Veggie Delight Sandwich & Home Fries
    Kellie R.

My partner and I went for brunch. I got a pot of stress less ashwagandha tea, home fries, and a veggie delight sandwich and we split a blueberry ginger scone and a lemon curd pop tart. The tea flavor was warm and autumnal/wintery, the home fries and sandwich were absolutely delicious, and the scone and pop tart were light and delightful. We took home leftover food and tea in provided compostable take out boxes. The service was prompt, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I'm so glad this amazing establishment is back under new ownership. It still has the warm and cozy vibes it always had.

Was in the area. Saw the reviews and thought that we'd give this place a try. From the moment that we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Furthermore, they were very educated on their teas and temperatures. Kai, our waiter was phenomenal. He was very friendly and accommodating to our questions/requests. The food was fair and took a little while to arrive at the table. The temperature of the food was a little a all over the place. The malsala arrived warm and I like food blistering hot and the dessert arrived very cold (for what it was) The atmosphere was fun and clean.

Amazing cute teahouse. I am a tea drinker and wanted a different experience today. This place blew me away. Not only was the shop adorable, but it had some beautiful pastries and a large food menu. Much of it being Gluten-free. I happened to be visiting the area, but can't wait to come back.

@nirvanateahousecafe is one of my local favorites to go and my mom loves it too I absolutely love the cute charm of Nirvana Tea House, the food is so healthy, nourishing, and comforting. So fresh, unprocessed pure vegan bliss. We enjoyed my mom's favorite the Kamala Masala and I absolutely love the Winter Stew! All vegan and many dishes naturally gluten free. There are so many great selections of tea and absolutely beautiful. And a wide range of pastries and treats. I always try and get the cinnamon roll. I bought it while waiting for lunch because they sell out fast! And also bought an apple caramel donut and molasses cookie cream pie. All incredibly delicious a true gem!

A great cafe in the Medway area! I have now been here a couple of times and have enjoyed my experience each time. They have an extensive menu, with a lot of options for vegan and gluten-free accommodations, which is a plus! I personally love the Bhutani bowl and the baba buddha wrap for food items. (There is a gluten-free option for the wrap.) This fall, I have also loved the lentil soup with the cornbread. Absolutely delicious. My go-to beverage here is the salted caramel oat milk cold brew. It is so good! A perfect balance of sweetness and it just hits the spot! There is some indoor seating, but not too many tables especially during a rush period. I also recommend ordering online if you plan to pick-up food since that will definitely take a bit of time if ordering in-person and there isn't a lot of place to wait around for pick-up orders. I have always had a pleasant experience ordering and had nothing but positive vibes from the baristas and servers. I always feel valued and appreciated when I am there. The food can be a bit pricey (or definitely seem up there compared to similar places), but it is really good, so you know you're getting quality ingredients and a quality meal. A lovely bonus! They have a rewards program. If you sign up, every time you order, you will make progress towards a discount you can use. I am a big fan of places with a loyalty program! Now, a plug for you Yelper's! If you check-in prior to your order, you get a 15% off coupon via Yelp, so go support your local business and be a good lil Yelper!

Yogurt and granola with fruit, tea, and a coffee protein smoothie

I just sat down to write this after the most relaxing morning at Nirvana. I decided to switch up my normal routine and try something healthier for breakfast, and oh my goodness I've found my new routine. I snagged a yogurt with granola and fresh fruits, a protein smoothie, and some delicious tea! The menu is incredible - they are super allergen friendly, and I feel so relaxed leaving. The staff are so patient and kind - and they have indoor and outdoor seating available! Bring your laptop, grab a book, it's the perfect place to go hang out!

BEST VEGAN CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS EVER. That's enough for 5 stars in my book. But there's also a lovely chill vibe about the place and friendly waitstaff. I'm a tea lover and enjoyed the wide selection of tea offerings. However, they also have coffee & espresso. Be sure to read the story of the place's founding on the menu (see photo). Interesting "tipping" system, where funds go to one of several charities indicated rather than to your waiter/waitress. Park in the free open lot in the back. Combo for a great day: this restaurant followed by a library visit next door. True Nirvana! Check it out. Even if you're not vegan, it's a unique experience.

This was my first time coming to Nirvana Tea House and Cafe, and I definitely will be back again! Very relaxing dining area; the place where we sat had plenty of pillows and an outlet. Servers were friendly and food tasted fresh. The strawberry serenity was creamy, chewy, and not too sweet, with the strawberry being perfectly tart. I enjoyed the compassionate caprese, especially the bread! As for drinks, I tried the carrot cake latte which tasted like a warm, creamy, spiced cider (perfect fall drink).

