This was our first trip to panda buffet and we would come back! The food was always coming out hot on the buffet. The service was very friendly. I love how the place is decorated. It feels very clean. We ate some Chinese, Japanese and American and it was all delicious.

I've been here several times since the opening this past summer. With each time I have been back, I have noticed positive improvements. There's a wide variety for food options. Unlike the nearby buffet in the area, they have many rows of foods to choose from. Night time/ dinner has more seafood and sushi options. If you take to go, the price is pretty affordable as well with a pound and a quarter of food a to go container for less than $12. The coconut shrimp is probably my favorite of wall of the Singapore noodles. If I'm in a rush and I want to get food to go for Chinese I stopped by here because they do open late and they offer an assortment of options. Service and front counter were attentive and respectful. Ambiance is slightly loud, but non bothersome . Overall, glad to have a nice affordable buffet option in the Worcester area, since a lot of the buffet shut down early 2000s.

Easy to find in a busy area of Worcester. For these types of places you have to go certain days and times so it's not super busy. Plenty of food to choose from. Traditional Chinese food, rows of sushi, and a decent section for seafood.

Family ate there last Saturday during dinner, service was great, place was very clean. Loved what the did with the renovations. Food was always stocked and it kept coming out hot. I wanted the food to be good however it was not. I mainly ate the sushi which had a lot of cream cheese in most rolls and it was going so fast you didn't really know what you were taking, nothing was labeled. There was lots of seafood however myself or family do not eat. My favorite dish was the coconut chicken but then I thought I was eating shrimp, I really couldn't tell which it was, but it was good. I know they are new but I hope the food gets a little more flavor to it in the future.

Was excited to try a local chinese buffet nearby, but I was very disappointed. Don't bother wasting your money here. I gave it one star due to it being clean and spacious parking in the back. I went around 6pm on a Sunday (3 hours before closing). The soda, did not taste like soda. I ordered a ginger ale and it tasted like seltzer water. They don't restock their food often. Many of the food trays were empty and there wasn't any dessert. Only decent food here was the lo mein, everything else was salty. I spent 30 mins here and they didn't restock any of the trays while there were more parties coming through the door... Save yourself the money and go somewhere else!

Location & Atmosphere Panda Buffet brings back the nostalgic charm of the classic "Super Chinese Buffet" experience many locals remember. During our visit on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 PM, the restaurant was clearly popular--there was a line out the door. Thankfully, the wait time was short (approximately 10 minutes), and the staff managed the flow efficiently. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating that wraps around the restaurant, and there's even a small bar area, which adds a nice touch. Food & Drinks The buffet operates in a traditional self-serve style: guests are seated, order drinks from a server, and then are free to explore the food stations at their own pace. For $15 at lunchtime, the price point is reasonable and reflects the value offering. The food quality is a mixed bag. Some basic items--like rice and a few proteins--lacked seasoning and flavor. Surprisingly, the sushi and seafood stood out as decent options, though most of the sushi rolls are filled with cream cheese and a bit of sauce, nothing too complex or adventurous. The dessert selection was also enjoyable. It's worth noting that certain items, like crawfish, are only available during dinner service, so lunchtime visitors won't find the full range of options. While the restaurant has plenty of seating, the actual variety of food is somewhat limited, with one main circular buffet station for entrees and a smaller dessert and fruit section. ‍ Service & Hospitality Service was efficient, with staff promptly seating guests and clearing plates. While the service wasn't especially personal, it suited the casual, fast-paced buffet environment. Unique Selling Point Panda Buffet's appeal lies in its nostalgic atmosphere and affordable pricing, making it a solid choice for those seeking a casual, budget-friendly buffet experience.

The servers were attentive and super kind, always checking in on us and I even noticed how other servers were making conversation with customers, making them welcome. The food I got was good, however not everything was a bit as some items like my chicken and steak weren't fully cooked in spots, and did not have much in terms of flavor. However, considering a buffet constantly makes food in bulk for everyone, it would be foolish to expect everything to be perfect. For a big group or family, this is perfect but if I think with how small my family is, we would probably just go to another restaurant. Prices are fair so I would recommend you try it out if you are looking for buffet style in the area!

Again, can't say it enough, go early, you'll be glad you did. This way you can enjoy getting what you like with less foot traffic inside.

The setting is gorgeous: wooded property by a lake, well‑kept grounds with hammocks, outdoor fire pits, and a relaxed vibe where you can stroll and soak it all in before or after your meal. Inside, it's a massive all‑you‑can‑eat operation: lobster, crab, shrimp, prime rib, filet, scallops and so much more. Yes, it's not cheap. But if you commit to the full experience, you'll get your money's worth. It's for people who want the feast. The wait can be long at peak times. But they are well organized and manage the crowd really well. Follow their directions, give yourself plenty of time, and it will be part of the adventure rather than a frustration. What impresses me most is that they keep such a high level of consistency despite the size of this setup. For a place doing this many dishes at once, they maintain good quality across the board. Many props to the folks running this. If I'm looking for a seafood‑splurge in a setting that feels special rather than rushed, The Nordic is my go‑to.

