THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! They double charged our account and when we called and very politely tried to get them to rectify it we were told that the manager had to be there to do it. We left our number to be called back and they never got back to us. We then went to the location and asked to speak to the manager and he was conveniently not there. It's now been 5 days and still no contact, we have bank statements as proof of the double charge and this customer service is unacceptable. Taking our hard earned money that we decided to spend in your establishment is a disgusting display of professionalism and nobody should do business with people like this. At this point it's not even about the money, it's about the principle of not making something like this right with people that have supported your business for years. I hope they get the karma that they deserve. read more

I ordered a combination plate at 9.25 and 2 egg rolls 3.50, 2.00 for delivery that would be 14.75 I was charged 17.75 an extra 3.00. Not only was the food cold, but absolutely horrid. The chicken was so hard you could not even chew it, the batter on the chicken was horrifying. To treat good customers that way is appalling. I will never go back there again and we have done a lot of business there. To overcharge customers maybe they thought it was a busy night and we would not know shame on you. Watch out people they are not honest. Karen D read more

Talk about consistency and value. Always fast. Always good. Well, almost always, sometimes it seems like they run out of certain things but not to worry! They are one of our favorite restaurants in Woon and we are total food snobs. My go to is Kung pao chicken. Or the chow fun noodles with tofu. Soups are great. The egg rolls are great. And fresh is the name of the game. I mean if you are looking for great value, fresh delicious food and no nonsense service look no further. Oh and it's cheap. Boy howdy did I say it was cheap? Thanks King Wok for feeding Woonsocket. read more

First, let me say I've eaten here for lunch over a dozen times in the past. Today, I came here for lunch with a coworker based on the check-in offer they have. For checking in, you get $2 off your order... pretty good right? When I presented the coupon on my phone to the cashier, she called her boss to ask how to process it I assume. She got off the phone, and said the "her boss told her No". If the food wasn't good, I would have given one star for their shady bait and switch coupon hustle. Good thing Pacific Asian Cuisine is just around the corner, because that's who gets me and all my coworkers' business from now on. read more

I called for a shrimp egg foo young combination plate!!! The lady was confused was checking the takeout menu looking for the combination plate in the seafood menu. So I hung up my cousin called for me she told her that she want a shrimp egg foo young combination plate. She ask with white rice? She ask me that too. So my cousin explained to her that it's a combination plate. But the lady charged me for order of shrimp egg foo young & a small shrimp fried rice didn't even get egg roll!!!I don't understand how she don't know what a combination plate is!!! read more

Super nice on the phone, quick delivery, ordered a combination plate and it was endless for only $10!! It was amazing.

Not my usual Chinese outlet, but seeing as Covid19 has shut down pretty much the world at this point! I was pleased to find King Wok was open for business! It's always risky trying new places, especially when you're use to dishes being cooked a certain way. I'm pleased to say, I was extremely happy with the quality and taste of my food! I actually could say I prefer it over our usual restaurant! Prices were pretty comparable too, and the combination dinner plates are bigger. I had sweet and sour chicken, the pieces were big cubbed pieces and battered to perfection. Pork fried rice was delicious! Light, fluffy, pieces of meat, onion and bean sprouts- which I loved! Great flavor! Spring roll were substantial and so were the crab Rangoon's! Tonight, I have fried dumplings and house low mein, along with last nights left-overs! Very pleased at finding this gem! Again, thanks for being open during these difficult times! read more

To be honest I thought this place was overrated! I just went off of the 5 reviews that it had that were good, but in the long run it wasn't that good. I think for the town of Woonsocket it might be up to par, but when you're use to chicken wings that aren't fatty and chicken fingers that aren't crunchy and dry than this is just an average Chinese restaurant. I will say that the shrimp fried rice was very good and the portions and customer service was also very good but I don't know if that's enough to go back again. 2.5 stars read more

Good food polite people decent size portions come here all the time with my husband and family

