It did not dry out overnight in my refrigerator, as leftover pasta dishes often do. My only complaint is the noise. We were seated only a few yards away from the entertainment - a woman singer on acoustic guitar - but we could not hear her. After our meal, we asked to be seated in the very full bar area. The hostess and waitress kindly found us a high top. Again, we were close to the stage, directly in front, but unable to enjoy her because of the noise level.
