Been going to this place off and on for the past 10 years. Only good choice in local area. Problem is consistency and customer service. Sometimes we get shorted an item so we now go thru bag before we leave. Recently we were shorted 10 wrappers for two orders of muy sho chicken. Called and they argued with us about the wrappers. Said to check the one bag we had. In the end they did not apologize, but said they may have put the wrappers in another customers bag. Sent daughter to pick up wrappers. We know which food items to avoid and are fine. Satisfies our Chinese food desire, but go to Quincy if you want authentic dishes. read more

Great fresh and tasty! Beef and Pea pod, Mango fried rice, Basil beef and Lo Mein with Chicken . We took it to go!

Ordered a variety of food to go and had daughter pick it up for us. It was delicious. I now know where to get my Chinese food around my area. The pork fried rice had little pieces of pork instead of the big chunks of fatty pork; the general gaos chucked was delicious not too sweet not too spicy. Lo mei. Was very good and "pupu" platter had plenty variety. Very good. Next time I will try other items. read more

This is the ONLY Chinese Food that I would eat and enjoy with Family/Friends in the area! The staff is Warm and Friendly! Everything is cooked Fresh not Frozen and out in the open where you can see the Kitchen and watch the chefs preparing all the dishes. It is so nice and clean and I love watching food be cooked up in front of me, don't you?! The prices are fair as everything has gone up in costs, groceries etc., but this lovely restaurant is worth it! Yummy for the Tummy! The Crabs Ragoons actually have crab in them and are so GOOD! My husband goes crazy for the Egg Rolls and always needs to have his own two rolls in our orders! Highly Recommend this fine establishment for dinner/take out. I picked this place because it was close. I walked in and the place was empty, but clean. The man behind the counter took my order and I saw them make my order fresh. I picked beef and broccoli, chicken with pan fried noodles and an order of egg rolls. Everything was crazy fresh and hot. The egg rolls were awesome and everything heated up great over the weekend. The Sesame chicken, dumplings and egg rolls were all really good! My friend loved her veggie moo shoo. The Pad Thai was just ok-not as flavorful as the other dishes. I'll probably try other noodle dishes in the future. They didn't do take out, but it's worth driving to as it's not overly greasy and not too bland. Free parking. read more

this is the worst Chinese food i have ever eaten. Greasy spring rolls, under cooked scallion pancakes, bland hot and sour soup, crappy shrimp in a vegetable dish. i threw it out after tasting it. Fortunately I survived. The 4 stars is probably the owner stuffing the ballot box. read more

Just had the rudest experience here. Came in at 9:30 pm and ordered ONE dinner combo plate: 3 crab Rangoons, pork fried rice and garlic chicken plus a water. While we were waiting for the meal to cook we sat at a table, and it's now 9:40 pm and were asked if we were taking the food to go because they close at 10 pm. We got ONE meal to split between 2 people. It was only going to take a matter of minutes to eat. The food here comes in to-go containers anyway so it's not like they would have needed to clean up after us. Maybe they should not say they're open until 10 pm if they're really not. Also, the woman should have made it clear before we ordered that we would not be able to eat there! Sorry, but very rude! Won't be coming here again after years of favoriting this Chinese restaurant. My family tried this place tonight for the first time and what a disappointment it was. Most of the food was OK but not great. However the boneless spareribs were truly terrible. They were dry and had the appearance of having sat around for many hours before they were served to us. They were completely inedible, and we had to throw them away. I resent the restaurant passing off old food to me, and charging me a pretty penny for it. They obviously don't care about return business and so they won't have to worry about getting it. read more

Had taken out the other night for our family. Ordered about $80 worth of food, which was good.... Staff was nice and greeted us upon entry, that being said we didn't get any hot mustard and 1 duck sauce. Those condiments didn't fulfill the need of the amount of appetizers I ordered. In specifically asked for extra and was told it was In The bag which was erroneous. The portioning was ok. Definitely skimpy portions for the teriyaki beef sticks and were definitely not fresh. But scallion pancakes were great and I will try them again and see how they do. read more

This is a small restaurant next to Bison Burger in the small place on 140 next to the Rapid Refill. It's been under construction for many many months and finally opened yesterday, so I stopped by with my two teens. The place is, I'm guessing, owned by a larger restaurant in Ashland since during construction there was often a car parked outside what that other place's website. I've put the website for this place here in the yelp profile. There were a bunch of people there for the opening, everyone very friendly. It's a very limited space, room for an ordering\take-out counter with a couple of registers, 2-3 high top tables and 2-3 sit down tables with seats\benches. Of course it's new and clean inside, nice looking though not anything that unusual in decor except that they have their menu as a changing slides on LCD screens above the counter which is cool. I've uploaded pics of their menu (not sure if yelp downsized them so much as to be not readable) but they basically do a combo of Chinese and Thai. We got a Pad Thai and two Thai Chicken Basil. I tried all, thought they were terrific, though the Chicken Basil was a little too spicy for the kids - but I loved the heat. According to the menu they will have delivery but I didn't ask if they were up and running with that yet. There are a lot of good looking things on the menu and I'm very interested to try them. I will say that although Thai food is typically more expensive than Chinese, I feel like the menu is slightly too expensive and I hope they consider dropping prices on some things ($5 for fries or 2 egg rolls seems expensive) but other things seem priced well ($8 lunch specials) All in all really enjoyed it, and it's a welcome addition to Bellingham! read more

Tried 4 different items at lunch and not one was the quality I remember from several months ago which were not lunch items. No idea if there are different cooks at lunchtime or if they have changed hands....no clue. Won't do lunch again, for sure. Might try evening, but doubtful now. read more

AMAZING food and wonderful management / ownership. First time ordering from here tonight and I regret not coming sooner. Basil fried rice with shrimp was AMAZING. So fluffy and flavorful. I asked for extra VEGGIES and the manager said it's an extra 2 dollars but was honest and said it came with a lot so it's not necessary to add more. Very pleasant knowing they aren't just there to take as much as they can. Crab Rangoon tasted and looked homemade. NOT that identical same looking and tasting one you get from most places. Boneless ribs done perfectly well done like we asked. Shrimp lo Mein was nice that you can order a small size and not like 10 pounds of noodles. Best Chinese takeout restaurant I've ever been to! I've been coming here for over a year now and the food is on another level compared to your average Chinese takeout. I don't know how else to describe it besides saying - the food tastes real!!! It does not make you feel tired and out of commission like most other takeout places you go to. The food is light, tasty, and consistent! Service is always great as well, very friendly and whether you're ordering for pickup or delivery (yes, they deliver!) the food is always ready quick! Would recommend to anyone in the area - even if you're not in the area it's worth the drive to taste their top notch takeout! Been coming here since they opened. Food is good. No doubt. But went there today's with my kids. Ordered 3 Orders of Gyoza, one steamed rice and a hot and sour soup. First I get overcharged by almost $7. Second, I get chastised, them telling me I ordered Peking ravioli which I did not. Then the owner barks at me to sit down and wait. Yeah, I don't think so. I get the refund for the overcharged amount but when we get home, my kids' steamed rice is not there. Yes. Your food was worth coming to again and again. My children's disappointment and your lack of customer service skills today, changed all that. Good bye. Hong Kong house in Hopedale is closer to me and better food wise anyway. read more
