I love this place but today I ordered basil chicken n they gave me garlic chicken. Not a single basil leaf or any basil flavor. I am very upset. The food was good but not what I ordered. May be they got it exchanged with some other order. Very careless behavior.

Service was so friendly. Food is disgusting. I got hot and sour soup- way too much cornstarch. It's not broth it's jiggly and solidified. Didn't finish.

Beef lo mein, crab ragoons, egg rolls and General Tso chicken combination plate. So glad I found this place!

The food here is really good! Best Chinese I've had in a long time. So glad this restaurant is in our neighborhood

Drove down here from our mini visit in Boston. Came here about 10 pm on late Sunday night. As we walked in, a group of four children was eating right in front of the door. The two teenager approached us , led us to the table. Menu is like a hardcover brown sturdy type. We asked the server whether the food portion was enough for small children if we order one. We eventually ordered, Pad Thai, Boneless Spare Ribs combination A1,A2 and A3 Chicken Fingers as well as Wonton Egg Soup. Prices were reasonable. 8.50 for the basic combo with big portion. Place is clean and I enjoy seeing children helping the family to run their business

Check out the little take out packet they give you!

Food is not bad at all. My issue is with the customer service, the young girl who speaks English well is extremely rude!

The garlic chicken is the star of this menu. PHENOMENAL! Incredibly flavorful and tender with veggies are cooked to perfection.

Stopped in for takeout to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were too tired to go out somewhere. That was a mistake. We ordered five dishes, and the chicken moo shi and the chicken lo mein were the only items in the good range. Worst dish was the spicy crispy pork chop, which must have been refried a few times. Consistency was like jerky, tough, chewy to the point of having to pull the piece while in your teeth. Spicy, but after a piece we did not eat more. The general gao's chicken had too much batter on it making the pieces like chewy tootsie rolls. Last was beef and broccoli, which was okay, beef was a bit chewy and the veg was okay. Wife thinks new management or new chef, as these dishes we have curated as their best, after suffering through some not good dishes. Restaurant business is hard, proteins are expensive, now vegetables are expensive and inconsistent in pricing due to tariffs, transport costs. May have to forgo this place in the future and look to drive towards Quincy where competition makes for better restaurants.

We arrived around 7:30 without a reservation and I was nervous there wouldn't be an opening- thankfully no wait though! The restaurant itself is decorated nicely, spacious, and has a great bar where you can watch the chefs cook. I always like being able to see the chefs work their magic and this was no different. There are numerous options on the menu and they have a large sushi list as well. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. I ended up ordering the hibachi scallop while my significant other had a sushi roll. The food came out quickly and prepared nicely. I always like their hibachi as it comes with a lot of different food items. The salad was okay, a little wilted but their dressing is always wonderful. The meal itself was good- a generous portion of scallops, lots of zucchini which are my favorite, and the fried rice was good as well. A little clumpy when I'm used to kernels but not bad at all. If you're looking for a good hibachi dinner I highly recommend trying this place! It's not perfect but definitely has its qualities.

Since online ordering seems like it would actually help reduce phone orders and make things easier for the restaurant, I'm not really sure what the additional fee is for. I ordered a hibachi chicken and filet combo with no onions, along with crab rangoons, a poke bowl, and wonton soup. The wonton soup was good, and the poke bowl was also enjoyable. Their hibachi platters come with a choice of soup or salad. Most hibachi restaurants I've been to include both, but this wasn't a huge deal since I usually don't eat the soup anyway. Unfortunately, the hibachi was less than mediocre. My order specifically requested no onions, but there were onions in it. The online ordering system also didn't give me an option to choose how I wanted the meat cooked, so the filet was cooked a little more than I would have preferred. The portion of meat, especially for a chicken and filet combination, was also pretty small. The rice was just okay, and there was very little sauce. Hibachi usually has a lot of flavor from the sauces, so this was disappointing. Overall, there were some things I enjoyed, but based on this experience, if I came back, I would probably skip the hibachi and stick with some of the other menu options.

The online ordering process was fairly straightforward- the site is used by other restaurants in our area so I had to double-check it was the right one! I pretty much always order the same vegetarian rolls - some may say boring, I say easy to please. This night, I ordered a sweet potato tempura roll, a peanut avocado roll, and an AAC with mango roll. I waited a few moments for the food once I arrived. The restaurant is open and bright- there are many succulents and plants near the entrance. There is a weird plastic screen mounted from the ceiling by the door- sort of a makeshift vestibule. I imagine during cold months, it helps regulate the temperature inside. I really only noticed it because I was standing there, staring at it while I waited for my order. It was a pretty clever contraption. The food was ready just a few moments after I arrived at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and courteous- asked if I wanted chopsticks or soy sauce and happily accommodated my request for low sodium soy sauce. Took the rolls home and enjoyed them in pjs while a thunderstorm rolled through. I'd say the food was fine. There was no eel sauce on my rolls- which I wasn't sure if it's because I ordered all vegetarian. But, they needed something for flavor. I opted for hoisin sauce we had in our fridge. The sweet potato roll felt a bit like soggy tempura had been used- hence, needing a sauce. The peanut avocado tasted a lot like each of those ingredients and was very basic feeling without any added flavor. The AAC with mango roll was very tasty. Given the generic ordering I do for sushi rolls, I may likely opt for a different place next time but won't rule Sake Hana out forever.
