We got to the restaurant an hour before closing and didn't have very high expectations. But we were mistaken. Right away we were greeted by an attendant asking us if we were familiar with the place and process and then walked us through what to do. A big in my book. We got our food and sat down and were happy that someone checked in on us and made sure to clear plates as needed. The place is cafeteria like but is clean and has some decor on the walls. Now the food: The buffet food was good. The roasted pork was the big surprise as it was so tender and moist. They had fried pork belly which was ok but would have been better straight from the fryer. The meat off the grill was all great. Not overly salty. Fresh and hot. Favorites of the night were the bacon chicken and garlic steak. And hubby loved the pork sausages. Overall Pruller is great. Parking is street or a small lot next door. It took a few minutes but we were able to park nearby. Worth a try for sure. read more

My wife and I stopped here after our walk at Lake Williams Boardwalk. I was absolutely famished so the first few bites were absolutely delicious. I tried basically every piece of meat they had available and the chicken hearts were my favorite. I do like my steaks however some pieces were definitely dry even though I asked for medium rare slices. Side selections were subpar and didn't offer any sauces other than their chili sauce. The workers were pleasant except for the person managing the meats who just looked like she hated her job. This is a grab and fill your plate to be weighed and if you exceed the buffet price, they automatically move you over to buffet price which is a great business practice. Lunch Buffet Review Pruller's staff and employees are friendly and helpful when deciding what to eat. They have a pretty big variety for a lunch buffet with Brazilian BBQ cut to order. Chicken wrapped bacon and ton sirloin are among the best on the buffet menu. The fried yuca is equivalent to fries but so much tastier! Overall, worth a visit! Great place, staff is super friendly and helpful. I was kind of confused at first since I am not use to a serve yourself Brazilian bbq. They offer the buffet by the weight or all you can eat. They also offer you to start by weight and lets you swap it to all you can eat if you exceed the price. Food itself was amazing. Really good food for a great price. Also very friendly service. There is definitely something for everybody here. I did the buffet option with two other people ($18.99/each). The cooked vegetables were really standout to me. The meats that you could ask for were a good mix of different cuts of steak, as well as chicken wrapped with bacon, pork shoulder, and a lot more (I can't remember them all). I had a mango juice drink ($4.50) that tasted a bit like it was mixed with orange juice. It was just okay, not bad. I wouldn't order it again for $4.50 though. I come here every time I'm in town. It's amazing food with great prices. I strongly recommend eating there and paying the $20 for all you can eat. If you weigh your food to pay it will run you $15 to $20 anyway so you may as well loosen the belt buckles and go to town. They will fill your plate with as much as you want over and over. One who doesn't eat spicy, one who doesn't eat pork and one who doesn't eat carbs (that's me), there ended up being plenty of everything for everyone. The salad bar is okay, nothing too special. The salad with the hearts of palm and mini Mozzarella balls was tasty and I had scoops of that each time I went back for more. The hot bar with rice and beans and plantains was also good, though all of that is carbs and more carbs, so I skipped it but others said it was good. Meats were very good and a good selection with chicken wings, sausages, something wrapped in bacon, sirloin, something in a garlic sauce. Delicious. Most of it cooked medium or medium well but still tasty. It's not Fogo de Chao but it's also a third the price of Fogo. Not fancy, but quality and enjoyable. My son has peanut allergy, after some Google translate conversation, they confirm that the place was peanut free. I tried the sirloin (excellent), garlic beef (good), chicken with beacon (ok). When I arrived, I was a little put off by the fact that I didn't know where to park and I ended up parking down the street which I would have been happier to be closer to the restaurant since it was dark and just myself. It's all counter service, including a large selection of rotisserie meats (the garlic steak, chicken with bacon and chicken hearts were hits with our table), salads, greens, rice, beans, plantains, and several stewed dishes. The large variety of options on the buffet, the reasonable price, the friendly staff, etc. Many come here for the meat, but don't miss out on the rice and beans, roasted beets, pico de gallo-type salad, etc. As far as the meats, the spicy sausage with a kielbasa type flavor is consistently good, as is the bacon wrapped chicken. Their slowed cooked / braised meats, including chicken thighs, pork, and shredded beef often outshine the grilled meats due to their flavors and tenderness. I've had the garlic beef and beef sirloin when they were great, but I've also tried them when they were tough and gristly. They have a little buffet with a few options, but the real choices come from the menu on the wall. Any of the meats listed are available and you just tell them what you want. They'll pull it and cut it fresh and hot just for you. If you don't want to go for the all you can eat option, you can pay by the weight of whats on your plate.
