I work down the street and have been coming here for years. Honestly can't believe why it's taken me so long to write this review. I've had a variety of dishes on the menu from pad Thai, curries, anything you can think of. It all tastes amazing. The prices here are impeccable as well. Where else can you find full dishes for dinner that comes with rice for only $15? Their Thai tea and limeade are also impressive. Vohns staff also are very kind, accommodating, and offer prompt service. I've never met the manager but I've seen him interact well with other guests. This is definitely a must try restaurant!

Menu are now QR code but you can ask for a paper menu if you needed. Got some new things to try as well as some old favorite: - Laos sausage - get it with sticky rice. There's spicy and non-spicy. Both tastes great - they got a noodle version that's a thick udon like similar to banh canh in Vietnam which is great. - asparagus in snow and fried vegetables are also a great treat. But I prefer the asparagus as the fried veggies feel more oily. - duck curry was also really good, we ask for banh mi to eat with curry and was accommodated - nem nuong was also an epic dish, with tons of veggies to eat along Service is ok, they try their best. I asked for Thai ice tea without the cream - because I just want tea and they were not able to make it, it's very sweet

I ordered the Pad Thai and some Laotian spring rolls. Everything was very good and flavorful! I definitely want to go back and try more from the menu since I picked a dish that I was more familiar with. I see many positive reviews online about this restaurant and many, beautiful pictures of fresh, delicious food. I will definitely be back to support this local business and try some authentic cuisine!

The thing that separates this place from others is that everything tastes like you've been invited to an Asian grandmothers kitchen. The dumplings, rangoon and shumai are made by hand from scratch. It makes a big difference in freshness and quality. Things like the chili oil are made in-house. The Tom Yum soup is great and they don't skimp. Every spoon will have protein, tomato and/or mushroom. I'm a fan of the noodle dishes like the drunken noodle and pad thai. You can customize the spice level, so you can tame it down or get it extra spicy like me but you aren't forced to deal with it. If you're in the area, or enjoy trying traveling a little to try delicious food, give this literal mom and pop location a try. You won't be disappointed.
