Great value! Very friendly for kids and other who don't eat as much as they have a pay per pound option. Sides are surprisingly good too.

Pruller's (514 Lincoln St., Marlborough, MA; 508-480-8825) is a fabulous, no-frills, family-run restaurant if you like reasonably-priced Brazilian food. Its lunch buffet is 5-star, and my wife and I go out of our way to have lunch there whenever we are in the area. My favorite is the slowly roasted Picanha steak (see second picture).

Really good food for a great price. Also very friendly service. There is definitely something for everybody here. I did the buffet option with two other people ($18.99/each). The cooked vegetables were really standout to me. The meats that you could ask for were a good mix of different cuts of steak, as well as chicken wrapped with bacon, pork shoulder, and a lot more (I can't remember them all). I had a mango juice drink ($4.50) that tasted a bit like it was mixed with orange juice. It was just okay, not bad. I wouldn't order it again for $4.50 though. I don't live in Marlborough, so coming back would be a hike for me, but if I lived close or was in the area again I would definitely come back. I just wish they had the pão de queijo!

Everything they made was absolutely delicious! I ordered grilled garlic beef, pork shoulder and chicken heart and left with content!

Everything they made was absolutely delicious! Also, many options were provided. I ordered grilled garlic beef, pork shoulder and chicken heart and left with content and an empty plate!

This place is great, especially if you are a meat lover. The "meat cutter" is funny as he convinces you to try everything!

Just a small example of this amazing food

I come here every time I'm in town. It's amazing food with great prices. I strongly recommend eating there and paying the $20 for all you can eat. If you weigh your food to pay it will run you $15 to $20 anyway so you may as well loosen the belt buckles and go to town. They will fill your plate with as much as you want over and over. So go and enjoy!!

Sirloin steak and garlic beef, rice and black beans with sweet plantain. Classic. And a, new to me, Brazilian beer to quench the thirst

Amazing. Possibly the best Brazilian food I've had outside of Brazil. Great people there as well.

The staff was great, and although the restaurant has been around for a while, the decor seemed clean with a nicely themed vibe. Our server was friendly and attentive, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. My NY strip steak ($27.99) was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and it was trimmed well without excess fat or gristle. The side salad was decent, as was the loaded baked potato. Nothing special, but certainly filling, adequate sides. My son enjoyed his chop steak, which was rich and flavorful And though the French onion soup broth was a bit thin and too salty with clumpy cheese, overall, we enjoyed our experience.

You walk in and are greeted with only a table number and a point into the other room. Which is fine except once you get there you have no idea what to do next. The plates are around a corner along with the silverware and napkins. So you have to first find them. After that you go get the buffet food and then find the place with the meat. Finally when you stand there looking like you are lost with a plate of food they will call you to a register to pay $12.99 a lb or all you can eat for $26.99. We chose all you can eat because we love Brazilian and knew we would be back for some more of that delicious meat. It was ok at best. The bacon chicken and garlic steak were the standouts. Everything else was under seasoned or very dry. My husband kept saying how little effort they put in to everything. No salt and pepper on tables. No napkins nearby. No one comes and takes plates or checks on you. You are just left to figure it out yourself. There are plenty of better places that I would choose over this one.

You arrive through the ice cream shop (I've been to the ice cream shop before and I had no idea that this was here) and you go to the back to an unmarked door by the restrooms. You flip the switch and the doorkeeper checks your id and you wait until there is a table. Once you go in, it is a small restaurant/bar. The focus is definitely on the alcohol. There are several interesting cocktails to try. I had the martini. It was served in a flask on ice. It was strong. My friend tried the Manhattan and she was very pleased by the flavor. We had the burger and shared the fries. Those were good but not the best I've ever had. But the concept of the fries was very good. My friends got the salmon dip and that was exciting. The deserts are mostly spiked too. The service was very good and I will be excited to come back again next time I'm In the area.

That being said, we still had a pleasant dinner and enjoyed our meal but I don't think we will be itching to return. The standout being the french fries-- tossed in a delicious truffle butter. We both enjoyed the ny strip-- I found it odd that you couldn't order it cooked to your liking. We had asked for our steak cooked medium and they "can only do medium rare" per the servers words. That felt a bit odd-- I cannot not understand the reasoning why. The flavor on the steak was delicious, the cream sauce outstanding, and the greens were a nice touch. I would not recommend the cacio de pepe -- that didn't feel like an authentic pasta rather overcooked mac and cheese. It was not what we were expecting. The other thing that fell a bit short was the service. Completely different than their sister rail trail, the service was cold. It felt as if we were a bother. Our dining experience was less than an hour, it was prompt service. Ambiance is nice, small seating, dark.
