Food is incredible! I recommend the Singapore rice noodles and curry chicken! The service is very fast and staff is friendly.

Lived in a nearby town for many years and swore by this place. Peking Duck is excellent.

Mediocre Chinese food... that's it. Tried it once. Want to find really good Chinese food in this area. This wasn't it

Ordered some strong tropical cocktails, a boat of delicious sushi, and some excellent General Gao's chicken. The place was hopping for a night in Medway! I wish I knew about this place sooner. Come for great music, food, and a great laid back vibe!

One thing that makes this place stand out is its very bright neon sign that makes you want to try this spot. The first thing that this place has to offer is the beautiful interior of Kawaii. The ambience contains warm soft lights, with the cushions being very comfortable and relaxing whether coming in a rush or not, this cozy place will warm you up and welcome you straight in. The staff are super polite and always there to lend a helping hand. Another great thing about this delightful Asian food is their awesome variety of foods that they have to offer. My personal favourite is the "Honey Bee Roll", this is their best sushi dish and one of the best sushi dishes I've ever had! If you have some allergies then they have gluten free opticians that also taste equally as good. Even though a handful of the food is a little bit expensive, their food makes up for it as it tastes like heaven in your mouth. My least favorite part about this place though is the takeout service. For the majority of this service they have very nice takeout bags and a lot of people do take out. It's also very convenient for fast delivery to your house or some other place you need it to be delivered. But the downside is that the food from takeout does not taste good. I would just go in person instead. Overall, Kawaii is among my top 10 favorite restaurants to go to. I recommend this place to anyone who really likes different Asian foods. I would definitely check this place out if you ever happen to pass by it!

I had to throw most of the order in the trash. I don't know how to describe how awful the product is. The meat was tough, the flavorings were all wrong, it was all just inedible! One of the worst things was... They coat the jumbo shrimp with a thick, sticky, flavorless breading that sucks the juiciness out of the shrimp! I'm not talking about the appetizer, I'm talking about the shrimp in the MAIN DISHES! I ordered both Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and Kung Po Triple Delight ($17 dishes, most expensive on the menu!) and they were RUINED by this GROSS COATING! It's too bad! This used to be a great place to get Chinese food, but not anymore.

I got the chow mein lunch special and it was a pile of "vegetables" that consisted of onion, bean sprout, celery, and carrots. With a side of crunchy noodles, the type you should spread on top of Asian food. I've never seen any chow mein look like this. There were no noodles. I expected this: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chow_mein. When I asked, I was told I didn't know what I was talking about, all over America, this is considered chow mein. I get it covid has been hard on folks, but this was just terrible service, unedible food, and inconsiderate staff. Shocked they are still in business.