While food quality on its own is 'meh,' I can confidently say you get more than you pay for! When it comes to food quality, this is mediocre. The General Tso's chicken was great, though that is to be expected with an item heavy on salt, sugar, and fat; almost everything else is instantly forgettable. The sushi, for example, was on the low-tier of supermarket. At the same time, I do want to call out that there was nothing I tried so awful I spat it out. However, in a high volume, ultra-low cost spot, all non-catastrophic quality issues are immediately forgivable. Now, while Flaming Grill doesn't have everything under the sun, the variety is excellent! There are Asian, American, and Japanese dishes, as well as a salad and dessert bar, plus hibachi. While you will not find any oysters on the half-shell, I can confidently say there is something for everyone. Even with my voracious appetite and taking a small amount of what looked interesting to me, I was unable to try everything. When it comes to the service, considering the buffet nature, it was just fine. I absolutely want to award some credit as it was attentive enough that when I moved on to dessert, they knew to bring the check. As for outside my table, food items were kept refilled, as I saw nothing nearly empty. Everything was also kept clean, and no cleanliness issues were noticed. Final verdict: Unfortunately, my taste run a little more fancy than Flaming Grill & Buffet, but that is not an issue with the eatery, but a fact of my becoming bougie? I think? Two days prior to writing this review, a YouTube channel by the name of "Company Man" posted his…read morevideo essay called "The Rise and Fall (...and rise again) of Golden Corral." Which prompted two things in my brain: 1.) I haven't been to a Golden Corral in years (not since living in Texas, at least); and 2.) I should look to see where the closest one is to me. Lo and behold, turns out...my original assumptions of the nearest one most likely being somewhere in northern Mass were incorrect. There is, in fact, a newly renovated GC right in our midst - in good ol' Manch Vegas! And man, have they upgraded! It would seem there is a great deal of truth in that video essay by Company Man. Because it appears over the years, the management at GC have been hard at work upgrading the ever popular buffet restaurant. Not only are both the dining area and buffet room completely contemporary by 2025 standards; the payment system is updated as well. See, in the past, I usually had to endure the "joy" of making sure to have small bills on my person so that I could aptly tip the servers. But now...GC did something I *never* expected. In addition to facilitating contactless payment options, they allow you to charge an additional dollar amount of your choosing for the specific purpose of getting cash back to tip your server. This concept is awesome on so many levels that I can't believe more places that charge dining up front don't do this. I've often pointed out in past reviews that if cash tip only restaurants made it easier for customers to tip servers (be it via credit card or cash back), we'd be more willing and able to do it. So, why aren't more places doing it this way? Don't know! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Now, as you can see from the photos, the dining room and buffet area have been drastically updated. Or at least....since I last visited one years back. The aura is generally brighter as a whole and the tables don't seem as crammed together as before (I suspect, in part, due to the Covid years). Another thing I noticed almost immediately is how the buffet size seems slightly scaled down, whilst still offering a generously vast selection. But again, I'm comparing this to the one I used to visit frequently back in Texas so....take this with a grain of salt (no pun intended). And for those who were wondering, yes - the breakfast still slaps! I didn't notice an omelet station anywhere. Though, I honestly didn't look for one either. It's possible I could have missed it. Oh, GC evidently did away with their traditional trays, too. Just as well, considering they served no purpose in the first place. You still get your drinks immediately upon entry. But I mean, you could always just double fist it if you desire multiple beverages. Since I'm not a huge buffet person these days due to an aging metabolism, I can't say I'd come back here *too* often. But they still are the #1 place I'd visit as far as buffets are concerned. Still holding the top spot in their respective dining category, I'm giving Golden Corral in Manchester 5 generous plates of bacon and eggs out of 5.

The dining room is very attractive and nicely decorated, and the servers were polite, friendly, and attentive. Our drink orders were taken quickly, and the caipirinhas were both delicious. We made our first trip to the buffet and bar and there were so many choices! Hearts of palm, stuffed grape leaves, everything you could want for a salad bar, cheeses, hot sides, traditional Brazilian meat dishes, cheese rolls, fish, clam chowder and much, much more. While we were enjoying these items back at our table, we also turned our cards to green and strted experiencing the freshly sliced meats. Such a variety of beef cuts, lamb, chicken, sausage, and more. It was all super high quality, very tender, well seasoned, and I honestly don't know which were my favorites. Meat service was frequent - we were never without food and really never had to wait. They just kept coming and coming, and we kept trying more succulent meats. Although there is a lovely dessert menu, we were too full to partake, and the pineapple and cheese hit the spot.
