of pistachio-forward flavors, you'll likely enjoy it. Overall, Capri delivered an exceptional breakfast experience.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star still is because the waitress was very nice and what happens in the kitchen is not her fault! I think her name is (Katy?) I can't remember exactly but she was super nice! We got there for 11:30 reservation. Waited 15 minutes before we were seated which I didn't love already because there's no waiting area and nowhere to sit where the restaurant is so you have to stand around waiting for the table. Well by the time we left there I finally understood why we had to wait another 15 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We ordered our food and drinks and got our drinks fairly quick but the food took way too long considering that it's breakfast items and they didn't have that many tables to begin with even including inside dining. Our pancakes took almost 40 minutes to come out and our sides never even came out with the pancakes which I thought was weird. The sides didn't come out for another almost 15 minutes. By the time everything was out my son was getting fussy so I just asked for everything to be packed up to go. The high chair was also dirty and oily with food still on the sides and not cleaned at all. I was talking to the family that sat next to us because the waiter who brought out their food messed up and brought their sides to another table dropped it off then found out the food was not at the right table and brought it straight to the right table after it's been sitting at the wrong table for a few minutes at that point! That family also said they waited a really long time for their food and their food didn't all come out at the same time either so it seems like this is normal. I also went to ask the hostess how much longer for our food before our pancakes came out few minutes later. She asked me how long it's been since I put in my order I said about 30 min already and she said oh that's sounds about right. So that just proves that food normally take this long to get out to the table! I'm used to way shorter wait times for breakfast foods this just didn't seem normal to me. Let's get to the food! I had the original pancakes with the blueberry and strawberry, got a side of scrambled eggs, sausages, and home fries. For drinks I got a fresh orange juice and my sister got the Dubai chocolate latte. The Dubai chocolate latte was delicious and so was the orange juice but definitely over priced for the portion size, but I guess it's acceptable being federal hill prices for most people? Personally I thought it was way overpriced not just the drinks but everything considering the proportions. The pancakes were ok didn't taste as eggy as I expected being that it's supposed to be more egg based which is totally fine the texture was good. The strawberries on top I thought were going to be fresh strawberries but it seems like it's more of a compote. The scrambled eggs were a little too charred for my liking I've never really had scrambled eggs charred before. Potatoes were ok for the most part in terms of flavor but my sister had some that were still kinda undercooked and hard. The sausages were really flavorful. Overall I don't think we'll be returning or recommend this place for the breakfast at least. Way overpriced and not worth the hype.

First of all, the restaurant itself is small but very cute, cozy, and full of lovely New England-y Sea-Themed decor. We were promptly seated and had our order taken for our drinks & food - I had heard good things about this place, so I got a decent amount of food items, including: Lobster Roll - Arguably the best lobster roll I've ever had so far in my life. The brioche bun for it was soooo fluffy, soft, and a perfect complement to the big, juicy chunks of lobster that were seasoned and buttered JUST right. Also came with hefty and well-seasoned fries. New England Clam Chowder - Came with salted pork and potatoes in addition to the quahog clams. It was deliciously creamy and soothing to slurp on and the chunks within were all so tender and a great contrast. Clam Cakes - Added them to the Clam Chowder order for an extra $8. Big, hefty, doughy balls that were perfectly fried outside and ooey gooey within. Fish & Chips - Big, hefty fish that was juicy & delicious with a great crunch on the outside! Similarly came with the 'chips', or the hefty, well-seasoned fries that the lobster roll also came with. Oh yeah, pardon me, forgetting to mention the drinks! We ordered the Briny Martini and the Harbor House Punch! The Martini was great for a stronger drink and the Punch was a nice cocktail for anyone preferring something sweeter and fruitier. When it came to the food, service, and dining experience...it couldn't have been better! Everything was incredibly delicious and definitely worth ordering. This memorable experience then reached exceptional circumstances, however, as while we were in the middle of dining here and enjoying our delicious food, there was a shooting occurring just up the street at Brown University. I wish to commend the staff at Dune Brothers, who looked out for mine and their other patrons' safety and sheltering us in their restaurant as we all nervously waited for more information on what exactly was going on that evening. Exceptional circumstances aside, this restaurant is also exceptional when it comes to the quality of their food and service. I highly recommend coming here if you're in Providence!

It was a hot day but the overhead mesh cover blocked out a lot of the sun. Our waitress made us feel very welcome from the start and told us about their drink and food specials. My friend ordered Guatemalan beer as well as a Spanish beer. For food, we ordered the plantain fries, octopus, calamari, and shrimp salad, and grilled lamp chops. The seafood salad came out first. According to the menu, it was going to be paired with cornbread. It looked like sourdough bread but had a far denser consistency. I was expecting the salad to have lots of shrimp to act as a filler but surprisingly, it was about 60% octopus, 25% calamari, 10% shrimp, and 5% onions. The seafood was very flavorful, tasted fresh, and cooked perfectly. The portion size was great for two. Next came the plantain fries, which I was least impressed with as it was essentially fried plantain chunks. I think it would have been better if they were cut into smaller pieces that can be easily dipped and consumed in one bite. The plantain was gently ripe, so just a little sweet and the dipping sauce was like a less sour sour cream. Lastly, the lamp chops came out and the presentation was wonderful. They were a bit skinnier and less tender than that I was expecting, but flavor wise they were good. We enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service here.