Kind of surprised to see some of these reviews and kind of not. We all know it extremely difficult to find great Chinese food, anywhere.. whenever I get Chinese food I find that I do have to tell them to make the boneless spare ribs soft, so they are not dry. As a first time customer, I called and asked if they could deliver to manville, they made the exception and have been delivering to me ever since. The first time I ordered, I asked for soft ribs as a precautionary measure, I ordered the C, used the online menu- it's a combination of chicken wings, boneless spare ribs and beef teriyaki.. I don't like the texture of beef teriyaki so I asked for chicken and they happily obliged, no additional charge. The food came quicker than expected and my styrofoam carton was LOADED with food :) so much so, the chicken teriyaki had to be in a separate bag and they still had to staple my plate together lol literally loaded up my plate with enough ribs and rice to feed two people. I ate it on two or three separate occasions to finish it and was not mad about it at all. The ribs were JUICY, hands down the best I ever had. Chicken was delicious, packed with flavor and to die for!! The rice was also amazing, and I had a lot of it, I didn't need any soy or duck sauce for it, it was just perfect!! I concluded that this would be my go-to Chinese spot in the area. Hubby also really loved his food. The chicken teriyaki was also really good, nicely side white pieces of meat. Price is right and portions are awesome! The second time I ordered I didn't add that I wanted the ribs to be soft and they completely fouled out. It was dry and burnt :( they were more than understanding and admitted their mistake, said the cook left it on too long and gave me a new order. They seemed to be genuinely concerned that I was not happy with my ribs and apologized. I have been driving there for my orders ever since, so excited to get my food at a fraction of delivery time, even though delivery doesn't take long either. I always tell my friends about this place, if you're nearby, give them a try! Don't be afraid to ask for your food the way you like it, they are super accommodating, the atmosphere is nice, love the decorations and the staff are nice. Planning on eating there tomorrow for lunch read more

The guy I spoke to refused to refund me my money cause i wouldn't tip the driver due to being the last order. I would have tipped the driver if he wasn't so rude or ignorant telling me to come pick up my food then, so on I told him I can't cause I have a 3 month baby who's sick n it's cold out. He got very pissed off n told me would I like to work for free that the driver isn't working for free. I told him well the whole point of the driver working for ur company is for u to pay him/her the tip isn't an obligation u can't force anyone to tip if they want too he wasn't trying to hear, so I told him refund me my money then n he told me NO cause I need to tip so I called my kids father n he spoke to them and that's when they decided to refund me. read more

Before our furniture was moved in, before the internet connect & before a proper bed to sleep on, there was King Wok. Our first night in town after making the move from South Prov to the Woonie Bin, we, of course, called in for Chinese 'livery. King Wok was our major takeout option before discovering Pacific RI and overall, it was a tasty ride. Their beef with broccoli was pretty average: if anything a little bit on the greasy side (as in, the oil would be pooling at the bottom of the container with significantly less sauce). Still, it was all good enough and I always enjoyed my meals until one random order, I found a bizarre mix of lo mien noodles and a slight fishy/shrimpy taste mixed in with my broccoli. Which was.. weird. Granted nothing has ever made me feel ill but I had the sneaking suspicion someone re-used the same silverware for someone's shrimp lo mien for my beef & broccoli without proper cleaning. I ordered one final time following that before changing restaurants. Honestly, their chicken wings -are- banging and their food was pretty damn tasty but still, that "mixed dish" incident made me a little uneasy about ordering from them again, at least for now. read more

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, there is no organization to this place and the cashier Ashley is the rudest person who should never work with people. A lobby full of people and she is cussing and complaining about people calling to place orders. She actually screamed that she is tired of the phone ringing and just took it off the hook! The managers lack customer service, not wearing their mask properly and having over 20 people in a small area some not wearing mask! read more

This was some of the worst chinese food I've ever had. The boneless spareribs were dry and flavorless, the chicken fingers were rubbery and dry. The crab rangoons were chewy and not crispy. Basically the food tasted like it had been sitting around all day. We threw away the leftovers which is something that we have NEVER done before, but even my kids wouldn't eat it. Avoid this place! read more

I stumbled upon this place by accident in my quest for a new restaurant. As a creature of habit I am alittle leery to try new places but I am so glad I did. They have great sweet and sour chicken, barbecue spare ribs, and pork fried rice. The people are very pleasant and the service is quick. But it is much better for take-out, the area to sit is quite small. They do serve beer and soda, also for take-out. Delivery is my option, they are always quick even on a Friday night! read more

