Mango sticky rice! My boyfriend and I went here tonight to meet up with an old friend of mine and his husband. I chose it because they were coming from Worcester and we were coming from Sharon and Milford was midway between both. The inside was very nice. I ordered the honey pork and my boyfriend got the panang curry. My friends got chicken with broccoli and crispy Pad Thai - the crispy Pad Thai came in a very nice boat-shaped dish. I was very pleased to see mango sticky rice offered as a dessert - I live in Michigan and it's hard to find there, there's only one place I know of that has it. It's one of my favorite desserts. I wish I could give it 6 *'s. Whether it is take out or dine in the food is amazingly fresh, the service is awesome and the owner is super sweet. Something for every tastebud. Parking: large parking lot for multiple businesses Service: the server was incredibly friendly and welcomed us into the restaurant. She was prompt and came by to check on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Bonus: they provided a picture menu for people who weren't familiar with Thai food. Food: amazing! We had Golden bags for appetizer and it was nice, crispy, and not mouth scaldingly hot. The stuffing in the golden bags were fantastic. For lunch we had Pad Thai and extra spicy crazy noodles. Got take out after moving-on Valentine's Day-when I had no food in the house. There was a mix up with the driver taking another order and he never came. They called to alert me to the situation and the owner sent her husband and daughter out to deliver dinner to my home. They got lost because there are several streets with the same name as mine in my town...but they didn't give up. Having just moved, I had trouble directing them when they called seeking clarification from their location just a few blocks away. I was SO grateful they persevered. I have been in situations where places have canceled orders after an hour plus wait. Here they went the extra mile to make sure my family's dinner actually reached us...despite all the challenges. Really admirable customer service and they were friendly when they delivered-despite the ordeal. Gave me a free dessert-with their apologies. Food itself was yummy. Particularly recommend the steamed dumplings and pad Thai. My son loved his chicken satay with peanut sauce and crab rangoon. Generous portions-we ate for days. read more

So far the best lunch place in the Holliston area. It is as good as any Thai restaurant in Newton, Needham, or Brookline.

We have tried this restaurant several times lately. My husband gets something different everytime and shares a bite or two with me. Everything we try is delicous. I love the chicken choo chee so much that I have to get that everytime. They are very accommodating about the level of spice you like. The owners Tip and Frank are hard working, very kind and welcoming. The service is excellent and the food comes out hot and delicous! The place is really clean with a comfortable atmosphere. Thank goodness Chim Thai Cafe offered takeout during the Covid-19 crisis. We ordered dinner on Take-out Tuesday. The staff was very friendly yet maintained a safe distance as mandated by the social distancing guidelines. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, Udon noodles with chicken, Massaman Curry with beef. Started with wonton soup and Thai crispy rolls. All were delicious. The Udon noodles and crispy rolls were our favorite. The soup was hot and had lots of scallions. Everything was fresh and spicy they way we like it. Can't wait until the main restaurant is open to enjoy a tasty drink along with my meal read more

Chim thai is THE best Thai food in the area. Order from here atleast once per month. I always get the basil hot chicken, my husband gets the masaman curry. All of the food was lacking seasoning. Vegetable tempura was quite literally whole vegetables all beer battered. The chicken wings had no seasoning, plain and dry. The Thai iced tea was okay. They used a lot of cream/dairy for it, it was nearly white. Unfortunately I wouldn't go again. The menus had pages that were actually destroyed or really not legible. Service was poor but that seemed to be a staffing issue. I can't really say much good about it read more

I've walked in and the gentleman that is seating people is super nice and friendly! They have a clean establishment. They are located in a shopping plaza so when you turn in from the highway, keep driving down. They have a bar and a nice seating area. There is calm music playing in the background. I immediately ordered their sweetened Thai ice tea because I love authentic Thai tea. Their's is not made with powder. Then for my meal I am getting chicken wings and curry chicken dish. They have cool drawings on the wall. Now for the taste of the food: I have high expectations bc all the reviews say that this is an authentic Thai restaurant. Like people travel from other parts of the state to go here. The chicken wings taste SO good. And they are complimented with this delicious sauce! If you like crispy and tasty fried chicken then order these golden wings. So yummy!!! It makes you excited to try more food. Next up is the Massaman Curry. The curry was yummy and authentic! i ordered the scallion pancakes and a mango rice dessert, it was so good and the prices were affordable! i had previously been once for a thai iced tea which was also delicious. As I ordered take-out the only issue was that the package for the pancakes didn't leave gaps for the pancakes to breathe so they went soggy, but still tasted great. read more

Ordered takeout from Chim Thai for three people, and some things were good, but the wings were dry, the sticky rice was cooked past sticky into mush territory and the "pho" was completely inedible. I was hesitant to order a Vietnamese soup from a thai place, but with the rating I was confident it would at least be ok. It was just hot garlic water with a pathetic amount of chicken and some overcooked noodles. I will say, everything came accurate and still warm.