I've been coming to nirvana for months now and need to give credit where credits due! I come here for my protein shakes because they use organic protein but ALL the food is SO beautiful, fresh and delicious it's hard to resist and I highly recommend trying everything; there's something for everyone. The ambiance alone will have you leaving feeling more serene and peaceful (they even have a table where you're encouraged to take your shoes off). The service is incredibly warm and I love that they minimize their plastic use, as well (but practically = no paper straws ). From the menu, to the service, to the setting, this place is far more than just tea but a blissful reprieve from our face paced modern world and it's evident throughout the entire experience. Thanks Nirvana!

The food was really good and there was definitely enough for two meals. The dessert was delicious and so was the tea. I'm not a vegan by any stretch but I'm definitely going back. I didn't miss anything.

Every time I come here, I feel like pinching myself because it seems to good to be true that not only a plants only restaurant is in my hometown, but one of the best I have been to in 10 years of criss crossing the country. Today I was disappointed to hear that my favorite entree on the menu (black rice noodle based "Emperors Forbidden Treasure")...was unavailable...until I took my first bite of its replacement - "Fall Fiesta." It's spicy mayo is spectacular.

Nirvana is a great place to meet a friend for lunch or a cup of tea. With ample seating both inside and outside plus a fun menu, Nirvana is a delicious and cozy way to spend an afternoon. If you're in a hurry or grabbing a drink to go, their online ordering system is easy to use. Their entire menu is allergy conscious and there are tons of gluten free options available. Plus, if you check in on Yelp, you'll get a 15% off coupon to use for your visit! So far, we've tried the Earl Grey latte, Chai tea latte, and Matcha latte. I love that you can customize the milk (soy, rice, almond, or oat) and the level of desired sweetness. I don't like sweet tea, but my husband loves it, so it's nice to be able to order to your taste. All of the lattes were excellent, but my favorite has been the Earl Grey latte.

Let me tell you about Chloe, the wonderful woman standing behind the counter. Chloe greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how I was doing. I came in on a Sunday morning for a coffee and to get some work done. I ordered a hot decaf hazelnut coffee. Which Chloe politely informed wouldn't be possible because the brewed decaf hazelnut was ICED, not hot. And the hot decaf coffee had no flavor - no hazelnut. and As soon as Chloe saw me trying which option to choose, she came up with a solution. She gave me half iced hazelnut, and half hot regular decaf. THE PERFECT SOLUTION! She went above and beyond, and did it without thinking twice. Chloe and Leah smiled at everyone who came in that morning, and deserve recognition for how amazing they both are. Keep up the good work, CKD!

My friend and I went on a weekday night, about 2 hours before closing so it was pretty quiet. I initially thought the bookstore was only on the first floor of the building but turns out it's a multi-story experience. There is a parking lot at the back where I parked and I was able to enter through the back door (not sure if this is the main entrance). On the first floor, they have some books, bathrooms, a check out desk, nick nacks (hats, stationery, puzzles, etc.), and most importantly, a coffee shop. The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.

Service was right on top of the minute we treated by the girl behind the counter she asked you can she explains what kind of copies and stuff they have. They serve regular and flavor in hot and iced coffee food fresh every single day we ended up having the town wrap which has eggs, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage, and hashbrowns inside a tortilla wrap grilled it looks like it might be grilled like a Panini press, but it was so big that we had to split it. Otherwise, we could never have eaten the whole thing ourselves even then the last few bites were forced fed. We ended up having their fresh brewed coffee. I had the blueberry Smells absolute delicious. The other half had a regular house blend iced coffee. It was just right and taste and color 75% of their pastry is made in house. They have homemade fresh bake cookies as well as muffins and cinnamon rolls. Everything was just really exactly like the people had said on Facebook but better I am definitely gonna be using. This is my hidden coffee escape plan I think more than one day a week for sure but I'm willing to put it out there to bring in fresh new business for the people who met the owner of this one name was Julie. She was really out front forthcoming really a good person. She seems like she's gonna do really well here. Come on down and grab a bite to eat. You know it really has a lot of good stuff they have breakfast sandwiches, homemade waffles. They have like loaded hashbrown patties, bagels, and they have all kinds of luncheon sandwiches as well as salads. Basically something for everyone so you can try something different every single day in one month and not get everything and the combinations are endless. Hope to see everyone here soon. When you come in, make sure you tell them that you saw them in a review on yelp.