Best Chinese spot in the city, for sure. What I like most about this spot is their consistency. The food will always taste the same, and you get what you expect each time. They've been in business ever since I can remember, so they must be doing something right! Their delivery times are pretty good as well.. Typically takes 30 mins to arrive. If you're in the area and catch a craving for Chinese - this is the go to spot. read more

Not my cup of tea. Everything tasted the same, like mush, except the scallion pancakes. We ordered sesame chicken, veggie fried rice, beef teriyaki, the pancakes, wonton soup, and crab ragoons. My BF said the wonton soup was very good, and the crab ragoons were 'meh.' For me, everything really tasted the same. No real flavor, even with duck sauce. We ended up eating together less than half of everything, and didn't save leftovers, which is unheard of here. Delivery was prompt and menu available online, which is a plus. Will not be ordering again. read more

We've been going to this place for decades and the quality has dropped. Orders are consistently wrong and the one time we actually call to say something the lady says there's nothing she can do and called it an honest mistake. So we asked for our missing items or a refund and she said no, only if the owner is there and if you read the reviews this is a common issue. So you basically eat your loss. Not how you run a business... lost a longtime customer tonight. read more

3.5 Haven't been in years and got some take-out delivery. Delivery was timely and order was accurate, The food is good but nothing amazing, but it satisfies for delivery food. General's Combo was tasty with good fried rice and steamed broccoli, the chicken was just a little overcooked. Beef with Broccoli was tasty and plentiful although the beef was very chewy. Good rangoons. All the food was decent just not 4 or five star. 3.5 read more

wow i used to eat here often but they give u attitude and blame you when they mess up the order!! if they burn your food they say you should have asked for it a certain way! one time i ordered delivery and they made me drive down to them to return the food so that they could correct their mistake!! i decided to give them another shot, a couple weeks ago i asked for extra bean sprout which is what i usually get in my rice, the husband over did it, there was way more bean sprout than there was rice and when i called to let him know he said "what do you want me to do, count them one by one?!" and then told me i had to drive to them to show him the food and that im the only customer who complains! that was it for me, i told him dont worry about it.. i will let everyone know about them but this time it will be in a different ligght!! these people dont care how loyal you are or how much business you bring, they're super inconsistent and make u feel like shit when they fuck up. i will never ever spend another dime here. fyi, every time the wife is gone, the husband is rude and uncaring, he doesn't care about the business as much she does, he doesnt even try to make the customers happy. im not the only one whos experienced this with them. read more

The best Chinese food in northern Rhode Island by far. Their prices are low, portions are big, and quality is excellent.

*This is a review based on take out services. Never eaten in the restaurant* This place is fantastic. I order take-out from them probably 1-2 times per month, and they have yet to disappoint. They are always super fast with delivery, and the food always tastes as if it was right off the stove. Some food that is supposed to be crispy can get soggy from being in containers, but since these guys are so quick, it's always delicious! I also had a fantastic experience today, which is why I am writing this review. I ordered a 2 liter of Ginger Ale to go with my meal. The delivery guy arrived, and told me they ran out, so he brought a Coke instead. Personally I cannot stand the taste of Coke, so I simply asked for my money back, or if he had Sprite or something else in the car. He then proceeded to tell me that he would go get it, and he left. When he returned, he had Ginger Ale! He had gone to the store to specifically get what I had requested. That is 5 star service in my book. read more

Best food and prices in Woonsocket, not a lot of dining room but it's mostly takeout so it doesn't seem like a problem. My usual is combo E

I don't have a whole lot to say about King Wok except that they have the BEST CHICKEN WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD! I have numerous friends that live in Woonsocket and they order wings from here for just about every gathering they throw. I have not tried much else (other than the lo-mein, which is ok) but they get 4 stars just because of the wings. I don't know what hell they cook those things in but I sure hope they don't change their technique. The place is small and in a strip-mall near the edge of town (close to the Mass. border) so it is easy to overlook but if you happen to pass by, stop in and take some wings home with you. You won't regret it! read more

After being away for a while, we were in the mood for Chinese food and decided on another trip to King Wok, remembering the soggy chicken fingers I specifically asked them to put them in a standard cardboard take out container with the handle - sadly, the chicken fingers were just as soggy as before.
