This was my first time trying Indian food, so I don't have anything to compare it to. When my son found out Ive never tried Indian food he wanted to bring me to his favorite place. We went for the lunch buffet and he explained the different selections of food, he said I would like the chicken tiki Marsala, so I got that along with a few other selections. First time visiting the curry house and definitely will not be the last. The food was amazing and the service matched it as well. You receive chips and dipping sauces at the start of the meal - and the dipping sauces were excellent - it was hard to stop eating them! We started with the chicken wings which were cooked perfectly and had a real good spice to them. For meals we got the chicken tikka masala and the chicken vindaloo - both were really good but wouldn't recommend going spicier than medium for the vindaloo unless you can handle an extreme amount of spice. I really enjoyed my evening at the Curry House! Conveniently located just off of 495- and offering a drive-through- the Curry House offers good and convenient Indian food. We dined inside; there's one dining room and plenty of square tables and chairs (no booths or anything like that). It was a little cold inside, but they were trying to offset that with a space heater. I enjoyed my mango lassi, as did my dining companions, half of whom were trying Indian for the first time! They had a good experience; they liked their palak paneer and tandoori chicken kebab (mild, of course). I also enjoyed the palak paneer, although it was a tad soupy. Tasted great, though. The naan was also a standout, it's hard to mess up naan but I thought theirs was the perfect, soft texture. I tried the tandoori chicken and it was quite tasty. My friend said his chicken biryani was good, too. Our food came quickly, although there was a slight snafu with ordering; we asked for a couple more minutes with the menu when the waiter first came by for our order, and then he never came back! A different waiter ended up serving us after a while. But no biggie, more time to spend with my compatriots! read more

The Curry House has its own parking lot so you do not need to worry about parking. There is also a drive through window. I came here on a Sunday afternoon. There were a few tables occupied but it wasn't too busy. When we sat down, the waiter informed us about the lunch combo. The lunch combo was $11.95+tax and definitely worth it. You choose either meat or vegetarian. We chose the meat lunch combo and got 3 different types of chicken curries with rice, naan, samosa, and tandoori chicken. The portions were generous and very filling. I think at some point of time there was a lunch buffet, but now the lunch combo is prepared by the waiter and they bring it to your table. Nothing but great things to say about The Curry House. Food is fresh and authentic. I only had the chance to try two items...the chicken saag and lamb samosa, both were YUMMY! If you've never tried chicken saag give it a try. Such a delicious blend of creamy spinach with spices and tender pieces of chicken. Service was on point. I sat at the bar and had multiple servers checking in on me. I also got to meet the owner. She is awesome! I asked for a spicy sauce for my food and she whipped up something nice and spicy, The inside is nice and spacious. Smaller bar area but plenty of other seating options. We came here on a Saturday for their lunch specials, take out only. It's not listed on their menu but they basically have two kinds: non-vegetarian and vegetarian. We bought the non-vegetarian which is a mix of rice and chicken breast in tandoori, curry, and tikka masala, so you get a mix of a little bit of everything. In addition, there were garlic and regular nann, plus coconut rice pudding all for $10!! For the amount of food and variety, I'd say this is the best value I've seen around Massachusetts for an South Asian restaurant. The food was great and I'd prefer if they used chicken thigh or drumsticks instead and make the naan more soft (personal preference). But overall, I'd definitely order from here again! Came here for a quick lunch with a vegan friend, who ordered the Papadi Chaat. Their weekday lunch "buffet"is NOT all-you-can-eat and non-self-serve. You have a choice of either vegetarian or meat and they will serve you a plate filled a variety of of 3-4 entree samples (like chicken curry and chicken tikka masala) from the buffet table with naan and a samosa. A little awkward, but the food (particularly the tikka masala) was delicious and the portion was huge. Their mango lassi was good. There's a parking lot in the back and the service was friendly. My sibling and I love this restaurant and their staff, they are so friendly and kind! The food is always delicious, it tastes like home, it's the perfect comfort food. The ambience is peaceful and serene inside - very classy - but they also offer takeout and to-go options if you don't want to dine in. I'd say the attire here is generally casual and all are welcome. My favorite dish is the Aloo Tikki Chat. I've brought friends and dates here as well as my whole family on birthdays and special occasions. It's a staple of Franklin, MA 02038 NOW. To celebrate Tina's last shift of residency (a night shift, classically), I hauled my ass over to Milford and perused the seamless delivery options in the area. Indian food is hard to come by in central Mass so anytime I change my location, I'm on the lookout. This place was pretty highly rated and an obvious choice. There are a TON of appetizers to choose from including paneer pakoras which were an obvious choice. They also have both a vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizer platter. For the rest of their menu, they further divide shit into vegetarian specialties, non-vegetarian specialties, and non-vegetarian specialties 2 which makes it much easier for us herbivores to find what we're looking for without wading through the rest of the menu like a tourist who lost their sunglasses in one of New England's cranberry bogs. The paneer pakoras are pieces of paneer dipped in chickpea batter and FRIED. Lord have mercy. These are like the Indian version of mozzarella sticks and while I'm not trying to violate the sanctity of mozzarella sticks, these were delicious in their own right. The paneer was creamy but the fucking batter tastes amazing. By the time we were able to enjoy them, they were cold, but I can't imagine how delicious they are warm. These are a GREAT and unusual appetizer. Their non-vegetarian specialties is an endless page of, I counted, 16 curries (some of them vegan). You want tikka? Check. You want lentils to clean out that plumbing? Check. You want chickpeas to clean out that plumbing? Double check. You want some cauliflower action? You got it. It was a big deliberation but ultimately I could not pass up the aloo matar with green PEAS and potatoes. It was just ok, just a TOUCH spicy, and flavorful but didn't knock my socks off. The peas were firmer than I'm used to and while enjoyable, it was almost a sense of relief when it was finished. I know my little pea is a bitch for her carbs so I also went with the vegetable biryani. This was great, it had a nice kick, plenty of veggies, PANEER even (unless my mouth deceived me), and a wonderful flavor. Lastly, OF COURSE WE GOT THE GARLIC NAAN. Amazing family run restaurant in the area. If you are in surrounding areas it is well worth the drive as well. My husband and I ordered from here last night and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken tika and we shared the vegetable pakora which is so good. If you haven't had pakora(I hadn't prior to this) I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Long story short. Food was decent. However, it was kind of horrifying when I watched my chili naan get served to the table next to me. Then, when they saw it wasn't the naan that they ordered, they sent it back. Suspiciously soon after they returned it, it arrived at my table. Since I had an idea of what might have happened, I looked at it and found a bite taken out of one of the pieces. I notified the waitstaff, but didn't want to make a big deal out of it, so I didn't make a scene. They made fresh (hopefully) naan for me that arrived as I was finishing dinner. While this was going on, I did confirm all of these details with the folks who originally sent it back. Kind of horrifying, you know, with a pandemic and all going around. Yeah. Absolutely incredible. Let me start there. We went to Curry house tonight for dinner, the food and service was perfect. We ordered paneer tikka masala, channa masala and garlic naan. Everything came right on time and the servers (Freddy and Peter) were super attentive even though every table was full and there was non stop takeout orders. Ordered garlic naan - okay, but not as garlic flavored as others. Papadam was very good. Could eat that like popcorn. Chicken biryani was very good. Large pieces of chicken. They provided some sauces, chutney and raita, so it made the overall meal great.
